Despite great characters on the New Orleans team the Washington team ruined the episode! What happened to the great old Gibbs since this Bishop girl agent follows him like a silly lost dog? And McGee and DiNozzo, as if they lost their mind! Did they play too much with this silly Voodoo doll? NCIS is not recognizable anymore! And maybe at the age of 25 I am too old for that Bishop girlie stuff! She is not smart, she can't fire a gun, her eating habits are simply disgusting and she is not even a hot girl! So why is she still on this show? I don't need to watch a spin off if the original is kind of lost! Why should a spin off delivered by the same people be any better!
I really liked the first part, but this one just got to "sweet", I know southerners are friendly, but this went overboard for me. I live in the south and don't know if I can stand all this sweetness. I like the characters and will give it several more eps, if it is a series.
I really agree, Bishop does me the same way Charlie does on Supernatural. She has to "save" the main characters and is just soooooo much smarter than they are...UGH.
You can tell this show has Bellisario's hands all over it. Bellisario and Bakula have a great history of making awesome shows together (Quantum Leap). So Bakula is a natural candidate for a Bellisario created show. The whole thing will be comfortable for Bakula, and Bellisario can make sure that the writing suits Bakula. Hopefully, the two of them get together and start thinking Quantum Leap: The Next Generation - LOL!
I agree in most of your points. I don't like Bishop.. she's kind of annoying in my eyes. Since she joined the Team it seems like all the Guys (Tony, McGee, Gibbs...) lost their marbles...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I loved it, great episode

I really liked it! Both parts were great, but the second was better. Hope CBS picks this up to series.
ReplyDeleteI really think setting a series in New Orleans could work!! My only hope is that they film in New Orleans :)
ReplyDeleteI thought it was good but in all honestly i hope it doesn't get picked up.I think 2 NCIS series are quite enough.
