Haha Katherine, do they mean he should die and meet her on the other side? :D Well, she´s not there either tho :D
ReplyDeleteHe should end up with dead. I don't see him get a happy ending, but from the above listed none.
ReplyDeleteOh my, when will that Blonde bul#@%&! end?! He should be alone.
ReplyDeleteNo one, he should be DEAD.
ReplyDeleteOther: namely, Klaus should end up alone, miserable and defeated. Unless of course drawing ponies for Caroline outweighs all the evil psychopathic shit he's been doing for a millennium, now. In which case, sure, let's give him a happy ending where he dances on the corpses of all the innocent people he's murdered because OMG, ponies! KLAROLINE 4EVA!!!!!!!!11111
ReplyDeleteWith him redemption.
ReplyDeleteDead sick of him always being so smug and ruining others lives
ReplyDeleteCamille. I think they have chemistry and are being build up properly, slow burn kind of relationship. Hayley has chemistry with Klaus as well.
ReplyDeleteCaroline? She's not on the show and she won't be, why can't people just stop pestering about it? It's so annoying and old, get over it!
Caroline but since she on The Vampire Diaries my second choice is Camille I like both characters because in a lot of ways they both don't take crap from Klaus
ReplyDeleteI would love to see him with Hayley. They are so a like for me. But honestly more than any woman I think Klaus will love her daughter more than anybody. Rebekah, Elijah and his baby girl will should be his happy ending. For now he is too broken to really find some kind of love. I see Caroline who often dislike him, and wanted to change him... Cami is cute they are nice together but its seems like an old story...like Damon and Elena? she, the human who can make him better? nah. With Hayley things may be different... Hayley never judged him in the past. And she knows all his darkness sides... we'll see.
ReplyDeleteHayley. You can tell he wants to be with her especially after last weeks episode. His face when his brother went to her aid. He was about to, do the same.
ReplyDeletegood lord, this show is NOT about god damn shipping -,-
ReplyDeleteKatherine ? Why ? Katherine utterly despised Klaus and he hated her beyond belief.
Hayley ? God no...
Caroline ? Just kill me
Cami I'm okay with though
Cami, but only if he turns her. I think they have a kind of chemistry, and he seems to listen to her more than anyone else.
ReplyDeleteKlaus and Death is my OTP!
ReplyDeletewhat a sad thing you wrote. If you love Klaroline it means you love both of characters. Why you wish an eternity of misery to Klaus? I don't get it. Together or nothing for them? I loved Klaroline. But even If they'll not be together I want both of them Caroline and Klaus to find love and be happy even without each other. Sometimes I think ship are the worst thing in a tv show. Such a beautiful, broken, deep character like Klaus If you wish him this you never understood anything of him.
ReplyDeleteKatherine is dead....
ReplyDeleteHayley. They have the best chemistry on the show.
ReplyDeleteCaroline and Klaus had the most electric chemistry, in my opinion. People are still pestering about it because those characters had such potential, and we want that relationship to be explored. You can't just tell an entire fandom to get over it. Even if the two characters aren't on the same show anymore, it doesn't mean that I can't still enjoy those two characters being together. I can still root for them. It is entirely possible for the two to end up together. If I want to vote for my ship, I'm allowed to vote for it. Don't tell people to get over something that had a huge affect on the fanbase for both shows.
ReplyDeleteHayley. The other girls just aren't a good match for him. She's his best fit. They have a lot of similarites between them. But they are different where it matters. They each could bring each other up instead of down, and in the end I think they would make a great power couple. Cami and him would realistically never work out and Caroline thinks he's a monster, and honestly she would never work with him either.
ReplyDeleteHayley realistically would potentially love Klaus if he just showed her he cared for her. This is pretty much the reason she clings to Elijah. Hayley doesn't think Klaus cares about her, he in fact thinks he's going to kill her. I think Klaus and Hayley need more scenes. Their chemistry is great.
Caroline. Their chemistry could light a room on fire, and she is the only person besides his family that Klaus actually loved. "I know that you're in love with me." "I intend to be your last." Caroline knew that Klaus was in love with her, and he didn't deny it. In fact, he made a promise to her to be the last person she loved, and I fully believe Klaus intends to keep that promise. Hayley, in the words of Klaus, was just a "liquor-fueled one-night stand". And in my opinion, Klaus just feels a sort of possession over Cami. Plus, Klaus has even said himself in TVD that a human's life means nothing, and a human is just a means to an end. Katherine? Please. Caroline, to me, is the only logical option.
ReplyDeleteHe should end up DEAD. What an annoying character, I swear. And it seems I'm not the only one thinking that.
ReplyDeleteHe should end up by himself, being a badass as usual XD
ReplyDeleteI'm some 95% sure that the OP's comment of KLAROLINE 4EVA!!!!!!!!11111 was sarcastic.
ReplyDeleteNobody. Seems to be popular.
ReplyDeleteEither Caroline or no one. Cami, Hayley and Katherine make no sense to me.
ReplyDeleteI want Klaus and Hayley. I love their chemistry. and I loved his face in the last episode. He wants to be by her side. He was hurt when she called out for Elijah in a time of need. No matter with whom Klaus ends up with, I will just tell you all something, no other woman (caroline, Camille, genevieve, Katherine) will ever be able to relate to him and understand him like Hayley. Hayley is his Queen for eternity, he even expressed it himself that she's a Queen.
ReplyDeleteLOL it's so obviously Caroline. She's the only one that's he's ever tried to be better for. Not to mention that both Hayley and Camille are absolute insults to women. Please, writers, give them some fucking agency and stop having them subjected by every male they cone into content with. It's vile.
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, Klaroline forever!
Caroline :)
ReplyDeleteThey have amazing chemistry and Klaus promised to be her last. The guy has given up revenge for her multiple times and they have a really interesting dynamic that made for great television. There's a reason why this pairing is still so popular despite the fact that the writers keep trying to pair both Klaus and Caroline with different people. The guy promised to be her last love and the fans are going to make sure that Klaus' upholds that promise.
Ahahahaha my intent was to post the same thing but you beat me to it! I can't stand him & I wish they had of killed him & just given Elijah his own show!
ReplyDeleteCaroline always sees Klaus as a monster and ha no faith in him or believes he can be redeemed. "People who do terrible things are just terrible people." This is what she told him. I can't understand how she can be any good for him, the exact opposite. And by being with her is only going to remind him of his flaws and how he is a terrible person and that is not what he needs to be redeemed.
ReplyDeleteInsult to women? Hayley is a Queen, a leader and Camille is one of the smartest, wittiest humans ever seen and she is not judgmental. Caroline is a shallow blonde in my opinion who cares more about drama and boyfriends than anything serious. Both Hayley and Camille are better than Caroline will ever hope to be.
ReplyDeleteKatherine, really?
ReplyDeleteWhy are both of ELIJAH'S love interests on here? I hate the thought of a love triangle between Elijah/Hayley/Klaus. Already have that on TVD. Hayley and Klaus have zero romantic chemistry and them ending up together just because he knocked her up during a one night stand is SOOOO boring and preachy!
He told Caroline he intends to be her last, they better as hell end up together!
Holy crap all the Klaus hate on here....I want to punch out those people! Yeah, he's a villain, but he's an AMAZING villain, a great character!
ReplyDeleteActually, it's exactly what he needs to be redeemed. Caroline holds a mirror to Klaus - one that shows him that he is capable of more. He tries to be better because he reminds her that he is capable of being better (and that he is capable of earning loyalty). Who do you want him with? Camille? Klaus would destroy her. She's a human who barely understands the supernatural world around her. Hayley? Hayley doesn't know how to be loyal and Klaus wants nothing more than loyalty.
ReplyDeleteKlaus is a very flawed character, and Caroline grew to have feelings for him despite those flaws, but that doesn't mean that she didn't hope that he would turn into a better man. She is exactly the person he needs to be with because she grew to have feelings for him despite his flaws, which tells him that she'll care for him even at his worst. Plus, the only character development we've seen Klaus have is when he has scenes with Caroline
Caroline. They're more similar than people give them credit for, and it's established canon he is in love with her. He's fascinated by her because the type of person she's becoming is the type of person he's wanted to be for the last thousand years. Lastly, she has the balls in that relationship. Klaus is terribly misogynistic, yet he sees her as his equal.
ReplyDeleteAs to why not the others, well, Klaus treats Hayley like trash. He's subjugated her to an incubator, and he's definitely the dominant one in that relationship. They share personality traits, yes, but not the ones which will equal a healthy and competent relationship. No matter how many ways you can twist it, he will never see her as his equal. It doesn't matter she's a "queen". She holds none of the traits he values the most, which is loyalty, and we all now Hayley doesn't have loyalty to anyone but herself, judging by 4x09.
Klaus using compulsion on Camille speaks for itself as to why it won't ever work out. He's already ripped her of her rights, which, in my opinion, is equal to rape. He held control over her mind and body, and it's disgusting that she's shown to have forgiven him.
you think that caroline want klaus she just used him as she usually did it she just wanted a scandal sex because bonny and elena had it and she was only one who didn't slept with some one so she saw klaus and she slept with him
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how all you klaroliners use that "She caused the death o 12 hybrids" routine all the time. Nobody cares. All the characters on the show have done terrible things but you don't hate on them. Hayley is loyal. And Caroline is not the dominant one in a relationship. If she didn't know of his feelings for her, she would have acted differently around him. Hayley is smart and she surprises Klaus. She also challenges him way more than Caroline has. Klaus USED TO treat her as a walking incubator but you have to remember that Hayley has developed. Klaus to Hayley: "You've come a long way, little wolf." She has come a long way, from the girl she was in TVD, to the Queen, Klaus sees in her at this moment. He never saw Caroline a queen, he never saw her as an equal as Klaus sees Hayley now. Hayley has stood up to Klaus from day 1, and he has always admired her for that. He has never met anyone like her before and that is why she is a challenge. None of Klaus' relationship will ever be healthy. But Klaus needs someone who will love him and not leave him and that someone could be Hayley. Like someone also said, she knows all his parts, his vampire and his werewolf. She's a werewolf herself. She can relate in ways Caroline never will. Klaus has even started showing care towards Hayley. A realistic relationship takes a while to develop. It's called a pairing with substance. Klaus "fell in love" with caroline after knowing her for a few episodes, just like that because the writers threw him a love interest, someone not fit for him. Caroline can never be the leader and she doesn't have the brains to lead as Hayley does. "I knew you were tough, I knew you were cunning but I never knew you were a Queen." Klaus to Hayley. He sees in her something he never saw in any girl.
