    Yeah, I'm aware that E! isn't the most reliable source there is. Their spoilers are either overhyped, they are not really spoilers or they have been long confirmed by another source. Yet I still read them, stupid me!

    If I had to guess, I'd say it's a callback to earlier in the season. She finds out that Red has known her now-deceased adoptive father for a long time.
