    IT IS Felicity he's after!!! I really hope Felicity and Laurel would be okay (whoa a couple of months ago I never thought I would say that about Laurel) it would be so ironic if Laurel died and Sarah became the "black" canary because she is sad about her sister's death.
    I don't want Oliver and Felicity to get together after he saves her and realizes she is his one true love that would be so stupid and cheesy, she is important to him and he loves her but not in a romantic way, not yet.

    Omg I'm so glad that I was right about Felicity being the target. It seemed obvious to me with the hints that were given both in the show (with Felicity being the only one to never have a real encounter with Slade - he didn't pay attention to her in the Foundry), and the hints from producers saying Felicity plays a big role in the finale and that Slade's real target would come as a surprise. Ahhh yes, this will be good.

    With all the subtle and not so subtle copying from Chris Nolan's Batman films that Arrow has done ( I mean that in a good way), I hope the choice that Slade gives Oliver is like the choice given by the Joker in TDK. Save one of them - and I mean not in some shipper-stuff fantasy of saving true love etc, but saving a life and losing another in the process. Period. But will the show go down such a dark road? I hope so.

    If the photos are misleading and Felicity is the one Slade targets I can understand why as Slade views love in a different way that we would typically think. Slade loved Shado but their relationship was never anything more than friends, so it makes sense that he finds parallels between his and Shado's relationship and Oliver and Felicity's.


    Slade loved Shado most, so I can see why he would think Oliver loves Felicity most.


    Seriously excited for this episode. Also looks like Felicity is half drowning at one part of the 2x23 extended promo, did anyone catch that?

    Ohhh I see. Well idk. Idt The CW has the balls for that. Not yet. It's way too early. (in referring to Felicity) the only complication with this scenario is, Slade believes Felicity is who Oliver loves the most. HOWEVER, Oliver doesn't even know that. He would most likely feel or THINK that Sara and/or Laurel is the one he loves the most. So with that said, could iI see the CW going that dark as to kill off one of the women (or both who knows just throwing it out there) Ollie has professed to love?....YES!

    Maybe. That's another possibility. Oliver could just be going after Slade after finding out that he has Felicity, and Sara and Laurel could've been going to meet Oliver but then get caught up in the situation they're in now.

    Huh? What? Of course there is. LOL He wasn't gonna go after Slade right away. I mean he has the soldiers, Amanda, and Possibly the police force to deal with, before he makes Slade his ultimate target. He has to go through point A then B before he can get to C. Slade taking Felicity is BRILLIANT! B/c that's the last person Ollie would expect Slade would Target. That's what makes it dramatic. To take the one girl that Ollie depends on for everything! I think it's a great diabolicall plan...ya know from a killer's POV. LOL...But other than that, this plan sucks ass. B/c he's got my girl. It's not cool.

    And Slade telling the other soldier what to do, as a diversion is also another possibility.

    If he's already going after Slade anyway and when he gets there, he finds out Slade has her, it's not as effective.


    Alfred Hitchcock said that if the audience doesn't know there's a bomb in the box and it blows up, you get five seconds of surprise. But if they do know that the box on the bus contains a bomb but they don't know if or when it's going to blow up, you get five minutes of suspense.

No matter who Slade's target is I'm almost positive he will fail. There's nobody close to Oliver that is likely to die, I'd say Sara but I've heard she won't die until season 3.

    Promo was really vague. Glad we got the photos. So final show down has Diggle teaming up with SS to stop Waller, Sara saving Laurel and Oliver facing Slade trying to save Felicity. I am really excited for SS. Roy and Thea might or might not go with Merlyn. Can't wait.

    I was just thinking that Felicity could be Slade's illegitimate daughter. Felicity doesn't know who her father is but Slade could know. Maybe Slade was in Vegas while he was in Australian military when he was really young and had an affair with Felicity's cocktail waitress mother. I don't know though. Maybe that's too much reveal in such a short time. We knew Thea was Malcolm's daughter months ago.

And i also think that if he's already going after Slade and Felicity is there w/o Oliver knowing, it'll have the same dramatic effect. B/c Oliver would go crazy either way. ESPECIALLY when he sees Felicity's face! They'll have that eye glare connection, where Ollie will look dead at her in an "ohhh noo, i'm soooo sorry" type of way, and Felicity will have her, "I'm sorry Ollie, i didn't mean to get caught. If i die it's not your fault, but pleaseeee GET ME THE HELL OUT OF HERE" it'll be beautiful. LMAO.


    And Ok, then Ollie has 5 minutes of Surprise to Kick Slade's ass!! And that'll be OUR suspense. Hahahaha

    Well in all honesty we really don't know what that serum did. We don't know if it took away his powers or made him stronger. Like Felicity said. Soo we'll just have to wait and see. Ollie needed to test it, then hesitated b/c of Felicity's words, but he had to crack at the end b/c of Amanda. Sooo yeah. We might think it's a cure, but that doesn't mean it is one. Plus Roy has some skills even w/o the mirakuru. He might get his ass kicked, but at least he'll go down swinging.

