Wow, things are happening, I guess that's why the cast was getting bigger, but who knows? I hope it has a good story, I know it's going to be visually stunning since Zack Synder is there.
ReplyDeleteWould be awesome if they got Stephen Amell to do Green Arrow in the movies.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me think that some of the casting for BvS was actually for Justice League and they aren't in BvS at all.
ReplyDeleteI Don't Know I Think Many People Like How Arrow Has His Own Storyline.
ReplyDeletemakes sense for efficiency since they will have everyone there already. I am a bit concerned as I am not sure that they will give us sufficient/satisfactory backstory on the other characters of WW, Cyborg, Green Lantern, and depending if they plan to have Green Lantern, Aquaman, or Captain Marvel to get the audience used to them, we don't know how well Affleck will do as BM yet. I wonder if they will model the storyline to bring everyone together like the recent animated movie/comics which was an impending alien invasion from Apokolips... but in those versions, GL, SM, and WW were already known and BM was something of a myth... in the recent SM movie, the world is just getting used to the idea of SM and the recent Zod event- I guess we'll just have to wait and see
ReplyDeleteI hope not cause it would make no Sense in the Arrow world that there are suddenly all these heroes with powers... Also would The Flash be Grant Gustin? I hope they get a great Flash but I doubt many can follow Stephen Amells performance as (Green) Arrow
ReplyDeleteNo offence to Stephen but they will want a bigger named actor if they go for the Green Arrow. in the movies.
ReplyDeleteInteresting news, but still i would like to know the cast that would be in the Justice League movie.
ReplyDeleteOh man, I foresee another Superman Returns problem. Many said that Tom Welling would be the better Superman than Brandon James Routh. And I still think that Tom is better than Brandon. I already loved Stephen Amell after the first few episodes than seeing Justin Hartley play the same character for a few seasons. (Justin was a great Oliver but more on the playboy side) but this tortured-Oliver that Stephen plays feels more real and close to the Justice League that we hopefully going to see. But then, if Stephen was chosen that would put the show in jeopardy for the story's sake. Hmm, a great dilemma...
ReplyDeleteWhen I was still watching Smallville I always felt they should have gone the big screen path with Tom and the character but the reality is with that show and Arrow they get such a small audience that I can't imagine the studio would ever risk putting a relative unknown in their films. So you end up with multi versions at the same time which always kind of bothered me.
ReplyDeletePersonally think that they should link the tv cinematic universe with the movie cinematic universe. Only because many variations and storylines of characters is, frankly, frustrating, and audiences can experiences storylines strung together instead of have multiple storylines of the same characters with different timelines. Since theyre making a new flash show, AND, still have arrow running, incorporate those universe together, instead of rwintroducing characters to gwt audiences to go "Oh! So he's the new arrow... That didn't last long."
ReplyDeleteThey may be doing this and I may have gone on a bit of a rant. Woops.
Even the fact that Evan Peters and Aaron Taylor-Johnson is both gonna play Pietro Maximoff/Quicksilver is really bothering me. I do love X-men but I think that Marvel's version is gonna be better. See what I did there? We keep comparing them, even when we shouldn't.
ReplyDeleteMCU clearly wins. There's no connection in the previous movies. Why start now? And Fox was pretty childish in demanding that if Marvel added Quicksilver, they couldn't refer to his backstory because Quicksilver's father is Magneto. and Fox can't mention the Avengers in X-Men 4.. Psssh.
