Damn it, TTP!
ReplyDeleteI hate these CW pre-emptions!
ReplyDeleteWell, the ratings for TTP is unfair. Many people, including myself, couldn't watch it because someone decided to air a baseball game instead!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm really surprised TTP is crashing this hard, I thought it would have gather some viewership from Arrow etc. SC was dummed since announced as midseason but it keeps solid considering the situations it got put in
ReplyDeleteBones goes up by 0.1
ReplyDeleteit always happens on mondays, it happened for my fav show as well BATB. but i do not think the pre-emptions make much difference to be fair. mondays are just suicide for the cw
ReplyDeleteWell Castle did ok after the month long hiatus.
ReplyDeleteI'm proud of Bones. :)
ReplyDeleteBones is a real winner. Despite its age, time slot moves, competition, it is a stable player. Unless several shows catch fire next season, I can't imagine FOX renewing it for S11. Good grief if CSI and SVU can hit 15 and 16 (probably) seasons, respectively, Bones certainly has delivered for FOX in a similar way. Plus FOX, like ABC, really needs a reliable procedural. House ended way too soon. I hope they can figure out the economics to keep Bones going.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't call Bones stable. The show has dropped almost a full ratings point from the season premiere, has been below a 2.0 in the demo since November, and has shed almost an average of 3 million weekly viewers since season six. The show also hit a series low with 5.18 mil viewers and a 1.2 demo rating on 11/15/13.
ReplyDeleteI blame Fox and their stupid scheduling for that. Because before the November move it was the network's 2nd highest scripted (or at least non-animated scripted) show and still getting at least a 2.0 (minus the 2nd episode of the season). But hey, that's JMO.
ReplyDeleteFOX's schedule shuffle may account for a few tenths of a demo point here and there but Bones has been in steady decline for three seasons. That's not a scheduling problem. Bones is just an old show with its glory days behind it. Bones fans should, oddly enough, be thankful that FOX is not doing well these days because if the network's fortunes were better they may not have had the incentive to keep renewing the show.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm from Brazil. Why the ratings on CW monday are so low?
ReplyDeleteits wrong for ttp its actually 1.11 rating