ReplyDeleteUm, have you watched their buildup for over two season, she was attracted to him long before that, she just finally gave into to her feelings. Klaus could see how she felt and he convinced her to be honest about it. If you don't like them, fine but don't belittle the development they had.
ReplyDeleteWe're not using anything, we remember how her character was introduced. The writers have rewrote her character, plain and simple.
ReplyDeleteThe person who she was doesn't matter. People change and what she did wasn't so terrible. It was Klaus who killed them, not her. The character that was introduced was a misunderstood character who was doing anything possible to find her family. She is loyal to her family and she has proven to do just about anything for her family.
ReplyDeleteThe development? Ah you mean the part where he fell for her in a few episodes out of nowhere and then followed her around like he was obsessed with her? Even Damon said "He is obsessed with you." She wanted to have some scandalous sex and she took advantage of his feelings for her and went for it, that's it.
ReplyDeletewhen Caroline saw Enzo she was more attracted to Enzo than she was to Klaus
ReplyDeleteMisunderstood? Haha, it was clearly understood. She betrayed people that put their trust in her, why would anyone trust her is beyond me. Especially since a werewolf pack consider loyalty to other werewolves above everything. Sorry but they haven't shown any development for her character, they rewrote it, there's a difference.
ReplyDeleteActually people do care that she killed 12 hybrids. Most TO viewers are TVD viewers... And you know what? Apart from Klayley and Haylijah shippers, most viewers ship Hayley with Death.
ReplyDeleteAs for Klaus calling Hayley a queen *barfs*... Have you ever heard of the word "manipulation"? It's not like Klaus is a master at it... and it's not like he sees an open opportunity with her pack since apparently Hayley is now Princess Mononoke...
I have a question... Did you actually get that it was about making alliances and ultimately achieving power? Probably not.
No, it's probably all about the baby and playing house...
Better than any development that Hayley has gotten. Their characters have a connection that will always be there, always. It doesn't matter how much time goes by, they will be connected to each other. It is what it is.
ReplyDeleteIs there really any point in arguing guys? Everyone is going to think that their OTP is the better match and you won't change their minds. Let people have their opinions, vote for your ship and idk go walk the dog
ReplyDeleteHayley is well aware of his manipulation techniques and she doesn't fall for them. She has already called him out on it and threatened him if he were trying to manipulate her and her pack. And seriously, she didn't kill twelve hybrids. Klaus killed them. And like I said, characters have done worse things and countless of times. You don't start bitching about them. So please, stop trying to find a reason to hate on Hayley because you aren't going anywhere with one argument which makes no sense whatsoever. And actually, the majority of people do happen to like Hayley and support her everywhere, except your fandom who somehow feels threatened by her existence in Klaus' life.
ReplyDeletelol. What connection? Where did you get that from? I know for one thing that Klaus and Hayley will be connected forever for sure through what they created, a child for Klaus' redemption, someone Klaus will love for eternity, and from their development of their relationship throughout the series. The relationship between him and Caroline has stopped progressing since a long time ago and I doubt they will continue to progress anything. It is what it is.
ReplyDeleteThe child, you said it yourself. He could care less about Hayley, obviously or he would care that Elijah has feelings for her. But he doesn't. He cared that Tyler was with Caroline, he doesn't care that Hayley likes Elijah. It is what it is.
ReplyDeleteShe led them to their death. She caused their death, she has blood on her hands. And, yes we're speaking about a (poorly written) character.
ReplyDeleteIf I drink and drive and cause an accident and people die. I have caused their death. Simple.
Oh, my argument doesn't make sense? Alright. It's true that, by saying that, yours makes so much more sense.
And by the way, it hasn't anything to do with Klaus. This argument has been overused. It has everything to do with the way she was introduced. I dislike Hayley because of Hayley.
Sure, you found people who love her. Let me guess, you're a Klayley shipper. Just like I see a lot people who don't. And guess what? Not all of them are Klaroliners. ;)
Have you actually seen the last episode? His face when Hayley called out for Elijah when he was moving forward to help her said it all. Klaus cares for Hayley. And if Klaus doesn't care about Elijah and Hayley, then why does he get annoyed whenever Hayley talks about Elijah, or when Hayley calls out Elijah's name or when Elijah does something to impress Hayley? It is what it is. Learn to accept that Klaus does care about Hayley.
ReplyDeleteAnd not all people who love them are Haylijah or Klayley shippers. There are many people who like her. Anything else you want to add?
ReplyDeleteSorry but agree to disagree. I like Klaroline, you like Klayley. I don't have to accept anything because you're not accepting how Klaus feels about Caroline either (shrugs) So, you see what you see, I see what I see. That is what it is.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I don't understand why Katherine is here, either. Have people forgotten that Klaus came back to Mystic Falls for the sole reason to gloat over her "corpse-to-be"? And that, when Caroline asked him not to, he listened to Caroline? Plus, you are so right that Klaus/Hayley have no chemistry! It's all forced on TO. It's disgusting. People seem to think Klaus actually cares for Hayley because he's protecting her, but they have it twisted. Klaus is protecting her because she's carrying his child! He cares about the child, not Hayley! And then they say he cares for her because he's jealous of Hayley/Elijah. He's jealous because he feels possession over her because, once again, she's carrying his child! He doesn't want his child to be born and think of Elijah as its father! I swear, some of these people don't understand Klaus's intentions at all.
ReplyDeleteThe last episode proved that Klaus cares about Hayley outside of the baby and once the baby is born, you all will have no doubts about it. Klaus and Hayley rarely get scenes and their chemistry is natural because the writers are not pushing the couple, so how can you say that it is forced? What's disgusting is for you to talk crap that isn't true. It seems you who doesn't know Klaus at all and think his penis is reserved for the carowhine.
ReplyDeleteYou keep saying that, but I don't understand how Hayley understands him. She has never shown it. Caroline understood him in one episode. "I get it. Your father didn't love you, so you assume that no one else will either. And that's why you compel people, or you sire them, or you try to buy them off. But that's not how it works. You don't connect with people because you don't even try to understand them." Ring a bell? Caroline understands Klaus. Hayley doesn't.
ReplyDeleteBecause they've never be written as innocent characters. They're Originals vampires. They're monsters. Hello? Since, Hayley cares so much about innocent people, why didn't she express regret/ remorse?
ReplyDeleteAnd with that one last sentence, you've proved how delusional some of you are. Yes, if I don't like poor orphan Hayley, it's because I'm a Klaroliner. You know the fandom so well.
By the way, this is sarcasm. I obviously need to point some things out so...
And through your words you have proven just how rude some of you can be and completely disrespectful as everyone knows your fandom is. Hayley is not innocent. She has done bad things and everyone knows it. Katherine never expressed remorse for people she killed. You don't have to like her, you just express your opinion poorly of why you don't. I clearly cannot discuss with people like you something serious because you are all the same.
ReplyDeleteNo. Caroline has experienced heartbreak, neglect, and she's always been a second choice. Yet through all of that, she has remained a beacon of light and stayed strong. ("You're beautiful, you're strong, you're full of light." Ring a bell?) Caroline is not shallow and her being blonde has nothing to do with it, so I don't know why you have to include that. If Caroline cared more about drama and boyfriends, then why is she always the one who protects her friends from everything? Who puts everyone else above herself? You miss the point to Caroline. The reason Klaus loves her is because after all that she has gone through, she's STILL able to care about petty things like that! She can still be excited about college and prom and clothes, even after she has been through Hell and back. Caroline is better than Hayley and Camille combined.
ReplyDeleteHe has poured out his childhood to her. She found herself in that painting he drew of an abandoned soul. "I saw how twisted it really is...and maybe I can relate." Ring a bell? And Caroline only sees his situation through that remark, she cannot relate to that. She hasn't experienced it therefore she cannot understand him. Caroline will never understand Klaus. Hayley will always get him.
ReplyDeleteThat's the kind of person she is: All about proms and clothes. The world was falling apart when she was whining to Klaus about not having a prom dress, shows how a pathetic excuse for a character she is. She hasn't had a storyline in years, There is nothing to like about her. I have 10 girls like caroline in my school. Girls like Hayley are hard to find.
ReplyDeleteI never said Katherine expressed remorse, she's just like Damon, Klaus, Rebekah, etc.
ReplyDeleteTell me in what way I was disrespectful to you and how all Klaroliners are?
"And through your words you have proven just how rude some of you can be
ReplyDeleteand completely disrespectful as everyone knows your fandom is." Is that because I don't agree with what you say?
You seem to like to generalize and take the easy way out. It says more about you as a person than it does about me and my fandom. Yes, we have bad apples but to say that we are disrespectful is quite something. It's probably easier for you to say that than give valid arguments. By the way, you still need to point out how I was disrespectful to you.
I agree. Caroline is loyal to her friends, she will put her life on the line for people she cares about. Through everything that she's been through, she still looks for the good in people. She felt pity for Katherine, who killed her, for goodness sake, but she could see why Katherine was the way she was, just like with Klaus. She faced her transformation on her own, when life didn't turn out how she wanted it to be, she didn't whine about, she got up and made the best of the situation and took control, which is why she's my favorite character on TVD.
