    Cisco seems to be a funny guy. I didn't expect Felicity to know these 2. I thought they would have 1-2 scenes together.

    "Forthcoming Flash series?" Either Guggenheim is getting ahead of himself or he knows something we don't. I suppose, if a pick-up is in the bag, it would explain the extra promotion that pilots don't usually receive.

    Well...I doubt that theCW would pass on that project. There's been a lot of buzz surrounding it, that alone would warrant a pick-up

    Buzz alone doesn't warrant a pick-up. The people responsible for both The Selection pilots could tell you that.

    there was buzz behind 'The Selection' ? I somehow don't remember reading that much about it.


    I certainly don't remember EW posting an entire article about a certain costume featured in 'The Selection'

    EW is owned by Time Warner. That's not buzz. It's corporate synergy.

    aaaaaand I've just learned something new. Didn't know about EW being a part of Time Warner...explains a lot.

    Got to take back my point anyway, remember the costume preview they released for Wonder Woman ? Yeah that worked out well :P

    The costume was bad but not as bad as the idea to give Wonder Woman to David E. Kelley. I still don't understand that.

    Well..I guess 'success > genre saviness' might've been their mantra on that, I don't know...

    I actually enjoyed the pilot but then again I enjoy crappy trash flicks like 'Vampire Assassin'....so I might not be the best judge on that

    There's nothing wrong with junk TV and movies. I have an affinity for late 70's early 80's horror flicks and they're the worst.

    The pilot hadn't even been shot by then. But episodes where they introduced Barry Allen were well received so I guess it was just a matter of giving it an official pickup after the pilot is shot.

    I know this is The CW so the bar is pretty low to begin with but this still seems premature to me. Then again, The CW has a lot of dead weight this season so any potential show that attracts interest from viewers is likely to get fast-tracked anyway.
