Would they make such a big change though? I dunno. Not to say anything about reaching the Eyrie in a matter of days, or even weeks, which is impossible.
I agree with you.It would be a big change(i thought Arya would be in Braavos by the end of the season...or at least on the ship & Sandor on the Isle(i hope he doesn't die);)) ...but i guess they won't get pass the gate. Although it is odd that they changed everything like this ( if they don't make it up to the eyrie why send them there(they could have learned about Lysa's death somewhere else))..idk.
What, why? Bc imo the only one who would be in serious danger if Arya and Sandor make it up the Eyrie is LF and his plans.( Or did you mean that ironic?)
Nothing that has happend is Arya's fault + Sansa is still her sister, her family and Arya loves her. I don't think that Arya would hurt her.( Not even if Arya knew that Sansa blabbed out their father's plans to leave KL towards Cersei....Sansa couldn't know that her father would loose his head) Personally i'm more afraid for Sansa when she remains with Littlefinger.(idk imo she kind of jumped out of the frying pan (KingsLanding) into the fire (Eyrie)...maybe now it's the frying pan again bc crazy auntie Lysa is dead.. X) )
Is Arya really going to make it to the Eyrie? That's a pretty big change from the books... maybe they'll get turned away at the bloody gate? That's alot of time wasting on their screentime if that's true though. I like their scenes but I'm over it, they are taking up too much filler screentime away from the actual story.
From the angles of the Meeren shots, looks like Jorah is in trouble! Don't want to spoil anyone as to why but for a hint, think back on his actions in S1. :D
Thank you for reminding about that. I had totally forgotten it. People tend to overlook Sansa's part in Ned's downfall. Even after fully knowing about Joffrey's malicious and psychopathic nature, she still went against her family for the second time. How different things would have been if she hadn't tipped Cersei off. Poor Ned wouldn't have soiled his honor for starters in order to protect her (for the second I might add. Though the first it was because of a promise he made) and wouldn't admit he committed treason.
And yes Arya loves her either way cause she knows about the value of family, unlike Sansa. Personally I am good with where she is. LF is creepy and thinks he's so clever. It's so funny he believes he can control the North and the Vale through a marriage between her and Harry. Unbeknownst to him, Sansa is no longer eligible to inherit Winterfell. There's a first time for everything, including Littlefinger not being on top of things.
Also, you are right. It's very odd having the hound and Arya travel all the way to the Vale only to find out about Lysa's death and turn back. Doesn't benefit anyone. From what I remember they were on getting there but the plan changed..oh if you search online there are theories about him surviving, though on tv chances are if he dies it's most likely he'll stay dead.
Did you mean cursed? If so,i don't believe that Arya is cursed bc like i said nothing that has happened is her fault and even if some other characters say that Arya will bring death.(if i remember it right in the Book it is the Ghost of High Heart who says that Arya smells of death and in the tv series Melisandre says that Arya will close a lot of eyes(..but don't get me started on the tv version of Melisandre...i dislike her with a passion and would only trust her as far as i can throw her XD))
It is not necessarily her fate to do so+ i believe that in life everyone has the option to choose.(not always but mostly) ...anyway maybe i'm a bit biased bc i love Arya as a character and also her storyline.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Oooh.... good stuf. Judging from the Meereen stuff it looks like Jorah is answering for something.
ReplyDeleteAre Sandor and Arya finally at the eyri?
ReplyDeletehmm, no..
ReplyDeletehmm...but it looks like as if they're on the way to the bloody gate.(..that didn't happen in the book i know....)
ReplyDeleteWould they make such a big change though? I dunno. Not to say anything about reaching the Eyrie in a matter of days, or even weeks, which is impossible.
ReplyDeleteArya closes to Eyrie, oh No!!!! Sansa are in serious dangereous now!!!!!

I'm guessing they'll get turned away at the bloody gate and the guards will inform them that Lady Lysa is dead.
