I went with Raylan, Rick and Miles mainly because I need to feel like they won't stab me in the back when things get tough but equally all 3 would use wit, strength and grit to made sure we all made it through. Michonne would have been my 4th choice.
Michonne, Daryl and Buffy. Castiel might be a nice alternative choice, if he's got his healing abilities at the time.
Boyd might be nice to have around, what with his love of explosives and his tendency to do the dirty work, but ultimately, I don't think he could be trusted.
I picked Daryl for obvious reasons, Boyd to have someone smart in the group and Faith cause you always need a hot chick in the group and there would always be the chance to hook up with her.
Miles, Monroe (Revolution), Reese, Shaw (POI), Keira Cameron, Liber8 (Continuum), Sarah and heer clones (Orphan Black), Oliver Queen, Diggle, Roy Harper, Slade, Sara (Arrow), Red Reddington (Blacklist), all of Coulson's team from SHIELD (SHIELD)
Eliot Spencer of Leverage for the win!!! Spencer is such a complete badass, and he was played to perfection by Christian Kane. Also on my team, Daryl Dixon, Dean Winchester, Sam Hannah (NCIS:LA), and Chibs and Tig (SOA).
You know it really does depend on the type of apocalypse. If it's demon or some or supernatural being then it's any hero from a show with supernatural creatures. If it's a mad scientist then any hero from a comic book universe. If it's a terrorist with a nuke or biological weapon then it's an agent or former agent.
Easy, Daenerys for the dragons, and Dean and Miles because those guys are freaking human weapons! Also Sam... he has superpowers... at times! And he is also good at fighting
I would pick Daryl because of how well he can handle himself in a fight and his survivalist skills, Rick because of his effective leadership skills, and Buffy because of her supernaturally enhanced fighting abilities. I wish I had more than three options because I would have also picked Boyd because of his cunning wits which he has used to get himself out of tight situations.
what is with the limited options? By dream team for surviving the apocalypse would be 1. Ron Swanson for wilderness survival 2. Alice Morgan (Luther) for defense and undoubtably offense and my final draft pick would be Kenzi (Lost Girl) to keep things from getting too heavy.
The first people I thought of were the Winchesters since they are so good at ending the Apocalypse. However Buffy faced so many and won that for her it was like just another day at the office. There's something to be said for experience.
Hmm, Probably someone with the ability to power a computer since I would stil lwant my SpoilerTV! Ha! XD
On a somewhat more serious note... Al Swearengen from Deadwood! The man can build an empire from nothing and his soliloquies would entertain me for deacdes! XD
Buffy, with her trusted Mr. Pointy, could take out vampires, zombies, and all kinds of demons. Then Rick Grimes as badass as he is lately, and Michonne.
uh, good choice, I love Al! Only problem is that Mr Swearengen is NOT a team player, so you´ll never know when he´s gonna kick you out. Entertainment wise, best choice ever (a conversation between him and Boyd would be a dream come true).
Supernatural warriors would be best as they'd never get tired.
Magical & loyal like Bonnie Bennett, Harry Potter/Hermonie, Willow, Pru sisters Vampires like Angel, Spike, Damon. Louis de Pointe du Lac, Elijah Robots: Transformers, SummerGlaus character from Terminator Mutants: Storm, Gambit, Wolvie, Magneto, Jean Immortals: Duncan McLeod, Loki, Methos
Human chose: Michonne, Brienne of Tarth and Buffy <3
Dean Winchester and the 3 from TWD mentioned (Michonne, Daryl, and Rick) from the list. A bunch off the list (Reese (POI), Bash (Reign), Oliver & Co (Arrow), Castiel (Supernatural), The Mythbusters, etc.
Off TV: Anyone who is on the good side with superpowers/robots (Wolverine, Transformers, Thor, etc.)
Hmm, Oliver Queen, Daryl, Rick, Dean Winchester, Michonne, Tyrion (his jokes and intelligence, plus he's the God of tits and wine), pre-mirakuru Slade Wilson, Jon Snow, Michael Weston (excellent tactical, shooting, fighting, bluffing and macgyvering abilities), John Casey and Sarah Walker.
Dean Winchester & John Reese (or I'll just persuade Mr. Finch a.k.a Benjamin Linus to move my city so that I'll pop up at a different timeline with no apocalypse to deal with?
Raylan, Boyd, and Sam Winchester. All three could lead, all three could follow, they've all seen some weird in their time, and have a lot of knowledge on their side to help out.
Buffy is probably the only one I'd feel comfortable with since she always fought hard to retain humanity and of sense of compassion in a way I don't see a lot of on TV nowadays. Or perhaps it's just that her morality matches up better to my ideal?
Either way she's less likely to kill me or abandon me if I screwed up than some of the others on this list. Yeah, there's a limit, there always is, but I know at least she probably won't chop my head off. Dean Winchester on the other hand, all he has to do is decide I'm not human or I'm possessed or something along those lines and then it's lights out for me. I'm not saying this simply to be weird, I've just noticed that while he and his brother aren't exactly in favour of people getting killed, their tolerance for collateral damage is a lot higher than I'd be comfortable in his company.
Besides, knowing my luck a family member or something would get turned into something not-human and I'd rather relay on Buffy, who actually has made friends with non-humans and made them last without killing them (not always but her track record is slightly better) than Dean or Sam who decide on whether to trust monsters or kill them depending on their mood that week, if Castiel's dead again or not etc. etc.
I'd chose Castiel probably, though he's not on this poll. Having an angel on your side during the Apocalypse would be one hell of an advantage. If not, then I'd pick Sam. Dean's awesome and all, but I'm sure I'd end up dying if I stuck by him for too long; Dean's friends don't last very long, and then there's that whole 2014!Dean feeding all his friends to the Croats..
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
If I had to only pick three it would be Dean, Michonne and Buffy. But all of them would be good!
ReplyDeleteBass Monroe, then Buffy and Faith :)
ReplyDeleteThe winchesters also, NCIS LA team, Jack Baur, SHEILD agents and bash from reign (just cause he's hot hahaha)
ReplyDeleteEliot Spencer from Leverage.
ReplyDeleteLove your choice :)
ReplyDeleteBrienne of Tarth and Michonne
ReplyDeleteI went with Raylan, Rick and Miles mainly because I need to feel like they won't stab me in the back when things get tough but equally all 3 would use wit, strength and grit to made sure we all made it through. Michonne would have been my 4th choice.
ReplyDeleteDean Winchester, Nikita(even though she's not there, she can beat people up, and still look good doing it) and Miles Matheson!
ReplyDeleteFrom this list I'd pick Monroe, Boyd and Rayland! Just the idea of seeing this 3 talking or interacting together...awww! :D
ReplyDeleteMichonne, Daryl and Buffy. Castiel might be a nice alternative choice, if he's got his healing abilities at the time.
ReplyDeleteBoyd might be nice to have around, what with his love of explosives and his tendency to do the dirty work, but ultimately, I don't think he could be trusted.
I picked Daryl for obvious reasons, Boyd to have someone smart in the group and Faith cause you always need a hot chick in the group and there would always be the chance to hook up with her.
ReplyDeleteJohn Reese - Person of Interest
ReplyDeleteBuffy and the Winchesters boys. Both have been forced the find a plural for apocalypse.
ReplyDeleteYou just know there's some BtVS/Supernatural crossover fan fiction somewhere out there on the web.
Miles, Monroe (Revolution), Reese, Shaw (POI), Keira Cameron, Liber8 (Continuum), Sarah and heer clones (Orphan Black), Oliver Queen, Diggle, Roy Harper, Slade, Sara (Arrow), Red Reddington (Blacklist), all of Coulson's team from SHIELD (SHIELD)
ReplyDeleteRick, Daryl and Miles.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there are loads. Most of which is probably x rated haha
ReplyDeleteBuffy, Faith and TWD Comic Andrea.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Castiel!
ReplyDeleteBuffy, Michonne and Dean.
ReplyDeleteEliot Spencer of Leverage for the win!!! Spencer is such a complete badass, and he was played to perfection by Christian Kane. Also on my team, Daryl Dixon, Dean Winchester, Sam Hannah (NCIS:LA), and Chibs and Tig (SOA).

