Emma and Hook being an old married cuple! Emma: "The Wicked Witch of West is real?" Hook: "Says the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming" Charming: "You were going to marry some one?" Hook: "Did you miss the part that I said 'monster'?"
Hard to decide, but a stand-out for me was the part where Charming said "So it's not a personal vendetta. That's new." HILARIOUS. It cleverly lampshaded the conventions of the show.
However, I would have to say my favorite part was the Regina vs. Zelena scene. Lana and Rebecca Mader were just awesome together. Mader is a pro at playing evil (or should I say wicked). I've wanted to see her in a primary villain role ever since watching her brief stint on Fringe - having her as a main baddie on Once Upon A Time is fantastic.
Yes, I liked that because it finally put to rest the threadbare Emma/Regina conflict of Seasons 1 and 2. It's nice to see them being well and truly allies, even when it comes to Henry. For a minute during the town hall scene, I was saying "Oh, great, not again" to myself, but to have the whole thing be a ploy on Emma's part was brilliant.
I was thinking about Zelena being Regina's sister or from her family. I liked to know it for sure, but seeing Mr. Gold being old Rumplestiltskin was WAY better!
Rebecca Mader was so good last night! Next week looks really strong! Regina knows how to entertain me especially this week! I'm glad OUAT is finally getting better. Last week's episode was great but this one was even better. :)
Regina:...I know exactly who is behind this. Emma: The wicked witch of the west? [Regina gives her the 'look'] Seriously? She's real too? Hook: This coming from the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming.
I think that would have to be one of my favorite scenes. :)
Regina seeing Henry for the first time since they came back was a very powerful scene for me as well! ;) But it's true, this episode had so many great scenes and Lana did a truly amazing job!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Regina finds a reason to live! Lana's expression was simply amazing
ReplyDelete"You feed the madness and it feeds on you." - Best Quote of the episode!
ReplyDeleteOther : Emma and Regina in Regina's office " I always know when your lying" Well in fact all E/R scenes were the BEST!
ReplyDeleteEvery scene with Regina and the end of episode. Simply, almost all of the episode:)
ReplyDeleteI loved how Regina learns of Zelena's heritage.

ReplyDeleteLOL! The humor this week was great.
ReplyDeleteRumple.
ReplyDeleteRumple.
Rumple.
Freaking hot and freaking crazy.
I really love the scene where Regina and Zelena met for the first time in Regina's castle. Zelena is so sassy! I love her!

ReplyDeleteThe Rumples reveal at the end was the best part of the episode.

It was! Once finally feels again like the instant favorite I remember from Season 1.
ReplyDeleteIt was...interesting, to say the least, to see him in crazy mode while back in his Storybrooke persona.
ReplyDeleteIs everyone related on this show?

ReplyDeleteMy favorite scene is Emma and Regina talking while trying to make the potion work. So real! :D
ReplyDeleteEmma: " I always know when your lying" that scene was epic too!!
ReplyDeleteCant believe the 'i always know when you are lying' scene in Regina's office isn't even on the list! WTF!
ReplyDeleteI voted Other as well the scene where Regina is making potion and Emma tells her she knows when she is lying.
ReplyDeleteWhen Regina see's Henry again for the first time. Lana's facial expressions made me cry.
