AoS renewal incoming! I can feel it!
ReplyDeleteYes! She was great in Cap 1, the AC one-shot, and if you didn't tear up in her scene in Cap 2 then you have no soul!
ReplyDeleteAwesome for Haley Atwell! Loved her in Captain America 1, 2, and the one-shot. Excited for this!
ReplyDeleteAoS is just so-so so I'm not excited for this. I'll give it a chance. But this is begging for a limited run. As is AoS.
ReplyDeleteSo happy about this one! I didn't have high hopes for it getting picked...
ReplyDeleteHayley Atwell deserves and she is hot, can't wait to see Agent Carter.
ReplyDeleteI guess there won't be any crossover between AC and AOS because of different timeline
ReplyDeleteFinally, been eying this, congrats to Hayley Atwell, maybe Dominic Cooper will join the show, or guest star. Can't wait :)
ReplyDeleteYAY1
ReplyDeleteThe AoS writers have nothing to do with Agent Carter. Its being written by the writers of both Captain America movies.
ReplyDeleteWill definitely be watching this.
ReplyDeleteI think Dominic Cooper is supposed to be a recurring guest star. He has definitely been vocal about wanting to play Howard Stark again.
ReplyDeleteWell that's comforting, although, I still think they should both have limited runs, at least no more than 15 episodes each. Especially AoS though, I don't think those writers can handle 22 episodes. At all.
ReplyDeleteI think a limited run is the plan for Agent Carter. To air when AoS is on break.
ReplyDeleteExcellent news
ReplyDeleteGlad this got picked up - hopefully this means we will see some more Papa Stark too.
ReplyDeleteMore Hayley Atwell, yes please. I'd like to see Neil McDonough appear as Dum Dum Dugan at some point as well.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Marvel money keeps on rolling. I have to hand it to these people, they made this into the most efficient entertainment machine there is. Not trying to say the product isn't good, I personally like it a lot, but it really did become a business on its own terms.
ReplyDeleteHopefully they'll really commit to the time period in detail like Mad Men.
ReplyDeleteusually always don't like the idea of prequels and spinoff, but I will check it out. Just the fact that I know someones future always bugs me.
ReplyDeleteI like Agent Carter from that Captain America movie, and did wonder what happened to her. I hope they make a good show.
ReplyDeleteI AM SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS. Peggy is one of my favourite MCU characters and having a show focussed on a female character is really important as the genre is still very male dominated. Hayley has been amazing in the role and the Agent Carter short from last year was incredible. Can't wait to see this.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteI'd be even happier if Revenge was cancelled and Emily VanCamp aka Sharon Carter joined AoS (as well as being in the next Cap movie) especially being another legacy like Trip and future love interest/sometimes partner for Cap.
ReplyDeletevery cool news as I loved Hayley in CA1 and the Marvel One shot feature... just as long as they have good writing to tie in between the features, it could be great.... definitely happy about this
ReplyDeleteI do wonder if the writers are going to include Hydra in the Agent Carter stories.
ReplyDeleteDef be watchin this!
ReplyDeleteTommy Lee Jones and Dominic Cooper need to be cast in this.... like they NEED to be cast in this...