ReplyDeleteAmell) from Arrow.
Sam winchester, John Young, Niklaus Mikaelson, Elijah Mikaelson, Oliver queen, Scott Mccall, Stiles, Derek Hale
ReplyDeleteI would pick Daryl because of how well he can handle himself in a fight and his survivalist skills, Rick because of his effective leadership skills, and Buffy because of her supernaturally enhanced fighting abilities. I wish I had more than three options because I would have also picked Boyd because of his cunning wits which he has used to get himself out of tight situations.
ReplyDeleteI chose other because I'd want Castiel.
ReplyDeleteFaith, Eliot Spencer, and Parker from Leverage
ReplyDeleteMy Other choice is Eliot Spencer from Leverage. His teaming with Buffy and Faith would be unstoppable! :)
ReplyDeleteBash from Reign just because he's hot, you're awesome hahahaha
ReplyDeleteMy first choice would be Eliot Spencer from Leverage...
ReplyDeleteEliot Spencer from Leverage.
ReplyDeletewhat is with the limited options? By dream team for surviving the apocalypse would be 1. Ron Swanson for wilderness survival 2. Alice Morgan (Luther) for defense and undoubtably offense and my final draft pick would be Kenzi (Lost Girl) to keep things from getting too heavy.
ReplyDeleteI'd choose Faith and Michonne.
ReplyDelete- Dean and Sam would probably be possessed/too angry/too busy exchanging my soul for their bro to watch my back.
- I doubt Buffy would care about my AfAm butt.
- Rick is too... Rick.
- Daenerys is either too wishy-washy, or too impulsive.
- None for Revolution.
The first people I thought of were the Winchesters since they are so good at ending the Apocalypse. However Buffy faced so many and won that for her it was like just another day at the office. There's something to be said for experience.
ReplyDeleteNice. I want him on my side too.
ReplyDeleteThousands.

