Because I want to watch the promo and it is US only (I don't live in the US). And they do it ALL THE TIME. I get it if they restrict the whole episode, but the promos? That just pisses me off.
Teresa is living up to her nickname already. Also, I think Hank is about as unhappy with taking a killer on a ride-along as Juliette was about having that same killer living in her house. Nick taking this girl under his wing may end up straining both of those relationships if he's not careful.
Although I believe Teresa is a bit on the young side for Nick, I don't necessarily have a problem with the show going in that general direction if it's done in an interesting and different way and if it doesn't take too much of the show's focus. Now, having said that, my gut tells me that the vast majority of viewers would be vehemently opposed to the idea.
To be honest, Nick's a killer too. So if they have a problem with that, they have a problem with Nick too. Besides, they have so far only killed people to defend themself. (Except when Nick killed that man when he was a zombie, I think that was more Nick's fault.)
The people in Nick's life know why he's killed people and under what circumstances. They know what kind of person he is. These people know nothing about Teresa Rubel except for her police record, the people she's killed, and what little information she has given them. We don't know if what she says is true or what kind of person she is. She's been in town for days. That's it. The people in Nick's life have known him for years. It's a completely different situation.
I didn't really mean Nick's personality or something, but just the fact that he's killed people. But you're right, they've known him for a long time so they know he'd never kill someone without a good reason.
This scene was quite funny. :) And I did like Wu's scene at the station with Trubel when he remembered his Aswang nightmares. I'm glad they're not dropping the fact that Wu has seen Wesen with his own eyes! Trubel and Wu will probably bond on some level and, if so, I'm excited how this will work out. I think that her running to comfort these 2 girls after her fight with the Lebensauger is a part of her personality that will make her want to reach out to Wu! He deserves to know the truth! The trauma is much harder when you feel alone and have to doubt your own perceptions on top of being terrified constantly by what you saw!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
NBC is evil.
ReplyDeleteWhy?:)

I'm taking care of making it region free, it's coming soon :)
ReplyDeleteI like Trubel. She adds even more chaos to Nick's world.
ReplyDeleteYou can watch it now :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
ReplyDeleteThanks to you the kraken can have his nap undisturbed now :)
I knew It! I knew she'd spill the beans to Wu. Let's hope he follows up on the clue she gave and finds out what Wesen really means.

ReplyDeleteI wonder if a Nick/Theresa romance is in the offing.

ReplyDeleteI really hope not. That would ruin the series for me. I'm actually one of the few people who likes Nick and Juliette together.
ReplyDeleteTotally agreed.

ReplyDeleteWell I'm guessing that since Trubel has been on the run she hasn't had time for education.
