    This ep was the end for me. I can't take the bad writing anymore. I think I'm done. I don't think I can stomach it out to the finale. More doppelgangers? Seriously? And also, Elena gets cured of the new virus way too fast. The whole ep made me queasy. I'm done.

    If you think Steroline are just friends after this episode, then I don't know what to tell you. I saw something more than that between them in this episode. I swear, the writers are working their way up to SOMETHING between them. It's getting harder to deny with every single episode.

    Luckily there was plenty of Steroline to make up for all of the really sad Delena. Their relationship makes me feel ill.

    Ohhh, just when i thought my GPC one upped my OTP!! Delena goes ahead and does that! I mean yes i knew it was coming. But seeing it is a whole other story!!! But seriously MY STEROLINE SHIPPER HEART IT POUNDING OUT OF CONTROL!! That was definitely flirtation, on Caroline's part....then the last 10 min. on Stefan's part. Not with the joke (which was totally funny and i knew he was faking), but when he looked down and thought about Caroline leaving with Enzo. But Caroline's looks. We've seen it before. We know what it means. And this fan is happy. (leave me alone, let me bask).


    Giving it up to Nina, the girl can act. When she was imaging Aaron for the 3rd time (And Damon was actually standing in front of her) All I can think of was, wow i feel so bad for her. (DAMN YOU KATHERINE) And damn, she can really sell her psychotic emotions. Haha.


    I was very happy what she did to Liv. B/c i hate Liv, i didn't/don't want her dead just yet, but NOW i know why i hate her!! It was good seeing Luke, or as i like to call him....Matt/Jeremy's love child. lol


    Can't wait for next week. Tonight my MVP goes to Steroline...yes that's right. They made the episode for me. (Love you Delena, don't be mad at me). And Bonnie i swear, if you don't see through Liv. I will hate you til you die on the show.

    They can dismiss it all they want, but the proof is there. Any anti-steroline shipper we'll see it one way and for me that'll go in one ear and out the other. I usually don't mind listening to other people's opinions when it comes to my ships. But tonight after this episode...forget about it. Hahahaha it's out there. I mean it's REALLY out there. A blind person couldn't miss that.

    And iI kind of feel Enzo was irking Stefan on when he gave him that little wave. Like a "Haha I'm taking your girl tonight" type of thing. I didn't like that.

    I really hope Caroline doesn't hook-up with either Enzo or Stefan. I want her to get a story-line of her own and not another love interest.

    Crazy episode. I loved that some of Elena's hallucinations of Aaron were almost like visits from his ghost. Obviously Elena doesn't have Katherine's complete memories from when Katherine was in Elena's body, but i couldn't believe how lucid Elena was despite her hallucinations. She knew enough not to buy into Bonnie's crap. I was glad to see her fight for herself and trust her own instincts. It'll probably be a while before Elena can trust any of the people she used to, including Damon. What Damon and Elena did looked like break-up sex, but even if it continues, the matter will likely be resolved by the end of the next episode.


    It looks like Stefan might be planning to sacrifice himself to save the new doppelganger, who is an innocent person who saves lives every day. If it comes down to that, it'll be interesting to see how things play out with Caroline. While it's obvious that they have slightly romantic feelings for each other, whether or not they'll act on those feelings is another issue altogether. I hope there won't be two doppelgangers at once again, but at the same time I think all storylines that can involve Stefan have been exhausted. Bring on the new doppelganger. It'll still be Paul Wesley, but in a different role.


    I think the cure for the virus came so quickly because the Augustine storyline is over. The next episode is supposed to address Luke's story and what Liv is capable of. I doubt there will be any further Katherine-related drama, unless it involves Elena starting to drift apart from her childhood friends, as people often do in their college years and beyond. Things are getting more fast-paced now that the end of the season is near. I think it's getting to the point where questions will be answered that were only touched on in the beginning of the season.

    I don't know if this is relevant or not, since articles aren't always reliable, but Caroline Dries mentioned a desire to give Caroline a love interest who is someone new. i don't think Caroline will hook up with Stefan, despite the romantic interludes. Since the writers seemed eager to wrap up the Augustine storyline, Enzo's supposed love interest will probably only show up in a flashback, unless she's a vampire and her presence will create a love triangle.

    Stefan or the new Doppelgager Pick one you think should live and one to die, give reasons? Ps doppelgänger remains human!

    I want Stefan to die, I love this guy anomalously but I am tired for him. He has a brother that doesn't care unless a girl pushes him to care, the girl in question is going to play see-saw regardless of who she is meant to be with...."I would never lead you on" really did she forget when she took him down memory lane when he had amnesia?... he has no real friends since Caroline is a potential unlike Lexi who was his one true friend and he lives in constant fear of becoming what he hates....I want him to have peace!

    The new doppelgänger has done nothing wrong apart from having a handsome but unfortunate face, also the unfortunate destiny of falling in love with Elena. Come to think of it Damon will kill him anyway. He might forget the guy isn't Stefan and break his neck!

    As for VD Katharine's demise was last strew for me.I have been having issues since season 3 but loyality keep me watching.Killing Katharine was last strew. Her never returning to stray things up again leaves only elena and some others can see why that Isn't a good deal.

    The only parts I liked about tonight's episode were the Stefan parts of the episode. The whole Elena and Damon thing has done got old they need to move on from all that drama. I like Jeremy but they r just wasting what could be a great character on little shit like picking at Damon I mean come on he is a hunter why not do something with that and make his character interesting.