ReplyDeleteNot true. The first episode where she saw his painting. She saw it and instantly connected with him. Hayley: "Who want to know why I like that painting?" Klaus: "because you saw into my deep wounded soul?" Hayley: "Because I saw it really was, and maybe I can relate." Right there she saw Klaus for everything he was. He wasn't a monster. He wasn't evil. He was broken, twisted, hurt, alone, and she could relate to all of it. She saw his soul in that painting. She saw who he really was, and she related to him because she felt the same way about her life as well. Hayley and Klaus are both changing. They're becoming better people. Not because some boy or girl is trying to save them or because they want to impress someone, its because they have to in order to be better parents for their daughter than they ever had in their lives. Klaus doesn't want to become Mikael and Hayley doesn't want to be like the mothers she had. They're both scared, but their growing on their own. Klaus doesn't need Caroline. He's grown so much over the period of time, and he saw that for himself. As did Hayley. No one needed to change or fix them. They did it on their own, through their sheer force of will. Hayley is a leader now, she's putting other people before herself. She's grown so much from how she was on TVD. Hayley was selfish and manipulative and that was mostly due to because she was very alone in the world. She had to be selfish to survive. No one's ever cared about her, no one's ever looked out for her, so she only looked out for herself. No one gave a damn about her, this lowered her self-esteem a lot. She figured since no one cares about me I must not matter. She didn't care about anything really, except finding her family. She always had this need to feel accepted and to not be alone anymore. She was searching for people who loved her, who would accept her for who she was. Who would love her. Same with Klaus and his hybrids, he was just alone and wanted acceptance. He wanted a family who could love him. They were both just looking for the same thing, in two opposite directions. But now they've both realized that their about to become parents. They need to pick themselves up and get their lives together. They can't be selfish anymore. They have another person to look out for. They have to be better parents than their parents were to them. They've both grown so much, and I'm so proud of them. Even Klaus noticed how Hayley has grown, he see's how she's changed and he's proud of her. " I always knew you were tough, and I always cunning, but I never knew you were a Queen" He see's her and he's see's the woman she's grown into. It's only a matter of time till Hayley see's how Klaus has changed how he's doing all of this to protect their daughter. He's being selfless here. He loves his daughter very much and he cares for Hayley. Hayley will start to see that soon enough. They'll both realize that there was a King and Queen standing before them the whole time. Their relationship will be a slow build. They'll have build trust between them first, then friendship, and then most probably it will become romantic. They already have loads of chemistry and Klaus is still very much attracted to her. I like slow relationships like theirs. They're both changing and realizing how they really are. Good people who became bent because the world was too much too handle for them. But their changing, and soon enough they'll both realize that they deserve to be happy and deserve to be loved.
ReplyDeleteYou see the baby isn't their redemption, nor is it each other. Their redemption is themselves. Them both realizing that they aren't broken, just bent and finally healing from their past and starting a new. Klaus: "Maybe it's time for a new story."
You mean girls who are willing to betray anyone who trusts them at the drop of a hat? Never been fond of those kind of girls. Caroline has it in her to care about both the trauma occurring around her and the small joys in life. She recognizes that life isn't worth living if you don't have some happiness in it. She's also the girl who's willing to put herself in danger for her friends, who doesn't hesitate to be there for her friends even when they've hurt her. She would also never betray her friends. I'll pick a character like Caroline over someone like Hayley any day of the week.
ReplyDeleteCAROLINE. Obviously.
ReplyDeleteThe show is going to fail if they try any other pairing, it's becoming rather obvious with the huge dropping of the ratings that is going on lately.
I don't think we've met the woman Klaus will end up with. Not to upset the Caroline/Klaus shippers, but Caroline isn't even on TO. So why would she qualify? She's in the same universe but not on TO. Just stating my opinion like everybody else.
ReplyDeleteYou obviously didn't read or understand my comment at all. Good day to you.
ReplyDeleteLike you said, they do exist in the same universe, and given their prior interactions, I'd definitely say that Caroline is still a viable option :)
ReplyDeleteHayley chooses her family and puts them first. The hybrids weren't really her friends. She had just met and was from day one using them. Tyler was her only friend and she made sure he got out safe, an she was sorry she betrayed him. You all seem to forget that Caroline betrayed Tyler when she and her friends also killed a hybrid so they could find their stupid cure. But Caroline is so loyal -_-. Caroline is not perfect. She has killed and she has betrayed people as well. Her own boyfriend. So please stop
ReplyDeleteI agree. I don't ship Klaus with any of these girls. I think they always make him act incredible OOC when he has romantic scenes.
ReplyDeleteThank you for being kind about it. There are a lot of other shippers who always say things like, "Caroline's not on TO, she doesn't count, you guys are just clinging to something that will never happen, get over it." At least you're being respectful. Thanks. (:
ReplyDeleteOh and just to add!! I DEFINITELY respect any and all opinions and the pure fact that the Klaroline fandom is so large, I think it would be absolutely atrocious of they didn't allow them to have their representation in polls such as this. It is only fair.
ReplyDeleteWho said Caroline was perfect?
ReplyDeleteHayley never expresses remorse or regret? You mean like the time she was bawling down crying when she betrayed Elijah. Or the time after she betrayed the hybrids where she said I'm sorry Tyler. Or the time after Elijah chose to save her, where she said she was sorry that she put him in that position?
ReplyDeleteKlaroline fans for the most don't understand Hayley at all, so there's no point in talking to any of you.
All those relationships are horrible none should happen. Caroline should never come on to the Originals and Hayley is just terrible. Klaus doesnt need any of them. Seriously watching you guys fight is hilarious since neither will ever happen.
ReplyDeleteKlaus should end up with Caroline...since out of all the girls he really Respect her and Everything and he will do everything for her....So it's cool...also Caroline is really Funny and everything Not boring like Hayley and Camille because Klaus need someone like this in his life who is the opposite of him like Klaus said "They are the Same..." lol :)
ReplyDeleteKlaus wasn't manipulating Hayley. He was genuinely impressed by her. Shown in her speech in 1x17 where Klaus looked very proud of her. This is confirmed by a writer for TO that Klaus was very impressed with Hayley an yes proud of her during this scene. Klaus had no reason to manipulate Hayley, she was already on board with his plan. Klaus's plan is to protect his daughter and Hayley.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to disagree on how Caroline's never experienced it. Did you ever watch TVD? When Caroline's mother found out she was a vampire, she rejected her. Damon even said, "She's your daughter, Liz." And she said, "Not anymore." Then, in 3x03, Caroline's father chained her up and tried to fix her by burning her. Caroline has experienced neglect, pain, and definitely rejection from her parents. Have you forgotten that her father died in the episode right before she said this to Klaus? Her father acted as if he didn't love her because he abandoned her, he hurt her, he rejected her, he tried to change who she was. She understood it all. That's why she said, "I get it. Your father didn't love you, so you assume that no one else will either." She had experienced it, too, and that's how she understood why he acted the way he did. Caroline relates to Klaus a lot more than you give her credit for.
ReplyDeleteCaroline isn't just about that! But with everything going on, with the world falling apart she's fighting she's helping but she ALSO wants the human experience. She's strong because with everything going on she can still put a smile on her face and distract her friends, think of the positive things in live but also doesn't take away from what's wrong. Yes she wanted a prom dress from Klaus because prom is important to her because she used to be that girl but she's also more. She has been tortured a million times, neglected, betrayed by her friends, used and abused but she always remained strong.
ReplyDeleteGirls like Hayley are hard to find... Well since she practically sacrificed twelve of her friends I bloody well hope there is no one else like her in your school.
LOL I'm a Klaroline shipper, but your comment was pretty hilarious. It must be fun not to be involved in these ship wars. (:
ReplyDeleteDid she express remorse about the hybrids? No.
ReplyDelete''Klaroline fans for the most don't understand Hayley at all, so there's no point in talking to any of you.'' And once again with one sentence you further my point regarding the people who hate on Klaroline and Klaroliners. Thank you. You make it so easy. :)
The fact that she deliberately made the hybrids think she was there friend doesn't change the fact that they trusted her and she betrayed them. In fact, it makes her look even more conniving and heartless. Which, if they had her acknowledge that as Katherine always did, I could actually like her. Instead, they try to completely re-write her character. As for making sure Tyler got out safe, she didn't seem all that broken up that he was going to have to be on the run (potentially for eternity), and in fact slept with the man who wanted him dead. Doesn't scream regret to me.
ReplyDeleteYou act like we think Caroline has never done any wrong. We know she's done wrong, however, she has actually expressed regret, and has shown loyalty to her friends. She and her friends had to kill that hybrid to save Elena. She made a judgement call --a choice between two evils. It didn't have anything to do with the cure, it had everything to do with saving Elena. Remember, she was going insane was was going to end up killing herself.
So I get that you're a Caroline hater. I guess I understand now the point you wanted to make.
ReplyDelete^ Lol thanks.
ReplyDeleteBut i do prefer Klaroliners over Klayleys.
If the TO writer said it then... If he needed to point it out and tell the audience what they were aiming for... I guess it didn't really come across. Ha, ha!
ReplyDeleteThank you on behalf of the Klaroline fandom! But yeah, ship wars are absolutely ridiculous hahaha
ReplyDeleteHow can't Caroline relate? She was tortured by her own dad only mere weeks before because of what she was. Her own mother had tried to kill her a few months before, again because she was a vampire. She knows heartbreak. She knows how it is when your parents don't love you only Caroline managed to show her parents how she is still the same, she didn't let the fact that they tried to hurt, kill and/or change her affect her and proved that she was still there. Her dad just died when she said that to Klaus so yes, she does know it a bit.
