Ooh, I am excited for this!
ReplyDeleteWho cast the curse?!
ReplyDeleteMe to. I'm curious how all plays out and who eventually cast the curse. Cause of the sacrifice to be made. Glinda maybe? Either way we are in for a heated season final can't wait.
ReplyDeleteHook needs to speak up! If he kisses her without her knowing the consequences will just put Hook back in the bad side of things! He needs to be good and let them know what's going on.
ReplyDelete"Zelena threatens to kill Henry... Big surprise there :/
ReplyDeleteBut this part sounds Cool! "back in the Fairy Tale Land that was during the past year, Snow and Charming go in search of Glinda, The Good Witch of the South, to see if she can help them defeat Zelena, and the curse that will ultimately send the Fairy Tale characters back to Storybrooke is cast."
Interesting though they don't actually say that Zelena cast the curse. Hmmm.(I'm wondering if recasting Regina's curse was a quick fix in stopping Zelena from enacting her Time Travel spell)
i'm pretty sure he'll tell the others.
ReplyDeleteSo who casted the curse? It wasn't Zelena?
ReplyDeleteI need this episode now
Me to. Cause attempting to kill Henry seems like a quick fix before Regina can destroy the curse. And Zelena needs Emma's magic.
ReplyDeleteRight now I've had this crack theory that Granny used Ruby's heart and that's why we didn't see her in SB ;)
ReplyDeletethat being said, I can't wait, why it's not sunday yet?:P, I loved last episode and this one seems to be very good too:)
"and things begin to heat up between Regina and Robin Hood" - I need this episode like yesterday.
ReplyDeleteThe logical thing to do at this point would be to somehow get Mary Margaret and Henry out of town without the flying monkeys getting to them. Find a way to send them both out of town with Hook. Problem solved... except for making Henry freak out.
ReplyDeleteSorry, Ruby handed Henry hot chocolate with cinnamon the first time he came back to the diner right before Snow talked about how she was jailed for "banditry". Loving these episodes, every week I'm like "Is is Sunday yet?" cause I can't wait for the next one either.
ReplyDelete"begin to heat up"? and what was last night when they went in for round 2? hehe Is it Sunday yet?
ReplyDeleteI knew it wasn't possible ;) but didn't remember that scene so thank you:)
ReplyDeleteThere it is...It's been a while since somebody threatened and/or kidnapped Henry. We had this one coming.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Hook stops being an asshole and just freaking TELLS Emma instead of stalking her and being a jerk. If she's going to NEGATE HENRY'S ENTIRE EXISTENCE maybe giving Emma back some of that agency and letting her make a decision for herself instead of giving him another magical sexual assault kiss decision.
ReplyDeleteThere is no way Hook will not give Emma a choice, its always been about choice between them and putting her first.
ReplyDeleteThe question now is, does Hook tell her first or Zelena dishes it out first. Hook loves her too much to hurt her but the choice given to him is not easy...
He isnt being a jerk... i dont know where you get that notion from. And he isnt a stalker. Stalker is someone you call Zelena!!! If you cant understand the whole context of scene and Hook's situation and Hook/Emma then i really need to ask what the hell do u understand here?
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to seeing Hook and Emma... and will he tell her. I know he is conflicted and brooding. But he knows deep down he has to tell her. I cant help but think somewhere we are and hope we see a true love kiss between Emma and Hook, due to a failed on in the winter finale... you dont put in a fail one with memory loss and dont back it up with a successful one and more so as in how much Hook loves her, totally true love loves her!
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling that it may have been Aurora that cast the curse to send Zelena away to protect her baby. Although in saying that she would have had to sacrifice Phillip (the heart of the thing she loves most).
ReplyDeleteThis could also set up for a continuation of the Aurora / Mulan storyline next season (assuming that Jamie becomes free again).
Hook wont risk losing Emma, and everything that makes her - HER, he knows how it feels to be without her - as we saw in The Jolly Roger episode, he regressed badly and thought his ship would fill the void left by Emma. I hope he tells Emma or something... coz in this Emma needs a choice, and Hook knows this deep down but then again u do understand how he cant tell her - but we have to remember he did try and go to the Charmings last week to them but found Emma.
ReplyDeleteI get it from him being a jerk to her and not telling her something that will either end in the death of her loved ones or a complete violation of her body. I can tell that this is a lost cause conversation though so let's just leave it at the fact that a guy assaulting a woman and removing her agency is just not something I find 'romantic' or 'true love'. I'm sure you'll disagree.
ReplyDeleteYeah, him going to the Charmings was so gross.
ReplyDeleteIs there anything to be said for just letting Zelena, or anyone, just kill Henry?
ReplyDeleteIt seems the bad guys are always trying to kill Henry, so ya know, maybe..... bad guys would leave them alone if they just got rid of him.
Except this is OUAT and the last they ever do is anything logical :P
ReplyDeleteI'm actually curious because the episode ended with them kissing. Will they pick it up right afterwards?
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's a fair point. In Storybrooke, if it's not convoluted it's not a viable solution.
ReplyDeleteYep. Besides, if Henry leaves, how will they yet again throw him in harms way for Emma and Regina to have to work together to save the boy? He's like the plot device that keeps giving, he has to stay in town (even though I seriously think they MUST come up with a different solution for season finales. It's been the exact same for three years, fans are getting tired of it).
