Me too, Aidan Gillen is making their story even more creepier in the show than it is in he books for me...even though I have no idea wtf is going on with his accent these days, lol
I don't know, I just finished Storm of Swords and am partway through A Feast of Crows and I had to cringe at some of the omggetawayfromSansa moments, lol. I don't want to say why in case peeps don't want to be spoiled about it. :D
Oh yeah, it's totally creepy in the books, but I dunno, Gillen just seems to make the character even more oily, and the grooming feels even more obvious with his body language whenever he is around her. I have to say that the show does well with all the grooming of children in the show though, Tommen is another young character who I feel for atm due to how Margaery & Tywin are when they are around him, so icky even when it isn't of a sexual nature.
I like that idea of his mask slipping, I do prefer his natural Irish accent too though it is creeping me out a little in the show this time round lol
I enjoy their interactions on the show but some of the book interactions between them just skeeve me out, lol. His voice might also be different cuz he could have had strep throat at the very beginning of S2 and then decided to roll with it for the rest of the series... other than that, I got nothing, lol. So either it's a brilliant acting thing on his part that the producers let him do or an "opps, I was sick at one point, my bad," and now everyone is stuck with it, lol.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Is it odd that I like the look of Alayne Stone more than Sansa Stark? XD
ReplyDeleteFair skin seems to be coming back. The girls look lovely. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!
ReplyDeleteShe's had to grow up pretty fast hasn't she the poor lass.
ReplyDeleteReally looking foward to The Eyerie and her story there.

ReplyDeleteWow really like these photos! Even like the costume matches with Cersei and The Red Viper!
ReplyDeleteOberyn and Cersei. This should be good.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great Sansa promo picture!! <3
ReplyDeleteSuddenly realised how underdressed Dany is, compared to other ladies in Westeros.
ReplyDeleteSansa looks like she's channeling Melisandre a little (minus the red cloak of course), I like it!