ReplyDeleteKlaus says that though, "My relationship with my father was a bit more complex than yours."
"Maybe so, but I let my father go with no regrets."
She never pretended to know his situation but how exactly will Hayley get him better?
She was addopted as a kid, brought up right and gotten a boy killed in a boating accident at 16 (?) when she turned, yes she got kicked out by those parents because they were freaked out but other than that... She wouldn't understand Klaus' position either. No one can.
Klaus doesn't give two shits about Hayley but of course the writers will have rewritten the last eighteenth episodes in next week's episode to show that he does care for her. It's the same device they've used in rewriting Hayley's character, which is manipulating the audience. They'll show he does genuinely care for her, despite using physical violence against her and guaranteeing her death after she gave birth.
ReplyDeleteAnd if Klaus does care for his daughter, I could buy it, if they showed that he does care for her; however, he isn't shown to be preparing for her birth, like any other father, and in fact, neither is Hayley, unless you count rubbing her stomach everyday. I think the only time Klaus is shown any emotion to it is in 1x03 when Hayley told him it's a girl.
Meanwhile, when is Hayley even giving birth? This shit is getting worse than Twilight.
She relates to Klaus on that level, but not really on the level Hayley can. Hayley and Klaus experienced this their whole lives. Caroline really only experienced it for a matter of days, but even then her parents still loved her. It's not really comparable. Caroline's father tortured her because he believed she had turned into a monster, he believed she wasn't Caroline did her mother. Hence, you're quote. However, even then they still loved her, they simply thought that Caroline wasn't Caroline anymore. However, once Caroline showed them that it was still her they warmed up to her and saw that Caroline was still there an their daughter wasn't gone. Once they realized this, they welcomed her with open arms. Even after death Caroline's father died loving his baby girl and Caroline's mother still love her. So really its not the same situation With Klaus and Hayley, no ever gave a damn about them. Their parents or the people who raised them never cared about them. Mikael abused Klaus constantly, even as a innocent little kid. Never the others just him. Hayley was placed into foster care since she was a kid and bounced from place to place. None of the foster parents gave a damn about her, and she knew this for a fact. They both essentially grew up knowing no one loved them. Once Hayley was adopted, she triggered her wolf curse and her parents threw her out. I have to imagine that Hayley damaged Hayley immensely. Her whole life she'd been looking for a family, and then she finally finds people who could potentially love her, an the second she changes they simply throw her out like she meant nothing. Hayley grew up her whole life thinking she was nothing, and the one time she thought someone cared for her they just threw her out. Her adopted parents saw her as a monster and then quickly left her on her own. Hayley didn't have friends who were there for her like Caroline did. She had herself and no one else. When Caroline first turned she had both Stefan and Elena who were there for her, and one Caroline proved that she wasn't a blood thirsty killer, (she had just killed 3 people) her other friends came around, and then soon after her parents.
ReplyDeleteI don't think people realize how much Caroline needed her friends and family to become this bubbly chipper person she is now. I don't think for a second that Caroline would be all full of light, if she was alone like Klaus and Hayley were. If Caroline had no one there to support her and be there for her. Tell her that she wasn't a monster. Notice how the first thing Stefan did was make sure she had her friends with her whenever times got rough. It made her keep her humanity. Without them I don't think Caroline would be the Caroline you all see now.
If Caroline was alone and had to face the world by herself I think she'd be right where Klaus and Hayley are. Damaged, twisted, and broken.
Again, Hayley was selfish and was doing whatever she felt necessary to find her family. How is Caroline killing someone to help her friend and Hayley killing people, who she thought would be resurrected, as Shane said himself, any worse? Caroline was being selfish in the situation. However Hayley has changed an is still changing. She's putting people before her selfish desires. It seems you Caroline stans will say its okay for Caroline to do whatever, but if Hayley does something bad she's the worst person ever. You all sound like hypocrites. Hayley has never pretended to be a saint. She herself said that she's impulsive. Hayley is manipulative and yes she's not perfect. I've already why she is this way. If you actually paid attention to her background or even tried to understan her character you could see that.
ReplyDeleteHe must have really weird way of showing respect.
ReplyDeleteHow is Klaus and Hayley forced? They don't even talk. You're clearly just spewing nonsense to make another invalid point. Chemistry is subjective. Personally, I found nothing special in Klaus and Caroline interactions. I like Klaus and Hayley's small interactions and I feel they have great chemistry. Klaus cares about Hayley. Hence when he saw her crying he felt bad for her and gave her advice on Elijah even though he hates their relationship. He didn't want her to feel sad. This shows he cares. He cares about what she thinks of him and she does matter to him. You'll see soon enough. There really is no point talking to any of you. Klaus has never been possessive of Hayley. Where has he been?
ReplyDeleteKlaus has no reason to manipulate her. She was already with his plan. Klaus genuinely was proud of Hayley. This is confirmed by the writers over Twitter.
ReplyDeleteYes, they are ridiculous. I hate them. But I also hate when my point is dismissed or when I'm attacked just because I'm a KCer. It is as if I can't make a valid point because I ship K/C.
ReplyDeleteIf I dislike Hayley, it has to be because I'm a K/Cer. If I think Klaus is OOC, it's because I'm a K/Cer... The list goes on. Every single time, it's ''oh but you're a Klaroliner, you're hateful... your fandom is rude... blah, blah, blah...'' But I never get a valid argument other than those platitudes.
We get a lot of hate and yet we're the mean ones. Grr... Today, I wanted to stand up for myself and for the fandom.
Sorry for the rant.
KLAUS AND HAYLEY ALWAYS AND FOREEVER!!!! KLAUS JUST BITES CAROLINE AND CAMILLE!!!!CAMILLE IS JUST HIS BLOODBAG WHO HE MAKES LISTEN TO HIS PROBLEMS. AND CAROLINE HELPED HER FRIENDS KILL KLAUS (CAROLINES FRIEND/WITCH BONNIE DESSICATED KLAUS AND REBEKAH) ,IT WAS CAROLINES IDEA TO TRAP KLAUS SOUL,SPIRIT,ESSENCE IN REBEKAHS BODY ,CAROLINES WORDS/PLAN KILL OR GET RID OF TWO ORIGINALS AT ONE TIME FOR GOOD. CAROLINE BETRAYED KLAUS AND REBEKAH TO GET RID OF THEM. BUT LUCKY FOR KLAUS HAYLEY HEARD CAROLINES MURDEROUS BACKSTABBING PLAN AND SNAPPED THE SLUTTY BLONDES NECK BEFORE SHE COULD EVEN WHINE , AND WENT TO KLAUS AND TOLD HIM EVERYTHING ABOUT CAROLINES PLAN TO KILL HIM AND REBEKAH. THAT BLONDE SLUT WILL GET SLUTTY AND STRIP NAKED AND JUMP ANY ONE IN THE WOODS.ONLY SLUTTY NASTY GIRLS HAVE SEX IN THE WOODS FOR EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO SEE.CAROLINE IS SLUT.!!!!
ReplyDeleteKLAUS AND HAYLEY ALWAYS AND FOREEVER INFINITY FOREVER.
You really do seem to love generalizing all Caroline fans.
ReplyDeleteI've never said that everything Caroline does is okay. You seem to want to put words in my mouth. The difference between Caroline and Hayley, for me, is Caroline has been given better writing and more organic growth through the storyline and is portrayed by a more talented actor.
I've never said Hayley is the worst person ever. That would be one of the Mikaelsons that would get that particular honor. I just don't enjoy her character. And, yes, I have paid attention and tried to understand her character. However, they've had a problem sticking with an actual personality for her in the past, and by the time they decided on the Virgin Mary Queen Badass Messiah slot for her, I had already given up on her.
Oh, and I'm pretty sure that Hayley didn't know about the resurrection deal before she agreed to befriend 12 hybrids and lead them to the slaughter. But, that was 3 or 4 personalities and retcons ago.
Have you seen the rest of the episode? Or only the gif?
ReplyDeleteKlaus never bit Camille and Caroline is not a slut. Please that is not acceptable. The Klayley fandom is a nice peaceful fandom and we do not condone the kind of behavior you are portraying.
ReplyDeleteNo need to apologize! I absolutely agree. As soon as you state your ship a certain pairing, any legitimate criticism you may have is simply dismissed as shipper politics. It's annoying and it's unfair. I spent 4 years of my life learning how to analyze and interpret film and tv, and when I wrote a critical meta on Hayley and why I believe her to be the most offensive character in television history (without mentioning Caroline/Klaroline even once) I was just ''bitter because I didn't get my ship''. Fandom fuckery is the worst.
ReplyDeleteYea this is love.
ReplyDeleteStop with the slut shaming....ugh
ReplyDelete^Agree. Let's not have any slut shaming. From any fandom. Ever. Women have worked far too hard for their bodily autonomy for people like you to single handedly set back the feminist movement 50 years.
ReplyDeleteI seem to remember many Klaroliners on Tumblr calling Hayley the wereslut, Moon Moon, and other horrible name. Please I do not want anymore bad blood between the fandoms .
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of question is that? I've watched whole episode, not only stabbing and biting.
ReplyDeleteOut of all of them? Ugh. Caroline, no. Hayley, again, no. Both fandoms are pretty much the same, and the ships, IN MY OPINION, are not much better. Camille...eh. She's okay. Katherine? WTF?
ReplyDeleteWhere did Klaus ever say he would kill hayley? That was Rebekah who believed he would and told hayley this? Klaus was never going to hurt Hayley. The fact that he was so scared of Hayley and Elijah becoming close and him becoming the father figure proves he wasn't going to hurt her if he in fact saw her in the childs life in order to influence the child as Elijah being its father. If he was simply going to kill her after the baby was born, he wouldn't have cared that she and Elijah got close. Klaus does care about Hayley. He's doing all of this and making a deal with the werewolves in order to protect Hayley and their child. He cares about them.