    He's been training with Ollie for awhile, i think he'll have more than just his regular moves. Oliver also taught him combat training. W/e we hadn't seen he was still trained of screen. He definitely picked up something within that time.

    Now ... just on the Felicity being grabbed by Slade ... she was my pick ... and here's why ...
    Did anybody else notice the careful highlight during the last episode of Oliver's hand on her back when they were hugging in the clock tower? And then again when he touched her shoulder as they left to go get the cure? They seemed to really light these moments up, took a few seconds to pause for effect ... seemed like a foreshadow of something ... maybe ... :)

    Also ... there was something about Diggle saying no force on earth being able to make Felicity a bad person, I think it was in a previous episode recently??

    I dunno ... there's just something ... a few moments in Arrow recently that seemed to focus on her more than they have been ... hmmmm ...

    Will certainly be interesting next week ... can't hardly wait!!! :)

    I don't think so . Slade killed his mother and destroyed the city . You can't really believe that Oliver are going to forget that and just cure him ! Too easy :)

    Everyone should stop freaking out so much about Felicity. It's pretty obvious the show would never touch someone as popular as she for fear of the massive backlash, let alone 3 episodes after killing another major character.

    Since the title of the episode is unthinkable...What if Slade actually does kill Felicity and then Oliver has to inject her with the Mirakuru to save her? Or what if he has to inject himself in order to fight Slade?

    Wow! These photos have me super excited!

    The way I see it, Laurel is Ollie's most important/loved person (pre-island).
    Felicity has become Oliver's most loved/important person, wether he realizes it or not. Diggle, who speaks truth, has said that she is irreplaceable and there is something more there for sure. Soooo, I think Slade will put them both in danger in some way (Hopefully he will kidnap them both). Then Oliver will have to face his past and his present in a way. Choose who he will be. I don't think either of them will die (although it's possible Sarah will die to save her sister, but I hope not), I think it will serve as a plot point to deepen Felicity and Oliver's relationship and bring Laurel more into the team. I am both excited and annoyed by this prospect:/

    I'm still pretty sure Slade is going to try and "corrupt" Felicity, but I'm not sure how. I have been thinking that Ivo was her father. Just finding out that her father was the one who started all this mess would be pretty corrupting. Maybe he was so crazy about the Mirakuru because he wanted to save his sick family? He had that one scene where he talked about his family a bit. And then he called someone he cared about to say goodbye. SO if it was revealed that he and Felicity were family and that Oliver had killed him, their relationship could be "corrupted" both ways. It would also make since for Slade to know and go after Felicity because I'm sure Ivo had a family Pic in that locker that had the cure, and Slade has been in there.

    I think it would be totally awesome if somehow Felicity was fatally wounded and Oliver had to give her the Mirakuru to save her. Then next season she could have a more active in the crime fighting part of the team, but, I'm fully aware that will most likely NOT go down. Plus, I kind of like Felicity as the IT girl, not the hardcore fighter like Sara or Oliver.

    Anyway, both of these ideas would really change the Olicity relationship, as the EP has mentioned they were planning to do. But sometimes, I think fans think more deeply about these things than the writers, and we are all just over thinking things. It's fun to speculate though!

    Really loving this season of Arrow! Can't wait for next week!

    I think it would be too soon, Oliver's barely broken up with Sara and he's still too damaged to have the kind of feelings for someone that Felicity deserves.


    Whatever feelings for Felicity Oliver has and doesn't know it, seeing her kidnapped by Slade will make him aware of them.

    Yes certainly ... I'm not sure she's the one he "loves the most" ... although definitely a possibility ... maybe Slade just sees it that way ... she is the heart and soul of the team ... they (and Oliver especially) would be lost without her ... good choice to eliminate her from Slade's point of view anyway ...

    Isn't that clever - in 2x04 Ollie told Digg and Felicity something like "It was so dark and cold, I thought she drowned", and it sounded like he was referring to her first "death" after the Gambit sank. But since he then found out she's alive, only to think he lost her again, I bet he meant that he thought she drowned on the Amazo which we'll see in this episode.

    It looks like Sara & Nyssa tag-team Ravager and kill her, but I don't think Slade will die. He's a HUGE Green Arrow nemesis, they'll want to keep him around for a while. One theory is that Slade is injected with the cure, loses his powers, and is incapacitated by ARGUS and made to join the Suicide Squad.

    I think Felicity is the most innocent person in all of this, the one with the purest heart (for lack of a less cheesy term), so Slade killing her would hit Oliver the hardest. Especially since Oliver is such a Guilt King to begin with. He felt guilty over freaking Helena turning dark, imagine what it would do to him if Felicity died in the crossfire between Slade and himself.
