    I really liked this episode and I'm so excited about Mikael's return. Still don't like the wolf storyline but the human faction is even more trite.

    AHHH!!!! SQUEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS SHIPPER IS HAPPY!!!! IDC IDC IDC IDC!!!! I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING!!! THAT TOTALLY THREW ME!! I WASN'T EXPECTING THAT TIL NEXT SEASON BUT OH WELL!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!! I'M SO HAPPY. That just made me week!!!


    Ok i loved this episode!!! I loved the beginning, and my god i hope that's what their baby looks like cause it was cute as hell!!! Cute little cheeks and big brown eyes!!! Omg she was precious! I knew it had to do with Klaus' fears of becoming a dad. but i'm not gonna like, i was disappointed when we found out it was bigger than that. Monique is a real bitch and so is Franchesca. (I seriously can't stand her).


    I felt so bad for Cami. Girl just can't catch a break. But i am curious to know what those markings mean. Hell i decode them myself if i code. And i think my favorite scene....well my 3rd favorite scene, was the march down the street, with Elijah, Hayley, and Klaus. LOL all three of them had me laughing. I loved all the banter. And i also loved Hayley standing up to Mikael in that "dream state".


    I knew Klaus had a nursery for Hayley when he said he wanted to show her something. That was nice of him...FINALLY! Geez!! A name would be even nicer you two. Let's get with it. But seriously that mobile was really pretty.


    I didn't care for the flashback scenes this episode. Idk why, i was just kinda over it. And same goes for Klaus and Marcel's scene at the end. I'm just soo over Marcel. When i hear his voice i just squirm!! And his death as a human, boy that was all types of TVD wasn't it? LOL That's the first thing that went into my head.


    As much as i love S.B. and Mikael, i felt his scenes were filler and definitely weren't needed in this episode. It didn't have the umph! It usually does when he comes on screen. I only liked when Hayley was kicking his ass. And i love when her eyes glow. Seriously to TPTB can we have more of that please??


    Omg omg omg omg omg!! My Haylijah heart!! I'm like the Joker right now!!! I CAN'T STOP SMILING!! No sleep tonight. Too happy! Overall Really good episode and i can't wait for next week.

    Mikael is just so evil and insane. He doesn't just hate Klaus, he hates all werewolves with this complete rabid hatred. I loved how Hayley was able to really hold her own against him.

    Very curious about that code.

    I liked the nursery. Klaus always does things that surprise.

    If I thought Mikael was capable of anything other than killing Klaus I would not mind him sticking around. But it's not likely they are going to switch out the two. I am up for him sticking around as a ghost or using the tvd other side arc to bring the entire original family minus Mikael and the original witch back. I think tvd killed them off too hastily maybe(at least with the spinoff in mind).

    Glad to see that the TVD and TO universes are still intertwined with The Other World plotline. I don't need crossovers but it's nice to see that the worlds aren't separate. With the disintegration of The Other World, I'm hoping that TPTB use this opportunity to bring back Kol. With Bex off touring the world, the show is lacking in the Original Family dynamics. Elijah and Klaus are fun to watch but I feel like there needs to be another, nonromantic (so not Hayley), familial relationship to really flesh out The Originals. Mikael is all about plotting Klaus' murder, Esther wanted the entire family dead, Finn was willing to sacrifice himself to kill them all, and Henrik was a little kid. Kol is the only one, besides Bex, who I can see being a semi-regular character on the show interacting with Elijah and Klaus.

    I really liked the episode,

    I love Elijah, Hayley, and Klaus scene in the pub and on the street,

    and the child's room was wonderful aaaaaaaa

    Hayley (who's 8 to 9 months pregnant) making out with her child's uncle was so beyond gross that I think I might be done watching the show.

    Up to that point I thought it was a pretty decent episode though but I had enough of two brothers going after the same girl on TVD and on TO it's even worse because there's a child in the picture so I think I may be done.

    Best episode of the series so far. Elijah, Klaus, Heyley, Marcel, Cami shine in this episode. We see all the complex emotions, the layers of each characters, the complicated relations, even the funeral was multi-faceted! Well done.

    p.s. I am pretty sure Rabekah will be back, probable towards the end of Season 2 or in Season 3.

    LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THIS EPISODE ,ESPECIALLY WITH ALL KLAUS AND HAYLEY SCENES ARE THE BEST SCENES OF THE SHOW EPISODE ,THE KLAUS AND HAYLEY CHILDS ROOM SCENE, AND KLAUS,HAYLEY ,ELIJAH STREET SCENE WERE HILARIOUS TOGETHER . AWESOME EPISODE.

    Klaus, Rebekah, Elijah(the originals) mom was the most powerful witch to have existed. So that makes Klaus part warlock, part wolf and also an original vampire. Klaus's real dad was also the a Chief from a very ancient werewolf line. It seems most likely he fell in love with Klaus mom. She apparently created a moon ring for him so that he would not turn into a werewolf on full moon and they could be together. So the baby is the first vampire/hybrid/werewolf/witch blood line baby. And the pedigree on her dad's side is super bad ass. Her mom(Hayley) comes from a royal blood line of werewolfs. Baby is pretty bad ass.