ReplyDeleteThe only reason I would want Henry to stick around is so that he can accidentally catch Emma and Regina practicing magic and get the crap scared out of him.
ReplyDeleteOr you know they could stay in that super safe apartment that they went to all that trouble to make but never use
ReplyDeleteOr you know they could stay in that super safe apartment that they went to all that trouble to make but never use.
ReplyDeleteTrue but Zelena could still threaten their friends and family to lure them out of the apartment. That's why getting them out of town and out of contact with Storybrooke is the safest play.
ReplyDeleteyea but leaving storybrooke is out of the question without the jolly roger and I mean come on right after they make the apartment safe snow and charming go for a walk on the beach
ReplyDeleteMy theory is that the town line bit is reversed, now. Crossing the line will bring back memories of the past year. Hence why the monkeys are snatching folks.
ReplyDeleteFor Hook and Henry there's no problem with leaving. They just need a car. Mary Margaret would need some sort of spelled object to keep her memory intact though.
ReplyDeleteThat would be an interesting twist but the boundary is part of the curse so if that part was reversed wouldn't all the other elements of the curse have to be reversed as well?
ReplyDeleteThe memory isn't a problem anymore because this time the curse didn't create fake memories the problem is the flying monkeys that attack if you try to leave. Emma, Henry and Hook are all stuck there to
ReplyDeleteWell, as I said in my first post, that would be something to figure out. Honestly though, I don't think there's a whole lot a flying monkey can do to an SUV doing the speed limit.
ReplyDeleteIf it was Glinda why would she take everyone's memories and only leave Zelena with hers? If it was her than, maybe its like how peter pan is normally "good" but was a villain, and Glinda is really a villain too
ReplyDeleteThe curse also turns a person who crosses the town line into a Flying Monkey. Don't you remember the dwarf with the brown car in the first two episodes back in Storybrook?
ReplyDeleteWas that actually proven or is it just suspected?
ReplyDeleteIf Zalena is able to open the door to time travel could this mean that we can expect from the past the visit of grandpa and grandma White any time soon like for next season? Which could mean Emma going back into time and visit grandpa and grandma!
ReplyDeleteThey might as well. Then there would really be nothing to come between the writers forced captainswan crush.
ReplyDeleteHenry has been a plot point since the very start, nothing to do with "captainswan" or any other ship for that matter.
ReplyDeleteYou missed the part where Zelena says she'll kill them all (anyone Emma cares about) anyways if Hook even whispers word of the kissing curse to anyone. It's a bit of a Catch 22.
ReplyDeleteNeither path is a good one when Zelena has the upper hand. After this move on her part though, Hook might as well say something.
I didn't miss it, it's just really stupid in that it makes absolutely no sense, particularly for Hook broodingly being a dick.
ReplyDeleteChoice A means that Emma is powerless and Zelena has absolutely nothing in her way so she goes back in time and Regina, Snow, Emma and Henry no longer exist.
Choice B gives them a heads up that Emma is a lynch pin in her plan and shows that Hook actually respects her an iota. They're already in mortal danger already.
Not necessarily. Belle crossed the line and only her memories were altered. Could be similar.
ReplyDeleteThe transformation took a little while first he was rushed into the hospital where Dr. Whale was examining him.Only then did he transform.
ReplyDeleteAh, yes. I do remember that part. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteYou choosing to miss that fact unravels your whole original argument. Hook has his hands tied on the matter. He isn't "being a jerk", it's just your dislike of him that's causing you to view it that way.
ReplyDeleteHow does it make no sense????? Zelena is shoring up her odds to win. Her spell [apparently] is only missing the Snowing baby to be complete. If Emma has her powers and manages to master them between now and the finale, she could get in the way of. Emma isn't a lynch pin. Zelena could very well get her hands on the baby regardless, it would just be easier with Emma out of the way.
And come on, you listing these "choices" is a tad overdramatic and moot point. Choice A would never happen. The show would lose more than half of their characters.
If Hook listened to you and your logic, then one possible outcome is Zelena throws a tantrum after hearing Hook spilled the beans and then goes on a murdering rampage on the townspeople.
You are displacing the blame on Hook, when the actual person causing trouble is Zelena.
I think that's a pretty good guess. Either that or Glinda casts the curse and sacrifices the Good Witch Of The North (who's in episode 3x20 but could only be in flashbacks)...
ReplyDeleteHook is a jerk. It's a main part of his character.
ReplyDeleteNo, it's not overdramatic, those are the choices that exist in the show. We know it's not going to happen as an audience. The characters do not.
How exactly would Zelena know?
There's lots of blame. Zelena is to blame for the predicament, Hook is to blame for having no respect for Emma having a choice in her own life.
Maybe Glinda is in Cohuts with Zelena or Zelena is blackmailing her. Maybe Zelena protected herself from the curse or so there are plenty possibilities. Maybe Zelena didn't arrived via curse maybe she traveled to Storybrooke on her own, she has the silver slippers.
ReplyDeleteThat was Little John, not a dwarf, and he transformed because a Flying Monkey bit him.