ReplyDelete"They are his redemption. "Love is the light scaring darkness away." That is something I have heard and it's true. It's not light itself that scares Klaus' darkness away, it's love" - Thank you for that statement, it fits beautifully with Klaroline. Klaus told Caroline there is a light in her and later on, he fell in love with her. Notice how he also gave up revenge for her (letting both Tyler and Katherine go). Klaus is the type of person who obsesses over things and never lets them go. The fact that he put his revenge aside for Caroline, is HUGE. And it fits beautifully with your statement.
ReplyDeleteAre we watching the same show? Damon is not a sweet little puppy. The reason him and Elena broke up is because he was unable to change. If you want a relationship to work, there needs to be growth and there wasn't any between Damon and Elena. Damon was a love sick puppy from day one, but he was never a "sweet little puppy" He's an unstable addict and Patrovas are his choice of drug.
Caroline went through Tyler's transformation with him. She was the reason he survived, so I'm pretty sure she is capable of understanding Klaus' dual nature. She dated the only other hybrid in existence. Not that Klaus needs to date someone who is familiar with werewolves. He doesn't need to date a wolf to reconnect with his werewolf side.
Klaus falling for Caroline was not OOC. If you look at popular character tropes for figures like Klaus, they always fall in love with one person who completely consumes them for some inexplicable reason. If you look at other characters that follow this trope, they all follow the same pattern. Spike had Buffy, Cole had Phoebe and Eric had Sookie. These woman are exceptions for men like Spike, Cole, Eric and Klaus, so Klaus falling for Caroline is not OOC. Klaus, a man who obsesses over things and lets nothing go, moving on from someone he loved, is what is OOC - and goes against the character trope.
You're right, Klaus is sincere with Hayley. He didn't hold back when he called their sexual liaisons a "liquor fueled one night stand".
No one understands all parts of Klaus. His siblings are still trying to figure him out. Hell, I don't think Klaus even understands Klaus, so there's no way Hayley understands all parts of him.
As for Caroline not being able to love him. I completely disagree with that. While Klaus was definitely more cautious around Caroline, he didn't exactly hide his true nature. Caroline knows fully well what he's capable, but despite that, she developed feelings for him. This was established in the 100th episode when she slept with Klaus and admitted that she would be truthful with him if he left her alone. She doesn't want to have feelings for him (not that I blame her), but she does. She is fully aware of what he is capable of, but shes also aware that "anyone capable of love is capable of being saved" and she obviously saw something good in him.
Long time no see
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. So, it's maybe time to get that every fandom has their bad apples, don't you agree?
ReplyDeleteNo, Klayley fans saw it and the TO writer confirmed it. So it did come across to people who were actually paying attention.
ReplyDeleteYou simply don't understand her or even try to understand her. You just say she's manipulative and evil or she's killed so many people and you really don't understand how or why she got this and how she has changed and realizes she needs to put people first. For the most from what I've seen Klaroliners hate Hayley without even trying to understand her, they just see the worst in her.
ReplyDeleteat this moment he thought that Hayley killed his baby when Rebekkah said that Hayley didn't do that that she still pregnant he was sorry about what he did
ReplyDeleteSorry, but there is really no excuse for violently assaulting someone. I ship Klaroline, but I will never excuse Klaus treatment of Caroline in 4x13. It doesn't matter if he was sad/angry (like he was in both instances) it gives him no right to hurt them.
ReplyDeleteI like Klaus and Caroline but I like her more with Stefan, and Hayley I like with Elijah. I went with Cami but thinking about it I think Klaus needs to sort some stuff out before getting involved with anyone.
ReplyDeleteIt was in the earlier episodes I think. But where did they confirm that it wasn't manipulation?
ReplyDeleteI can understand you want to relate more to Hayley's and I can agree that the show really doesn't show her side of things. Her struggle in life or where's she been that made her so cold. Klayley's know why, which is why we relate to her character and see that she would be Klaus's best match, but for those who don't they have a hard time understanding her actions.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I do not believe she is weak for staying and fighting to protect her family. In fact to me that makes her strong for not backing down. Hayley knows she would never be able to run from Klaus. She is not a vampire. She does not have vamp speed, or mind control , or any other feature that would benefit her like Katherine did. He would find her quickly. Hayley's best bet would be to wait and bide her time. She has Elijah as an ally an maintaing friendship with him is the best way to ensure her survival. With the daggers gone (she gave them to Rebekah) Klaus can't dagger Elijah anymore. So having him as an ally benefits her. Also Hayley is not going to just run away. Her family that she's been searching for her whole life is in New Orleans, she's not going to just run. She's going to stay and fight.
Hayley's smarter an tougher than you give her credit for. I do feel she has genuine feelings for Elijah, but it is smart of her to keep him an Rebekah as allies.
Personally, I would go with none of them. I think these women personally deserve better than Klaus right now. Until he can admit his faults and get over his whole hybrid aspect of himself, or at least the part of him being the product of an affair, and until he can move from the past and focus on the future, then he needs to be alone without any endgame. He is so focused on revenge and anger and stupidity over the littlest things, like his siblings disagreeing with him, that he's not making progress on moving forward. He takes the little steps but it makes it seem ridiculous that he's been alive for a thousand years and acts like a teenage boy. Maybe that's the mindset vampires are stuck in when they 'die', but it's just getting to the point of me being exhausted by his characterization.
ReplyDeleteSure, none of these love interest choices are perfect either. Caroline can be quite shallow and very judgemental; Hayley can be very manipulative and deceitful and Cami can also be judgemental and a smartass, but they're still young and have the excuse of only living less than 25 years. If I had to choose, though, if Klaus can get past his whiny stage, I'd choose Cami because she is more mature and I like how she can stand up for herself and not be pushed around by Klaus, but ultimately, I'd choose none of them and have them all find other love interests.
Honestly, I'm not a Klaroliner and find I only tolerate them because Joseph and Candice have good chemistry together, but their characters are not suited for each other. Same with Hayley and Klaus and even Cami/Klaus. I just don't find these three choices very good for Klaus right now.
The TO writers on Twitter. In episode 1x17 when hayley was giving her speech there was a quick shot of Klaus smiling at hayley. Klayley fans saw it and sent a picture to the writers on twitter, saying look how proud Klaus is of Hayley. The writers praised us for catching it and said "Yep, that's a proud baby daddy right there". Hence indicating in the next episode when Klaus said this that he wasn't manipulation her. He was in fact very proud of her and how far she'd come and how she had grown. This wasn't a manipulation. He had no reason to manipulate her at that point, he knew she would side with him because it was in her packs best interest and the childs.
ReplyDeleteBEFORE KLAUS WENT TO THE GRAVEYARD TO CONFRONT REBEKAH ABOUT BRINGING THEIR FATHER TO TOWN ,KLAUS BIT CAMILLE FED OFF HER.AND THE FICTIONAL CHARACTER CAROLINE DID LOOK LIKE A SLUT FIRST WITH TYLER SECOND WITH KLAUS IN THE WOODS ON THE VAMPIRES DIARIES SHOW .I JUST DO NOT MUCH CARE FOR CAROLINE CHARACTER AFTER SEEING THAT FROM CAROLINES CHARACER .YOU SHOULD REWATCH THE VAMPIRE DIARIES SEASONS PAST AND THE ORIGINALS PAST EPISODES ONLINE LIKE I HAVE . YOU HAVE MISSED ALOT OF DETAILS OF THESE SHOWS. I USED TO THINK KLAUS AND CAROLINE WERE SWEET AND CUTE TOGETHER I WAS A FAN OF KLAUS AND CAROLINE ,NOT ANYMORE.
ReplyDeleteI agree. This moment was not at all ok. No Klayley I have met has ever tried to condone this.
ReplyDeleteKlaus actions towards Caroline and Hayley were both disgusting.
Hayley actually did know about Shane's plan. She knew that they would have been resurrected. She was working with him to complete the sacrifices because she knew that they would be resurrected, which was the plan from the start once Silas came back.
ReplyDeleteThank you. However, if I were in her position and pregnant, with or without vampire speeds, I would put myself and my child before I thought of fighting for others. It makes sense with the character we were introduced to in TVD that she would fight for her freedom. We were introduced to a character who put herself before anyone, and I could really like her, even without showing internal guilty caused by 4x09, if they showed she fled from New Orleans. Really, that's where my biggest disappointment lies with the character, that she didn't at all try. It would make her more relatable to the audience, that her first thought was to flee before she gave birth.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I agree with you on her fighting for the werewolves. In a way, it does make her a stronger character. But it just feels like they completely rewrote her character by making her some "warrior princess" to manipulate the audience into liking her, which just doesn't settle well with me as a viewer.
The Cw's ratings in general have been decreasing all over the board. Supernatural, Arrow, TVD, Reign, etc.. Its not just TO
ReplyDeleteYes they have, but not over 1 million viewers. And they're not hitting a new series low every week. People are growing bored of the plot.
ReplyDeleteWell, if Klami and Klayley are better and have bigger chemistry between them than Klaroline, they should win the polls and have a big fandom, but they don't, do they?
ReplyDeleteYep! Honestly, there is nothing wrong with shipping pairings that did/do involve abuse (I have faith in people's ability to separate fiction from reality) but it ABSOLUTELY needs to be acknowledged and god please, never, n e v e r romanticized.
ReplyDeleteOnce again you're reducing my opinion regarding Hayley to my ship. I'm saying that I don't like Hayley as a character. Period. And I don't care about how many times the writers retcon her and how many new personalities they give her.
