Looking forward for season 2 :D they pitched it to The CW last Wednesday and from what I hear they're going to do what it takes to make it happen so that got me excited.
I would get on board with the happy train about that. But that changed for me last night when I looked at the guide. Apparently f***king 24 premieres tonightt. At 8pm. FOR TWO HOURS!!!! Like wtf??? Why did it have to return the same exact day as TTP season finale?? We needed all the help we could get tonight. And TBH iI really had hopes that more people would turn in tonight, that's def. Not going to happen now. smmfh!!!
yeah, I already knew about that but still I think it'll get renewed but when I found out when it came on I was like they couldn't of waited until next Monday? Actually, that can still happen I know not everyone was a fan of that show so we could still get good ratings.
Haha, i watched it 3 times last night. It's funny i was JUST thinking about The Originals tonight. i looked at the time at said, yeah 2 and a half more hrs. (might go into a coma with my Haylijah feels though) And i'm soo ready for Marcel to get a shoe up his ass, and then some!
So bummed they cancelled this show. I really think it was just starting to hit it's stride, I hate how the pressure to get instant ratings and advertising $ makes networks impatient. Seinfeld and Bob's Burgers are both great examples of wonderful shows that took awhile to find themselves, imagine if those had been cancelled after just one season. Anyway, I digress.
The final episode may have been the best of the whole season, I for one thought that although it started shaky, they were getting better each week. Great mix of plot twists, dramatic tension and action - one of the best scenes was when Stephen rescues John, Cara, and Astrid from a rogue breakout (side note: Loved the song during this scene, "Stone By Stone" by Kris Orlowski).
They also really setup the next season so well, it's just such a shame. I especially like where they were taking John's character - ugh I wish they could've at least wrapped up this story instead of leaving it open-ended. I wonder what the chances are of a one-off extended episode orsomething
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Yeeeee finally jastrid :)