    It shouldn't be. Witches can't be something else (you can't be both vampire and a witch - you can only be one or the other as we've seen witches turned into vampires) and since Hayley is a werewolf any child she ever has should be a werewolf (same for Klaus), but for some reason they've decided to make the baby part werewolf, part vampire and part witch even though that makes no sense.

    Before Klaus became a vampire he was a warlock/werewolf. At that time no vampires existed. His blood is because his mom was full witch. Just like if your mother was Asian and your dad was Mexican. You would be half. Your child will be part Asian.

    Klaus was a werewolf and witch(warlock) before he became a vampire. Of course his warlock powers never came to be. Neither did Elijahs or any of the other siblings. But the bloodline is still there. There is still witch blood in their body. For example Bonnie lost her powers but she still has witch blood. The same is true with Klaus and the other originals. So the witch gene is passing onto the child. This baby is unheard of in the supernatural world. Maybe it will be a way for all the supernatural beings to get along somehow. Almost like nature is trying to get them all to get along. So the baby is a miracle baby and who knows what type of powers it will possess.

Like all three of them shared the screen together. it was Klaus over riding scenes with Hayley, or Elijah over riding scenes with Hayley. But yeah Haylijah's scenes were great.

    I agree about Monique, she's creepy, and the episode was not as bad as the one before. I liked Mikael (as I always do). Too bad the kiss took away all the enthusiasm I might have felt about the episode, Elijah/Hayley "relationship" is forced, ooc for Elijah and quite disgusting (imagine if they have sex next with Klaus' baby between them). Frankly, it might be a reason for me to stop watching, as Elijah's my reason nr.one for watching. Together with the new promo poster - one big disappointment. :(

    Idc what others think. They've been holding back forever. Yeah sure ok, I was waiting for her to squeeze out the kid first. But I'm not gonna be pissed if they kiss either. Klaus can like 3 women at a time and sleep with two of them and it's all fine and dandy. But b/c Hayley is pregnant she's "not allowed" to date or give into one tiny impulse b/c some find it "icky/weird/betrayal" w/e they wanna call it. (Rolls eyes)

    As for WHY i think Hayley kissed him...and yes i'I'll repeat that, Hayley kissed Elijah. That's simple, she almost died, like for real this time. I think it was more of a...if it happens again, I wanna make sure I have my chance now, before I die and never would have gone through with it. I mean when you survive a very close near death experience, you scratch off your bucket list, give into your urges, and sometimes that means going for it with the person you love, no holding back. So I totally understand why she did it now. And plus I think she was just happy to be alive and see him again. It's gotta suck when the person you love, you think you'll never see them again. Then when you actually do..that's the most wonderful feeling.

    I'm happy Elijah and Klaus are back on good terms. It's their chemistry that really holds this show together. Also, I loved the little modern family Klaus, Hayley, and Elijah as formed. Hopefully we'll get a Rebekah cameo when the baby is born? Maybe a secret a phone call. Fingers crossed!


    As for Genevieve (sp?), I think I've finally warmed up to her. Can't say I want more of her, but I'm am interested in how her arc is going to play out.

    Massive speculation on Klaus and Hayley, don't freak out over something that hasn't (and probably won't happen) happened yet. This show isn't the Vampire Diaries in that love triangles aren't its entire focus (which even Julie Plec I believe has said), and that it recognizes that when shit goes down (like the return of Mikael or Marcel, Klaus, witches and werewolves all vying for control) there are more important questions than if a character has feelings for another.

    I wish you are right.But i don't trust Julie Plec and i am afraid that this show is getting in a very weird direction.I hate the baby plot(not the baby) from the very begining.I am not enteresting about redemption or a soap opera.I can't even recognize anymore the characters of the Originals.Klaus is crying all the time!!!!Elaija is only in love.
    Witches,werewolves,war all the time....i don't know.All the same again and again.And in the middle the miracle baby.
    But I like Mikael and Marcel i have to say.

    Elijah & Klaus are not going to stay on good terms though (just like they've only been on good terms for one episode at a time so far). As soon as Klaus finds out about Elijah/Hayley Klaus is going to be on horrible terms with both of them (or at least he should be if they're at all consistent with his character).

    It already happened. I think you need to re-watch TVD 4x16 when they hooked up and conceived a child. Klaus and Hayley have already happened - that's the entire premise of the spin-off.

    I don't think so. It isn't some secret thing they're hiding from Klaus anymore. Elijah made that clear when he repeated Hayley's "if I want something, I take it" line.


    And I didn't say that they won't butt heads again, they're bound to. The writers will keep the brother's on this back and forth until the show is over.
