  1. I know its wishful thinking but i want so much this show gets another season. So many things happening that i want to know where they are going. But I know sadly this is the first and only season.

  2. This show is too good to cancel, seriously CW, #StarGazers love this show, Happy Dinasku everyone (don't know how to spell that Atrian word) :)

  3. Who said BATB is cancelled? Nothing has been confirmed on that, it ain't over til it's over! :)

  4. There are plenty of TV shows that never get the cancellation confirmation. By your logic, RAKE is still alive, despite having first been shipped off to Fridays and then to Saturdays for burn-off because they haven't officially announced it. Sorry to say it, but you can't count on an announcement to be made.

  5. She didn't say that Batb is cancelled. She said EVEN IF Batb gets cancelled Star-Crossed doesn't have a chance. I can see you are a huge fan of Batb so please do not disrespect the Star-gazers. I can say you read a few things i wrote in this site about batb so you know where i stand.

  6. Sadly for us, It's a show that I'm almost sure will do good outside US and even more than Beauty and The Beast. The story is good and if the Cw hadn't promoted as a teen show i think the ratings would be better. I'm 25 and i'm in love with the mystery behind the Atrians. I love Roman and not so much Emery, But Drake and Taylor really got me. The trags are so interesting...

  7. I know Batb fans are all about being optimistic, but just about every show is doing better, and that rescheduling they did is almost as being pulled off and let to bien off during the summer. Don't get me wrong, I watch the show and I like it, but I've learned not to get over attached, special to low rating shows. I guess the thing is that after the way they ruined the first half of the season (in my opinion), I'd rather they give TTP or this one a chance to actually tell their story instead. But hey, hope is the last thing you lose.

  8. I agree. It has so many layers and such great potential, and I was one of those who was sure it would be another one dimensional teen show.

  9. First of all, she actually said “with BATB being cancelled”...that to me implies it is already a done deal.

Secondly, in no way did I disrespect this show or its fans! I didn't compare shows, I didn't voice my opinion on this show or it's ratings, yet here you are jumping on me with what you THINK my opinion may be! Obviously I watch both, and yes I'm a HUGE BATB fan, but it's mighty presumptuous of you to assume I'm here to disrespect the show and the fans! (FYI I watch and am a fan of many shows!!) Being a BATB fan I completely understand the sensitive nature of being a fan of a low rated show, but there is no excuse for being ultra sensitive! I have my opinion of both shows and should someone ask for it, I would share, but I simply came into this tread to vote on what I thought of the ep (which I did). Kindly refrain from putting words in my mouth or reading between lines that aren't there. I didn't come in here to talk about BATB, so please leave your preconceived opinion of what my comments are about at the door.

    Thanks :)

  10. It's my right to be optimistic. :)

  11. It is absolutely your right to be optimistic, but let's keep it realistic at the same time too! Be happy you get a summer burn-off, that's being optimistic. Saying the show isn't cancelled is borderline fandom insanity.

  12. I never said it wasn't cancelled, just that it wasn't confirmed.

    ReplyDelete
  13. That's very true. That's my mistake. My apologies.

  14. Ok, what I said was "even with BatB being cancelled" which is the same as saying "even if BatB is cancelled", that's why she corrected you. And I know it's not officially cancelled, but in my opinion it might as well be. I hope for all of you devoted fans out there, that I'm wrong, but if it were up to me and I had to choose between BatB, TTP and Star Crossed, I would choose the last two, and then throw a coin to choose between them, lol. And that's because I believe The 100 will be renewed, regardless of which of these gets picked.

  15. Preconceived?? Is not that what you did to Victoria? Ok, well if you were not disrespect my bad and I"m sorry, but i won't continue this "conversation" because i don't see anything good coming from that.

  16. Me too Victoria. There are so many things we want to know, specially now that Drake's mother is back. I really wish, at least, they give us 13 more episodes even if its a summer show. I just saw the ratings last night and sadly they are terrible.

  17. this is why people don't like to comment on these sites and instead choose to lurk i commented on BATB a show I'm in love with and disagreed about it being cancelled and had my head and butt handed to me in a sling by people who say they hate BATB and hope it is cancelled just saying folks i like both shows but if i had to choose it would be BATB and really does it even matter what we think the network will do what the network wants to do and what they feel is right i learned not to get to attached to a show after the writers strike and i lost las vegas due to it enjoy your shows thats what they are for enjoyment not constant harping by different factions and social media wars between fans of the show and fans of other shows and yes i know i am most likely about to get my head and butt handed to me yet again so go

  18. Social media wars are why I completely avoid Twitter or reading comments on Facebook. Some people think that loving a show gives them the right to be rude and plain mean to just about everyone who doesn't agree with them, so I steer clear of that. And here I try to avoid users who are overtly passionate because that usually come in hand with them being mean if you say ANYTHING at all that desagrees whit their views. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying everyone is like that, but you find a lot of those in CW shows threads, specially BatB, Reign and Arrow. The problems is that some people don't understand the notion of respecting others opinions, they think that if they hammer a topic enough or they are sufficiently mean they'll "turn" you, while the nice thing about this forums and social media is sharing opinions,.. but oh well, there's nothing that can be done, people love to hate, that's a universal truth.

  19. And it's easy to get sucked into those wars unfortunately it's happened to me a time or two and now I hate commenting because of it spoilertv does have a policy and will remove out right bullying but rude comments usually stay on this side of things and lurk

    ReplyDelete
  20. It's inevitable. It happened to me a few times too, and when I realized I was being rude, and actually engaging and enabling other very rude people, I apologized and steped aside. But truth is we all get sucked in sometimes. TBH, I lurk in the shadows and avoid making substancial comments because of it.
