After testing actors over the past couple of weeks, Warner Bros. and DC have tapped theater actor Ray Fisher for the role of Cyborg in the untitled Batman-Superman pic.
Victor Stone or Cyborg, while not a major part in the Batman-Superman feature, is a member of the Justice League, and the role will become much more significant role as Warner and DC develop more films related to the Justice League universe, sources confirm.

ReplyDeleteThis film is going to be a miss. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and now Cyborg.
ReplyDeleteWell, one thing I'll say, with an Israeli actress playing Wonder Woman and the possibility of the Green Lantern being John Stewart and not Hal Jordan, the Justice League will at the very least have a far more ethnically diverse cast than The Avengers.

The question now is are we getting the New 52 lineup (with Aquaman) or are we getting the Justice League War lineup (with Shazam)
Supposedly we're also getting a Latino/Hispanic Flash.

This Batman Vs. Superman movie sure looks like a Justice League movie to me and is shaping up to be quite the mess.

ReplyDeleteActually, there's another theory based on some filming time period(too long for one movie) that they'll shoot BvsS and JLA back to back and are masking the casting as being for BvsS to not give up their plan.
ReplyDeleteAfter WW casting, Snyder said that the movie will be a full Superman sequel, just with Batman on it. He said nothing about WW.
