Episode 5.24 will be called "Deep Trouble - Part 1"
Episode 6.01 will be called "Deep Trouble - Part 2"

Dennis Smith recently tweeted that he was directing the season 6 premiere:

Starting prep #NCISLA today. Got a very exiting script for the next season's premier. This episode is going deep!

Yesterday, he revealed the title of that episode:

#NCISLA script "Deep Trouble part ll" written by Scott Gemmill. Almost shooting and boy, it's a movie :-)

Logically, if "Deep Trouble - Part 2" is the season premiere, that means "Deep Trouble - Part 1" will be the finale.
