LoL,doesn't everyone eat low mien with their fingers? I'd say Juliette is getting a little tired and fed up with all the 'company' they have been getting lately..
Well, Juliette reacts the way a normal girlfriend would. Eating chinese noodles with your hands straight out of the box? She might not have eaten with other people in a long time, but she has to know cuttlery. Ew.
That was a good scene. I can't blame Juliette for her reaction. In fact, I'm glad she reacted that way. Ever since Juliette has been clued in to what's going on with Nick and his life she has been a little too accepting of everything, sometimes to the point of seeming giddy about it all. This reaction from Juliette seems much more understandable to me.
He should of went further than giving her a phone call. This is something that needed to be discussed in advance between the two of them. That girl is an indigent stranger who has killed multiple people. Inviting a person like that to live in your home without consulting your significant other is a real dick move if you ask me.
Especially a bad mannered, arrogant jerk like Trubel. I sure hope they tone that down if they plan to have her stick around. It's funny at first but that kind of annoying personality will start to wear on the viewer very quickly. I for one don't like her. But it looks like she will bring something interesting to the mix.
I don't have a problem with her. She's rough around the edges due to her circumstances and what she's been through. It's understandable to me and I'm fine with it. I'm guessing her attitude will change (at least somewhat) as her life changes, so I'm not concerned about it this early on. I have much bigger issue with how Nick is choosing to handle all of this.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
The end made me laugh! Trubel needs to learn a few manners. I think Juliette is a real trooper and deserves a medal!

ReplyDeleteI think the addition of Trubel is going to really shake things up in the Wessen world!

When Juliette said "silverware" I was wondering if they had chopsticks.

ReplyDeleteI just eat everything solid with a fork. Not exactly traditional, but it works.
ReplyDeleteI agree...it's nice that Juliette loves Nick enough to be understanding, but there is a line. He at least should have called ahead.

ReplyDeleteOh, I agree....my point is that he didn't even do the very, very basic thing.
ReplyDeleteYep. Nick's decision-making skills are really terrible sometimes.