ReplyDeleteShe was introduced as a backstabber, as a manipulator and now she's an innocent victim? A mother? A princess? She never owned her actions with the hybrids and yet she's the one to call Tyler a backstabber?
She's used to fit whatever strikes the writers' fancy. She's poorly written and she doesn't make sense as a strong female character: she's most often than not the damsel in distress. There is no continuity in the writing of her character. She ruined TO for me (not Klaroline), making the Originals OOC. And for these reasons, I dislike the character.
That's my opinion. You like Hayley/ Klayley and probably don't like Klaroline and that's fine. We have different views, that's okay but don't reduce my reasons for not liking Hayley to the fact that I'm a K/Cer. It's not fair. That's what I'm trying to say.
The writers really don't do a great job of exploring Hayley at all. The reason i love her with Klaus is because I understand her psyche through interviews and articles and I see how it plays out on TV and it all makes sense, but I understand where the audience can feel a sort of disconnect with the character. I and other Klayley's have always believed that the show REALLY needs to explore Hayley more and her bakground and mindset, yet sadly they waste all or most of her screen time with her forced romance with Elijah and its sad.
ReplyDeleteHayley is a really great character that a lot of people don't understand because they don't explore her. Their wasting all her screen time with Elijah instead of exploring her psyche and why she does what she does.
Hayley of course loves her child, but lets be realistic. She wouldn't be able to run from Klaus if he was truly after her. He'd find her eventually, and most probably very quickly. Her best bet is staying and gaining allies, her two strongest are Elijah and Rebekah. That would be her best chance at survival.
She knew that he needed 12 hybrids. However, she didn't find out about the resurrection until "We'll Always have Bourbon Street", which is why she told him he just picked a fight with a werewolf when he told her that her parents were dead, and why she was all confused and surprised when he told her that her parents being dead didn't mean she couldn't see them again.
ReplyDeleteHayley is not an innocent victim. She still betrays people and looks out for her family, which has been consistent and Elijah shamed her for it. Hayley is a queen by birth right and has shown that she's capable of leading, she selflessly agreed to help the werewolves break the curse. She had nothing to gain from it other than helping them. Hayley is a mother now, and becoming a mother can and usually does require that a woman change her actions. A mother can't be selfish anymore. She has to put someone else first and she's been slowly doing that with the wolves and her childs safety. Everything she has done has been to help the wolves and her child. Everything
ReplyDeleteActually yes over 1 milion viewers. Supernatural lost 1 million viewers in 2 weeks. Its the hiatuses the CW keeps taking and people are losing interest and losing their audience.
ReplyDeleteOkay. You like the character. And I don't. :) I think we can both agree on that. :)
ReplyDeleteBut you can't compare shows that are in their 9th season (Supernatural) or even 5th (like TVD) to shows like TO which have just started. When SPN and TVD were in their first seasons they had five times the ratings that TO has now, TO obviously has ratings that shows usually have when they are in their last seasons, and that is worrying.
ReplyDeleteCaroline. Because they are the same! And he said it!
ReplyDeleteExactly! Hayley's initiial plan was to have the hybrids killed to find her family. Once she found out it was just for a flash drive, then she wasn't with the plan anymore. Once Shane said they would all be resurrected she was with the plan again.
ReplyDeleteThat isn't Hayley's story. She grew up in foster care, and was adopted only a few weeks before she got kicked out. Hayley grew up alone and had to fend for herself. She didn't grow up with people caring about her like people assume.
ReplyDeleteThis is part of the reason I never liked Klaroline. Giving up revenge FOR her. Doing all this things FOR her. He's just trying to gain her acceptance and he isn't really growing as a character if he can't see that he should WANT to do these things because he truly believes its the right thing to do. He could've cared less about not wanting to see Katherine suffer, but Caroline scolded him and he said ok just like that without truly realizing that's what he should have done to begin.
ReplyDeleteTo me there's no real growth of his character when he's with her. He let his brothers killers died FOR her, he chose to save her over his sister FOR her. It was all so she would like him. Like he said "Everything I did Caroline, was for you.. it was all FOR you."
He didn't grow, he didn't change. It was because he wanted her acceptance and was desperately trying to get it. He wanted someone he liked to like him back and he was desperate for her approval. It wasn't beautiful or romantic to me, it was sad and I felt sorry for him and I thought it was kind of pathetic actually.
How is killing 12 people to find out about her family (which, hello private eye) better than killing them for a flash drive (with all the information about her family)? She wasn't against the plan because she suddenly decided that befriending 12 people for information was wrong, she was against it because she felt she had been played. This would all be great storytelling, if they had done any follow through. However, she never did anything with the information on that flash-drive (which apparently contained all the information about her parents, including where they were buried). She didn't even stick around to find out if Silas really could resurrect her family.
ReplyDeleteShe had to have Klaus tell her to go to NO basically, and Tyler was able to find out about her family pretty damn easy *without* killing 12 people. The storytelling makes her look like an idiot who has to be spoon-fed any information and then never has her suffer any consequences for her actions. This is why so many people either can't stand or are apathetic to her character. She has been used as a walking plot device far too much for most people's taste.
I agree that they need to leave the ships to season two and three, if they even manage to make it to season three. None of the ships are settling right now because no one knows how a character will feel towards one character in another episode.
ReplyDeleteThey keep filtering through different plots to see which one the fandom accepts, yet the viewers are decreasing drastically because they're growing exhausted of rewriting characters and their stories. They could have made a really great heroine out of her, which is actually really sad. If I was writing the show myself, I would have made her grown into a heroine because of her guilty conscious, and show her determination to fight for the werewolf faction because she didn't save the hybrids in 4x09. They could easily have let her actions from 4x09 play into her conscious and actions in the show today.
I think they do have some strong ideas for Hayley, but they just don't know how to show the development into this "warrior princess" they keep throwing around right now. The development a character goes through is what makes an audience like them, not the end result.
Klaus and Hayley for sure. The eye sex those two share is glorious. They need more scenes!
ReplyDeleteThat's because the CW in general is a hot mess. Notice how shows like Reign are doing badly and the 100. None of them have that many viewers. It's not the show. It's the network. Also all these damn hiatuses.
ReplyDeleteTHE WRITERS NEVER SAID IF HAYLEYS CHARACTER IS INNOCENT OR NOT . HAYLEY COULD BE INNOCENT OR MAYBE A MONSTER. !!!! DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO PREDICT WHAT THESE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS THINK OR FEEL . THE WRITERS ONLY KNOW IF THE CHARACTERS ARE INNOCENT OR MONSTERS. THE WRITERS ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO KNOW THIS ,THE WRITERS HAVE NOT WRITTEN IF HAYLEY IS A MONSTER OR NOT.
ReplyDeletePartly, yes. But while TO had started strong with over 2mil viewers, none of the other pilots ever seemed to have the chance to be a hit. They all have low ratings yes, but none of the new shows lost as many viewers as TO has.
ReplyDeleteHayley assumed her family was alive. Hence, why she okay with killing the hybrids. Once, she found out it was just a flash drive she was pissed. She wouldn't have done all of this just for a flash drive. You also seem to forget that Hayley was in New Orleans when she met Katherine and told her where she could find the cure. This is the info she got from the flash drive. She was most likely there waiting for them to be resurrected, as Shane said they would be.
ReplyDeleteHayley didn't know anything about her family until now. Just what she learned through the flashdrive and Tyler. How Tyler found everything out, no one knows. Apparently he talked to some wolves and bam figured out everything about Hayley's family, but plot wise the whole Tyler thing really didn't make much sense.
For once, he was willing to put someone's needs before his. Personally, I call that character growth.
ReplyDeleteWhen you love someone, you take their feelings into consideration. When's the last time we've seen Klaus do that? He's a very egocentric character. Him putting her first is character growth.
Anyways, I don't want to spend my day arguing with you. I ship Klaroline, I don't get Klayely and no amount of debating is going to change that, just like no amount of debating is going to change your point of view. We don't get to choose who we ship (if we did, I would be shipping Klamille since it's unfortunately the closest thing to canon).
They never had good ratings to begin with. Most if lucky get 1 million. TO lost its viewers due to all the hiatuses. Just like how Supernatural started with over 2 million in beginning of season 5 and now are down to 1.5 million. They lost over half a million viewers in not even a full season. Does Supernatural have bad writing. Hell no. This is the case with TO as well. The CW network just in general is failing.
ReplyDeleteCaroline and Klaus's chemistry is amazing. She was one of the first people to stand up to Klaus and tell him how she feels. She isn't afraid of him. She made him feel & want love. She read him like an open book. Klaus took in everything that she said. She influenced him to be a better person. She made him want to love. Klaroline is endgame bitech
ReplyDeleteYes, alright.
ReplyDeleteBut if you say that TO lost its viewers due to the hiatuses, then that should apply to the other shows as well. And if that's the case, then while it's true that they always had like half the viewers that TO had at the beginning, it is very worrying to think that Reign, for example, went from an around 0.7 demo to 0.5 while TO went from a 1.1 demo to 0.7. It means that TO has lost a lot more viewers than Reign, or any other show on the CW really, during the season. TVD has as well, yes, but it's in his fifth season, already has a sixth ordered which will probably be its last because the actors and actresses want to move on, so it's not a problem, it still is the one show that gets the most viewers and it is a hit in its own right because it used to have brilliant ratings back in its first seasons. But TO will struggle to get a third if it keeps losing 1mil viewers every season.
Okay well the story I know about Hayley is mostly from TVD and what she said there was being adopted. Nothing about that she was only there for a few weeks or that she had been in foster care for most of her life. Nothing about foster care in general actually.
ReplyDeleteHonestly I haven't seen anyone assume she has grown up with caring people but I've seen plenty assumptions that she had it bad. Truth is, we don't know. Yes she has to fend for herself for quite some time but for someone without a job or anything she seemed to do alright... I'm not saying she had a great life but she wasn't passed around whole her life either. She had a life before she turned that wouldn't have been all bad. Not saying it was perfect or what she had wanted but again, we know too little to judge.
