Best TV Villans
Where is Walter White???
ReplyDeleteZombie 3 is awesome - the third zombie to form after the world died and he is still alive.
ReplyDeleteIt is now updated so you can add any we missed
ReplyDeleteWhy did Angel make the list of Buffyverse villains over the others? What about The Mayor, Glory or even Wolfram & Hart?
ReplyDeleteI tried to pick one from each show that is the most memorable villain. Angel was the most memorable from the show Buffy that had such an effect on the storyline and the whole Buffy and Angel universe
ReplyDeleteBest tv villain ever, especially as a complete character: Arvin Sloane from Alias. Think about it, first off besides Sark he's the only villain to appear in every season. But unlike Sark he's in control, Sark is always a second in command. Second, he pulled off insane feats. At the beginning of the show he's running the largest crime ring in the world until he's ordered to murder his wife. Then he does what a generation of intelligence agencies failed to do, he destroys the whole organization while taking everything valuable from it. After which he's ordered to be killed on sight and barters his way back to legitimacy and continues with his master plan. When that's discovered he again barters his way back to leading a secret government organization. When he betrays his team again he's sprung by another larger organization only to destroy them, take over, and complete his life work. Then as a final punishment for his character he's trapped as an immortal, alone for all eternity, even the memory of his daughter (who he killed because of his plan) abandons him.
ReplyDeleteGreatest villain ever.
I feel I should protest and say that although Regina is the best thing since sliced bread she isn't a baddie...she's just...misunderstood :-p
ReplyDeleteKatherine Pierce! I love how all of our favorite villains have somewhat been redeemed so they're not really all that villainous. Well Katherine still is but Regina and Rumple are good now!
ReplyDeleteAl Swearengen, Deadwood.
ReplyDeleteBut best ever....Bob, Twin Peaks...that guy was terrifying!!!
regina always the best
ReplyDeleteMoriarty. An unpredictable villain is the most terrifying.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone remember of Calisto!!! From Xena the warrior princess???!!
ReplyDeleteAngelus, actually...
ReplyDeleteI voted for Moriarty because i just rewatched the reichenbach fall and the memories of Moriarty outsmarting Sherlock (whom i still consider the smartest one in bbc sherlock universe) are very fresh in my mind.
ReplyDeleteYou can vote for wathever you want. The truest villain of all time will be Peter Pan from OUaT. Guy which did not love his son, egoist, brutal ruler of Neverland with LITERALLY heart of stone.
ReplyDeleteSecond one is Adrian Powell from "Devious Maids". Human, with devil's soul and eyes.
Where is Root?
ReplyDeleteShe isn't exactly a villain anymore is she?
ReplyDeletebut she was the best ever!
ReplyDeletePretty much...
ReplyDeleteWord! Always nice to see a fellow Alias aficionado. Ron Rifkin was robbed of an Emmy, nothing will ever convince me otherwise. So was Victor Garber.
ReplyDeleteRobbie Kay was amazing as Pan. I'm so sad that he was killed off so soon. I know all villains come with an expiration date and many have become annoying after staying on the show for too long, but I think he could've been kept around a little longer. Half a season isn't enough for such a great character.
ReplyDeleteRifkin and Garber together made an awesome acting duo. If you ever met men like that in the real world you'd run. Alias is just one of the greatest shows ever!
ReplyDeleteSloane, Irina, Sark, Anna (Alias)
ReplyDeletePercy, Seasons 1-2 Amanda, Ari (Nikita)
The Master, Angelus, The Mayor (BtVS)
Season 1 Sylar, Adam, Danko (Heroes)
Katherine, Elijah (sorta... not really a villain) (TVD)
Gordon, Season 3 Lilith, Lucifer (SPN)
Root (Person of Interest)
Rayna (Agents of SHIELD)
Zankou (Charmed)
Slade, Nyssa (Arrow)
Peter Pan (OUaT)
Just some... :)
Sylar is one of my favorites. Bob Kelso it a great comedy villain.
ReplyDeleteSurprised there's not much Boyd Crowder love... Lots of downvotes, though.
