  1. This is the best Grimm in a long time. I'm only sad to see Mama Grimm go away so soon.

  2. Hard to choose just one this week but the recap phone call with Monroe and Rosalee is what I voted for since I laughed thru the whole thing!

Can't wait for next week to see what the fallout is - Adalind isn't known to be the forgiving (or understanding) type despite the recent softening motherhood has brought about. Now that she has her powers back, baby daddy better watch his back - I'm pretty sure she has her sites set on Renard and not Nick this time!

  3. I am debating between that phone call and them pretending to be Resistance. Still can't choose. Grimm was excellent last week.

  4. Hard to choose, but I went with poor Adalind (never said that before) realizing Renard gave Diana to Viktor.

Nick's phone conversation with Monroe and Rosalee was a close second for me.

  5. Agreed - best episode since the new year IMO. I admit that I was surprised that the resistance crew was the Grimm gang - I thought maybe Renard called in Meisner so he would have plausible deniability if Viktor questioned him about it.

  6. This episode is one of the few times I ever felt sorry for Adalind too. Love your name, by the way.

  7. I knew it was the Grimm Gang as soon as Monroe started speaking. I'd recognize his voice anywhere. I was confused about why Renard was giving Viktor the baby at first though.

  8. Me too - at first I thought they were trying to use the baby's powers to fake Viktor out and he was really just giving him a pillow or something but when the baby made the coffee skull, I knew it was really her. Once it was revealed to be Nick & Co that took the baby, I assumed they didn't tell Adalind because 1. she wouldn't have allowed it and 2. they needed her reaction to be real. I hope in this weeks ep, Adalind learns the truth...she won't be happy but I hope it gives her some peace knowing that she is with Mama Grimm.

  9. I wonder about naming the child Diana..."Princess Diana"? I doubt that Adalind (or whoever was really responsible for this) really thought this through.

  10. Ha! I didn't even consider that. I was too busy thinking they were going to turn Adalind super-sentimental and have the baby named after her mother.

  11. I thought one of the best done scene was the entire sequence of Kelly explaining sacrifice to Adaland, then Adalind realizing what that meant and running out to stop Renard, to Renard giving the baby to the prince. I thought the filming and editing was great for that set of scenes.

  12. I like how they gave Adalind time to realize what Renard was going to do. Claire Coffee did a great job of slowly showing understanding and then horror and then grief. Some of her finest acting to date.