Actually, no, I haven't forgotten that Hayley was in NO with Katherine. It's the shows that seem to have forgotten. She was *there* yet she came back from NO when Katherine and she would have known that they were still looking for the cure. This was the episode were they had *Klaus* tell her that her mark was from a werewolf clan in Louisiana, the information she supposedly got from the flash drive..
ReplyDeleteRegardless of how Tyler found out, the fact that he did proves that Hayley didn't need to kill 12 people to do it. For those who remember what she did to get a flash drive that supposedly gave her all the information on her family, it makes her look like an idiot.
He wasn't putting her needs first for her benefit. He was doing so because he wanted her to like him. He wasn't experiencing any growth. Caroline didn't really care about Katherine. But she scolded Klaus and he said yes ma'am like a little punk. Klaus was unbearable whenever he was with her. That prom dress scene was the worst.
ReplyDeleteWhen you love someone you take their feelings into consideration, when was the last time Klaus did this? lmao..You must not pay attention to the show.
When hayley was crying over Elijah and Klaus made her feel better and told her how to mend things with him even though he hates halijah, that was for her and so she could feel better. he had nothing to gain from that. It was simply because he felt bad for her and wanted her to feel better. That's growth.
Running around trying to impress a girl, saying you'll do anything FOR her, even let your brothers killers get away is trifling and yes pathetic. #sorrynotsorry
If the CW plays its cards right it can maybe get it moved to another network. TO is a good show with great actors so a good network would pick it up. I'm not worried.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I'm not worried at all about TO, because I don't like it and I don't watch it. And, actually, both already got renewed for a second season, that's why I was talking about a third one, which neither can be sure about.
ReplyDeleteAnd the 'TO is a good show with great actors' bit is pretty subjective, so you can't know what will happen yet.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKXkphR0snk
ReplyDeleteThis was the only scene I could find so I apologize for the Klaroline in it since I get that you don't want that, but the beginning of the scene is Hayley and Tyler talking about how Hayley turned.
It's interesting that you say Klaus was unbearable when he was with Caroline, when it's pretty obvious that a lot of Klaus stans no longer care for the character. Look at the number of people commenting under this poll about shipping Klaus with death and misery. Klaus stans are dropping like flies, so if anything, Caroline made him more bearable. Look at all forms of social medias and at blogs that used to be all about Klaus. Look at the change in people's opinions. You may like him more now, but that is not the case for everyone (or even most people judging from various social media sites).
ReplyDeleteAnd you're right, why would someone want Klaus to be in a relationship with Caroline when he can constantly vie for Hayley's affection and try to win her over from Elijah. Why have something interesting when you can have a repeat of The Vampire Diaries, or Elijah, Klaus and Tatia's relationship.
A love triangle between a pregnant woman and two brothers. That's a real winner right there. #sorrynotsorry
Why is Katherine included in this poll? She's spent the better part of 500 years dodging him (even though he never really seemed too bothered by her) and now she's dead. I just couldn't even picture it.
ReplyDeleteSo far his best long-term option is Caroline. I think she's one of the few people who can actually get through to him and he really does care about her. They have a good dynamic and I think Caroline's grown to actually care about him as a person.
THE KLAUS AND CAROLINE SEX ROMP IN THE WOODS WAS DISGUSTING AND NASTY . EVERYTHING I SAID IS TRUE.. I WAS RELIEVED WHEN THAT SEX ROMP IN THE WOODS ENDED SO FAST. CAROLINE WAS THE SAME WAY WITH TYLER SEX ROMP IN THE WOODS. I CRINGED WITH DISGUST WITH KLAUS AND CAROLINE SEX ROMP IN THE WOODS.I WAS SO RELIEVED WHEN THAT ENDED SO FAST. I JUST NO LONGER LIKE KLAUS AND CAROLINE ,I DID NOT WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE .EVERYONE INCLUDING MYSELF HAVE A RIGHT TO DISAGREE OR AGREE AND TO HAVE AN OPINION. I DO NOT KNOW WHY CAROLINE CAN NOT KEEP HER CLOTHES IN THE WOODS????CAROLINE IN THE WOODS WAS TRULY DISGUSTING,.NOT ME.
ReplyDeleteThat's why I keep saying there's a disconnect between what Klaroline fans know and what Klayley fans know. In interviews it was explained that Hayley grew up in foster and was passed around from foster home to foster home and she only was adopted right before she turned. Hence, why in the show she says. "I don't know how I feel about being a mom. I never really had a good one." She had many foster mothers and none of them cared about her. From what I know many Klayley's know Hayley's back story and have figured out her psyche through interviews. This is why we ship them so hard and she what a great potential pairing they could be if together.
ReplyDeleteHayley grew up knowing no one gave a damn about her, and she had to fend for herself. She grew up knowing no one cared about her, so in the end she didn't really care much for herself either. It didn't really bother her if she lived or died, she just did her best to get what she wanted. Hence, why she says to Klaus "Go ahead kill me..I rather die than be one of your sired little bitches." Sje really didn't care whether she lived or died because she knew no one cared about her anyway, so she grew up never really caring about herself. This is why she became selfish, she does what she wants, takes what she wants...She has low-self-esteem and views herself as not worthy of anything and not good enough in general to be loved by someone and believes no one cares about her. This is why she clings to Elijah, he's the only person who shows her he cares about her. All of this was confirmed by Phoebe Tonkin.
As from what we've seen Hayley is changing now that she's learned she is about to become a mother. She has layers that we didn't get to see in TVD and episode by episode Klayley's are really figuring out her psyche and understanding her and we love her.
None of the vampires on this show act they're actual age. Look at Stefan, Damon & Rebekah. I think when they die they're not only physically stuck at the a certain age but I think the part of your brain that grows and matures also stops so all vampires become emotionally stuck at the age they were turned.
ReplyDeleteKlaus has had over a thousand years of Mikael drilling into his head that's he an abomination and needs to be erased (and Esther made his werewolf side dormant and then decided she also wanted to kill him because she had turned him into an abomination) - that's not something that Klaus is just going to get over.
They're saving it for the season finale. I'm hoping it's not a cliff-hanger.
ReplyDeleteHayley wasn't sorry about the hybrids. She may have said sorry to Tyler but it didn't come as sincere (to me). I also don't think she was actually sorry in regards to Elijah as well. I don't think she would have chosen to die along with Jackson so Elijah could have gone to get Rebekah.
ReplyDeleteOf course. Hayley didn't care about Klaus and Klaus didn't really care about her. However that has changed and that changed the night where they hooked up in 4.16. That's when Hayley bonded with Klaus and they saw themselves in the other. This is where I believe Hayley started to become attracted to Klaus. Klaus was always sexually attracted to her, but he saw he could relate to in her in that night. That's not to say he cared for or they cared for each other then, but there was an attraction between two people who saw a lot of themselves in the other.
ReplyDeleteHowever, after the one night stand it was over and done with and they were never to see each other again. They most probably didn't even think about the other after that night. Klaus was still infatauted with Caroline and she still liked Tyler.
The night klaus learned of her pregnancy, he says "You are all out of your minds if you think she means a thing to me". Hayley looks down sad. His words hurt her, more than she expected them to.
Sign # 1 that that night might've meant more to her than she realized, however she wasn't in love with or anything like that.
Klaus cares about Hayley, he's shown so on multiple occasions. He didn't at first, but I do believe he does now. The scene where Hayley is crying because of Elijah and Klaus feels bad for her and gives her advice on how to fix her and Elijah's relationship, he hates their relationship but he wanted her to not feel bad anymore so he told her how to fix it. He also made her feel better by showing her his wolf family and showing her he cares for the wolves. In 1x04 where Hayley comes back from the attack and Klaus runs over to her pushing Rebekah out of the way. He vows to kill all the witches who dare harm her or the baby. In 1x02 after their talk he says he'll get the air conditioning fixed, a small gesture, but it shows he cares about her comfort.
I could say more but you get the point.
Klaus' fear (as he stated outright to Elijah and Rebekah) is that Elijah is going to replace him and become a father to his child. He doesn't want Elijah with Hayley because that would make him the third-wheel to his own child - so I think that's the real issue in regards to Hayley.
ReplyDeleteHayley did feel sorry for Tyler when she betrayed. She wasn't sorry for killing the hybrids, but she was sorry that she hurt him. He was her friend and she did care about him. That's why she refused to use him as a sacrifice and made sure he got out ok.
ReplyDeleteHer apology to Elijah was sincere in that she was sorry that she hurt him. She knew he loved Celeste, but she did what she felt was right and she wasn't sorry for digging up her bones.
Her other apology to Elijah was again, because she knows how much his family means to him and she felt guilty that he chose to save her over his brother and sister. She felt guilt.
They really should have killed it within the first few episodes. The audience is being lead to believe the show is about the Mikaelson family but instead it's actually about a misogynistic plot about how it's a daughter's responsibility to save her father.
ReplyDeleteKlaus has shown that he does want Hayley to view him the way she views Elijah. As her protector and someone she trusts. Notice how in 1x07 he refers to Hayley and the baby separately. "It's clear from the way Hayley hangs on your every word she feels the same way." Also in 1x03 when he ask her why she admires his brother so much. She responds," he was kind to me", he then looks upset and turns away. This was about Hayley, not the baby.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Klaus realizes yet how much he does care for her and her opinion of him.
Caroline or GTFO. :p
ReplyDeleteThe baby isn't saving her dad. Klaus is going to save himself. He's his own redemption. A baby can't change a person, but it can be a great motivation for a person to want to get their life together.
ReplyDeleteI guess whoever made this poll thinks gloating over someone's corpse-to-be is romantic...
