So I guess Lisbon will move to D.C., then Jane will realizes his mistake of letting her go and he'll go after her in the season finale.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else surprised that the prostitution/slave kidnapping ring is still going on into the penultimate episode?
ReplyDeletePleasantly surprised, yep :)
ReplyDeleteit definately a three part episode and I love to see who the mastermind is
ReplyDeleteIt was hinted that Lisbon gets held up in leaving for DC in the finale giving Jane time to possibly do something, however it was also said that Pike will propose to Lisbon.
ReplyDeleteNot so much, since it seems to show how quickly Pike and Lisbon met and fell in love. I mean to me it's way to quick to think that they are truly in love and for Pike to propose.
ReplyDeleteFor the whole Pike/Lisbon thing, yah, I suppose it makes sense to show how speedy the couple is going forward, but I mean just with using the whole kidnapping ring for three episodes….I did not expect that, that's all. Thought all we would be getting after the Red John storyline would be one-and-done cop procedural cases.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I can say pleasantly surprised just yet when we haven't entered the first part of this story arc, but I didn't expect to quickly jump into a multi-episode case after five and a half seasons of Red John.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the mastermind will be worthwhile to get into three episodes with the case and a challenge for Jane.
ReplyDeleteQuickly? In the next episode we will see their children. :P
ReplyDeleteMark, sorry, but I think we all very know your opinion about the whole Jane\Lisbon\Pike thing. You want Lisbon with Pike, but trust me this won't happen.
ReplyDeleteNo, I would like Lisbon to be with Jane. But at the same time I can't say that will happen when to me everything seems to point to Lisbon and Pike getting together.
ReplyDeleteI mean I find it hard for Lisbon to turn down Pike's proposal, espcially if she does decide to go to DC with him (Which to me was hinted somewhere else), and after saying that she agrees with Pike that what they have seems real. And if Lisbon really is in love with Pike then I don't see how Jane can do or say anything to change her mind. I mean Pike was willing to give up his promotion to stay in Austin to be with Lisbon, I don't think there is anything that Jane can do or say that can compare to that.
Also Lisbon doesn't like to lie and has been shown to be bad at lying, so I can't see Lisbon lying about how she said that what she and Pike is real or that she would want to move with him to DC if that is what she decides.
I wouldn't be suprised if the person behind it has a connection to what is probably left of the Blake Assosation. (Assuming that there is anything left of the BA.)
ReplyDeleteAh, I said "pleasantly" because I like small arcs that stretch over multiple episodes :) By the way, we already had a multi-episode case post-RJ earlier this season, with the CBI stalker. Granted, it was mostly the B-plot in those episodes, but still.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you could really even count the CBI stalker because it was mostly a B-plot, and one that I felt like the writers should have made an A-plot as well as show us how Jane feels about LaRoche's death.
ReplyDeleteI dunno, I saw Lisbon's reaction to Pike as kind of a deer in headlights. I think she was thinking of Jane when Pike was talking about something real.
ReplyDeleteIf she was thinking of Jane and any possible feelings towards him, it wouldn't explain the spolier or whatever E! had that makes it seem like Lisbon decides to move with Pike. (Yes that's not counting the possiblity that Lisbon may try and show Jane that she has feelings for him and is willing to stay and try to have a relationship with him and he comes off as not being intrested or that what I read was wrong.)
ReplyDeleteTo me there was a breif deer in headlights, but that would be expected seeing on how fast things seem to be going and how willing Pike seemed to be about giving up the promotion in order to be with her. (Something tells me that Lisbon hasn't dated many men who would do such a thing. I mean Mashburn seemed intrested in having a relationship with Lisbon but when she had brought up how he would soon be going out of the country, he didn't seem like he was willing to cancel or postpone the trip to try and start a relationship with her. And if you look at it Lisbon asked Jane to stop meeting up with Loreili last season and he didn't seem willing to do that.)
I'm not saying that Lisbon couldn't have been possibly thinking about Jane. It's just my gut and the spoliers seems to make it seem like Jane and Lisbon won't get togther, espcially if Lisbon does decide to go to DC with Pike and espcially if she does accept his proposal.
the true it´s Lisbon finallly eventually realize that all the time her true love was always with the same goes for Jane can not let go
ReplyDeleteEvery time Pedro Pascal shows up, am I the only that goes, "Hey, what's Oberyn Martell doing here?" :D
ReplyDeleteHe's good on TM, but I think he's fantastic on GOT.
