    this should be interesting ... even though the charade of Mike as a lawyer is one of the tenets of the show, I do wish that they could somehow get past the issue once and for all, but I get that the "danger/risk of getting caught" is another major part of the show and probably wont go away anytime soon...but I do love this show

    @Amrit--you might be on to something w/Darby idea. Add that Scottie is actually working for Darby to try to get intel from inside the firm now that would be a real test of Harvey, Mike, & Jessica's metal & great Suits tv.

    I think the arrest charges are the ones from Hessington oil. Where Mike will be accused of buying the witnesses for not testifying and him arguing that it is not the case. That is why it was brought up in 3.15 and why they ultimately do not want Mike but want Harvey . My guess is Darby is behind this whole conspiracy.