ReplyDeletePeople also seem to forget that he's always been controlling of his siblings dating. He's interfered with both Elijah and Rebekah's love lives before...why would he feel any different to Elijah being with Hayley? That plus the not wanting Elijah playing daddy to his child are what his problem is.
Klaus and Caroline are the reason I started watching TVD...a shame what the writers are doing with them now :(
I agree with you but the narrative and some Klayley fans - I know not all - believe the girl can be Klaus's redemption. Elijah reiterates about how the child is Klaus's redemption, and there was a meta two weeks ago from a Klayley fan on Tumblr about how the child is Klaus's redemption. But people need to realize it's NOT a child's responsibility to save his or her father. Sure, it motivates people to get their life in order but it doesn't "save" anyone. It's too much of a responsibility on a child to save someone as fucked up as Klaus. The only person who can save Klaus is Klaus himself.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, I just hate how Plec is continuously using this plot to be Klaus's redemption. It's one of the most misogynistic plots I've ever seen, and it only sets up a home to be inevitably abusive for a child. Unfortunately, until otherwise, TO writers are going to be using this plot for Klaus's redemption, which is just sick.
I think he's just always had issues with the fact that everyone seems to like Elijah better than him even though they don't even know Elijah (Hayley had known him for all of 15 minutes before he was daggered). I don't think it was about Hayley specifically - more just in general and that's he's afraid that if Hayley feels that way she's going to raise the child to feel the same way.
ReplyDeleteOkay well sorry but it's the same with how many of you see Klaroline. We look through different glasses but the two couples are just very different and I didn't know any of that because I tend to go from what I hear in the show. That's what's bothering me about TO. Phoebe shouldn't have to tell people in interviews what Hayley's background is, they should have mentioned it more in the show so everyone knows, not just Klayley's. Anyway thanks, I didn't know that with certainty about her. I don't really agree with your view for Klayley but I'm sure you would say the same about mine for Klaroline so I hope that in the end all of these characters at least get the ending and the life they deserve, no matter who they end up with. Because of there is one thing I hope we can agree on is Klaus getting love and loyalty, Caroline being put first and loved and Hayley getting love and a family. So however that happens, they deserve some happiness.
ReplyDeleteKlaus & Caroline are vampires though. Unless Caroline dies on TVD it'll be open-ended, I think. Klaus has previously expressed that he'd be willing to wait around for her to grow some more and maybe 100 years from now they could give it a chance (by then Cami, Hayley, Genevieve and all the other mortal characters will be dead). For me Klaus & Caroline are paused right now, but that doesn't mean that they couldn't have a future down the road.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be the opposite. The personality traits that Klaus & Hayley have in common are all negative ones so they'd just drag each other down. Klaus needs to surround himself with people who are different than he is - a lot of the time opposites attract and people who are too similar can't get along.
ReplyDeleteHayley thinks Klaus is a monster and more or less hates him. For whatever reason she refuses to acknowledge how awful Elijah can be though. It reminds me a lot how Caroline (and Elena back in the earlier seasons) can acknowledge what Klaus & Damon are really capable of but is totally delusional when it comes to Stefan (who is just as much of a mass-murderer as his brother is).
Hayley is his redemption? I've never seen anyone say that. None of the Klayley's I know at least. The only meta I saw on Tumblr was that the child was the MOTIVATION he needed to get his life together. I think the meta was by IneeddatKlayley, to which she said the child was the inspiration he needed. I think many misunderstood her post. A baby cant save someone, Klaus needs to do that himself.
ReplyDeleteA white oak stake in his heart
ReplyDeleteIdk why they insist on doing these polls when Klaroline wins every time. Like, the majority of people want Klaus with Caroline. What's so hard to understand?
ReplyDeleteHayley told Tyler that she was adopted. There was nothing to suggest that her adoptive parents were awful people - in fact we know nothing about them because it hasn't been mentioned since TVD 4x07. We know Hayley got in a drunk boating accident and killed someone and then when she got home she turned into a wolf and tore apart of parents' living room and they freaked out (as any normal person would) and then she went to go try to find her biological family.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I only ship Klaus with self-reflection and intensive psychological therapy, but if I had to chose from the options, it would definitely be Caroline. She's the only one who's even remotely made him a better person, and did so without sacrificing her own agency. So, yeah, Caroline, but in like 100 years when Klaus is less of a psychopath.
ReplyDeletePersonally I don't agree. Caroline didn't make Klaus a better at all. She judged him, used him and called him out on his bs. I don't see how she made him better. A woman can't change a man. He has to do that for himself.
ReplyDeletePersonally I'd say Cami and Elijah allowed him more self-reflection than all of the characters. But personally, I see Cami just as a friend.
Klaus has done a lot of growing even without Caroline so I don't think she's really what he needs.
I think his best match is Hayley romantically, but explaining why will take too long so I leave it at that.
I know all of this through interviews and from the actress herself. Hayley was adopted when he was older. However, she was abandoned as a baby and during her younger years she moved from foster home to foster home. It wasn't until she was in her teens, 15 or so did she become adopted. However, once she activated her wolf gene it not long after she was adopted she was thrown out.
ReplyDeleteI agree
ReplyDeleteI can understand why you'd feel this way, but I've seen instances where he cares about Hayley separately. The scene where he gives her advice on Elijah and looks concerned at her crying. I'm not saying he views her romantically yet, but I do believe he cares about her as a person aside from the baby.
ReplyDeleteIt was the post I saw also. Several comments after the initial meta, other Klayley fans commented that the child is Klaus's redemption. I've found other Klayley fans throwing around the redemption idea on Twitter and in the tags on Tumblr. But people just need to throw out the word redemption in association with Klaus's daughter. He already has a child, Marcel, and if it didn't work in the 1800s, it certainly isn't going to work now.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I realize until Plec stops with the child being his redemption, Klayley fans who do believe it's his redemption won't stop. They're encouraged to believe it's his redemption by the narrative, and the fact that the narrative is encouraging this redemption idea to young fans is disgusting.
And it's fine that you don't agree. It's all about interpretation.
ReplyDeleteWe're not going to change each other's minds, so yeah, there really is no point in discussing it.
Enjoy your ship.
I've never seen anyone say hayley will redeem Klaus. Nor the baby, just be his motivation for wanting to change. I read the meta from the Klayley stand ineeddatklayley and that's the point she was trying to get across, that the child is just the inspiration he needs to want to change his life. I don't think JP is stupid enough to not think a child can redeem someone. I think she knows Klaus needs to redeem himself.
ReplyDeleteKLAROLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE <3 they just give me so many feelings sob
ReplyDeleteIt's not that fans are saying that Hayley will redeem Klaus but the meta by IneeddatKlayley did imply that the child will be Klaus's redemption. She also implies that Klaus is just misunderstood and not really a monster but that's also another argument I don't feel like arguing right now. I'll just say that whole notion that "he's just misunderstood" just sets up an abusive situation for Hayley and any other girl who is his romantic interest.
ReplyDeleteAnd if Plec does in fact believe the child isn't Klaus's redemption, then she needs to stop writing Elijah reiterating about how the child is Klaus's redemption.
Klaus and Hayley if I had to choose. Caroline and Klaus annoyed me, and Cami just gives me friendship vibes.
ReplyDeleteI see more potential with Klaus and Hayley
Klaus and Caroline sittin' in a tree. K I S S I N G <3
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I never bought Klaus's relationship with Marcel as a father/son relationship. More as a mentor to him. When Klaus saw Marcel for the first time it was like he find his long lost best bud, not a father greeting his son that he thought was dead.
ReplyDeleteI know the show likes to say their relationship was father/son, but personally I never bought it.
I think with his own daughter coming I think Klaus will change. I've never seen any Klayley stan the baby was his redemption, just his inspiration to get his life together.
Anyone with sense knows a child or woman can't change a person.
All the Klayley fans I follow on Tumblr know this. I've never seen anyone of them say the baby or Hayley was his redemption.
lol klaroline or death basically
ReplyDeleteUrgh Klaus and Caroline are just so electric. There's a reason that they gained so much attention with the fans and media, and remain such a large portion of the fandom. Ships like that are rare. I'll never be able to ship Klaus or Caroline with anyone but each other. My bbys.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I want Klaus and Hayley. Considering the pairing doesn't even get scenes when compared with the other two pairings that have gotten lots of scenes together, second place isn't bad. A few small scenes with them have apparently caught a lot of people's attention and many people like them together.
ReplyDeleteI thinks its interesting how Klaus and Hayley barely if ever talk and have not once shared any romantic scenes yet people still ship them. I mean think last episode was the first time they talked in months. It was a short scene though, but the chemistry was amazing.
I think the writers are surprised by Klayley's success. Klaus and Hayley don't even talk yet they're the most talked about TO ship.
KLAUS LOVES HIS BROTHERS AND SISTER , KLAUS HAS DONE MUCH MUCH WORSE TO HIS SIBLINGS,BROTHERS, AND SISTER, AND KLAUS HAS HURT CAROLINE ALOT, EVEN ALMOST KILLING CAROLINE.I AM ALWAYS BEEN AGAINST VIOLENCE DIRECTED AT ANYONE. VIOLENCE LOOKS TO BE PART OF KLAUS CHARACTER PERSONALITY. YOU SEEM TO BE ENJOYING THIS VIOLENT PHOTO TOO MUCH. ,SOOOO CREEPY YOU ENJOY THIS PHOTO SO MUCH ,I FEEL SOOOOOO SORRY FOR YOU. !!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCaroline!
ReplyDeletebeing the most talked about TO ship really isn't an achievement when you consider that NONE of TO's attempted pairings have garnered any considerable success
ReplyDeleteCaroline. All the way. She's the Yin to his Yang
ReplyDelete
