The whole clip (with a premiere date!) is available on Lifetime's official website: http://www.mylifetime.com/shows/witches-of-east-end/video/season-2/episode-1/witches-of-east-end-coming-this-summer-preview-clip
I'm looking forward to Season 2 but I don't really like it when promos don't capture the vibe of the show. As much as I would like for it happen, I highly doubt the new season will be as edgy and dark as this promo makes it out to be.
A rock music video trailer...for such a cheesy show, and on Lifetime, of all places. Interesting choice, but is this promo really the best advertisement to entice new, demo-friendly viewers?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I can't wait!

ReplyDeleteso glad that it is coming back in summer, I thought we'd have to wait till october or even longer, so cool,
ReplyDeleteWhat's the premiere date? :)
ReplyDeleteNo date yet. As soon as the date is known it will appear in the Episode Database.

Devious Maids ends July 13/20 (depends on if it takes a break for Independence Day) so it will probably premiere July 20/27.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait!²
ReplyDeleteThat seems likely. People kept saying June 29th, and now I realize that can't be right since Devious Maids wouldn't have ended yet.
ReplyDeleteIf you scroll down, then you'll notice 06/29/14 right under the promo :) However, like DarkUfo said, no one'd confirmed it's true.
ReplyDeleteGreat to have it as a summer show:)
ReplyDeleteI actually prefer it in the fall
ReplyDeletedon't get me wrong I want another season asap but it aired on a perfect spot last fall
If this date ends up being true, then it'll premiere at 9pm instead of 10, and also going up against True Blood.
ReplyDeletenot good news at all for ratings
ReplyDeleteIknowright? The show is so campy. Even the season 1 promos were misleading.