ReplyDeleteOff TV: Anyone who is on the good side with superpowers/robots (Wolverine, Transformers, Thor, etc.)
Yes! Ha Adam and Jamie would definitely be helpful. Will have to stock up on duck tape.
ReplyDeleteGood point. Have to fight fire with fire.
ReplyDeleteThey said the Apocalypse, not a deserted island. lol ;) :P
ReplyDeleteYeah, Dr. Hannibal - claims you need an arm removed and eats it after.
ReplyDeleteNope, you can keep him. lol
Come on! The Winchesters and the Mother of Dragons! (preferably with her babies). What more could I need?

ReplyDeleteSam Winchester, Jack Bauer, and Bo from Believe.
ReplyDeleteDaenerys Targaryen, Dean and Vincent Keller #BATB :)
ReplyDeleteRegina, Rick, Daryl and Michonne, we would make a great team lol.
ReplyDeleteChristian Kane as Eliot Spencer from Leverage or Christian Kane as Lindsey from Angel or just Christian Kane as himself! :)
ReplyDeleteJack O´Neill
ReplyDeleteDean, Sam, and other..Castiel.
ReplyDeletemy team needs to be much bigger. I want both Buffy and Faith along with Michonne and Daryl.
ReplyDeleteBuffy is probably the only one I'd feel comfortable with since she always fought hard to retain humanity and of sense of compassion in a way I don't see a lot of on TV nowadays. Or perhaps it's just that her morality matches up better to my ideal?

Regina Mills from OUAT! She would poof herself everything.
ReplyDeleteJohn Diggle from Arrow; Melinda May from Agents of SHIELD, Wilson from House because we'd need a doctor

ReplyDeleteLove to see Dean and Rick team up.
ReplyDeleteMichonne, Daryl Dixon, and Rick "Bite your throat" Grimes!