    I still very much enjoy the show but yes I have noticed a severe decline in quality the past two seasons. This I honestly think has a lot to do with The Originals, both the characters & the show itself. Julie Plec developed too much attachment to those charcters when they should've been killed off or sent on their way & now there is an entire show devoted to them. Julie is & the others from VD who are working on the new show are now spread too thin & this we're paying the price with half ass fumbling storylines. Let's be honest, the only reason any of us watch The Originals is for Elijah because he was the only redeemable one of the whole lot of them. Even Claire Holt realized how stagnant the characters were & decided to walk away from the show. With Daniel comitted to filming his other TV show that means we'll be left with Klaus, the embodiment of walking feces!

    It seems like the VD writing team have attempted to go the route of AMC's show style with splitting the season in to 2 smaller storylines that bleed together instead of one season long arc. The problem is that the CW does not employ nor encourage high quality writing, so many decent little shows that could be really great but instead flail about in the "teen angst" garbage. The network doesn't seem to realize that not every one of of their shows has to be set in high school for them to get ratings & there are tons of ways to add the romantic tension element in WITHOUT LOVE TRIANGLES!

    Now on a side note to stir up the bee's nest a lil bit: Are you Delena haters now satisfied? You got your "toxic relationship" admission from not one but both of them tonight! Now can you please unbunch your panties & realize that the writers are indeed writing this relationship believably despite your rantings. Just because someone is bad for you or can be a bad person doesn't mean you can just stop loving them nor does it mean that their love is wrong, love is love. It must be nice to be all of you who are so perfect that you have never loved the wrong person. I personally can't stand Elena, I have never been a fan of the love triangle but I do love the way Damon loves Elena. I also adore the dynamic between Stefan & Caroline & would like to see that develop into something more because Stefan deserves better than Elena.

    I only liked the bits with Caroline in them, she even made Enzo of all peeps tolerable on screen and I can't wait to see more of them. What was with Damon turning into a Klaroline gossipy fangirl and spilling the beans literally EVERYWHERE.

    The thing about Kat's death was the weirdness of her being dragged away into hell and the producers saying it's because she's PERMANTLY DEAD and not on the "normal other side for supes" because she's in a dark realm but we've seen far eviler peeps like Quetesaya, Ester, and Kol kicking around.

    I am not sure why everyone was hating on this episode. I thought it was exciting and had me lost on what was coming next. I love that Elena had the diary that Katherine has been writing in, taunting her from the grave! There were very meaningful interactions between characters that we have been waiting on as well as some new ones. Damon and Jeremy?? Matt was witty and Enzo had his eye on Caroline. There is another Stefan, just as cute but a good guy! There have been episodes where we can predict the ending and everyone complains that it was boring and waw waw waw. There is no winning with the fans anymore. Suck it up and enjoy it or stop watching and complaining. I watched season 4 of Heroes. I can make it through anything!

    Ohhh yeah, I skimmed that.(Skimmed as in i only read that line, haha) I know what you're talking about. And I didd see the pics, which had me thinking, is this their special moment?? Lol but now i'mI'm thinking, dear god, please let it be him and NOT his human doppelganger. That makes it less exciting for me. = / .....although it would be funny if human Stefan flirted with Caroline when she finally got there. And her reaction would confirm that she actually does have feelings for the REAL Stefan that she's realized for a bit now, and has been harbouring it for some time now.

    Then she'll go back to MF, go to the SBH and she'll see Stefan and it'll go like this....Stefan..."did you do it? Did u kill him?" Caroline.."no, iI couldn't.".....Stefan, "why not??" Caroline..."b/c it's you Stefan. I got there and i saw YOU and iI couldn't do it." Then they'll be this smile, maybe straight face, awkward silence. Then all of a sudden,Enzo will come in and say...."it was quite cute. Her being all hesitant cuzCuz she cares for you. I couldn't take it anymore, so iI did it." Then drops the human Stefan body on the floor right between them. Lmfao....sorry getting sucked into my Shannon theories. Haha i paint quite a picture huh?

    Yeah about that scene. I only saw that he was more worried/protective of her than usual. And when Enzo waved at him. He realized that it bothered him more, seeing her leave with Enzo.

    It was a good episode, though i am surprised that they resolved the vampire ripper thing so quickly and anticlimactic. Delena is finally becoming the epic thing it's supposed to be, i loled at their fight at the end, despite being a non-shipper i thought it was cute and amusing how they bickered and then a hot sex followed = perfect.
    Caroline and Enzo better not hurt Stefan doppelganger. I am getting fed up with her double standards. giving Elena crap for killing Jesse, while she plans to murder some innocent guy who spent his life saving people just to save her Stefan?
    Oh my God liv was and is so annoying. And now there are two of them, please someone kill her and her gay brother please. He is like a sleazy gay version of Enzo, his face begs to be punched.
    Elena continues her evolution, i am so glad they didn't just keep her the same person as she was. Becoming a vampire is a major thing, so it's good they are keeping it real and actually making her more dangerous and conniving while still preserving her nice characteristics.
    Travellers = i really hope there is a way to kill them off all at once, like with witches when they are linked and chanting, i know there are not going anywhere anytime soon since we haven't even met their leader and it makes me sad.
    I call it that once Stefan and Elena are the last doppelgangers, the travellers will try to kill them for some reason.

    It's not really the same as Jesse - if anything it's more like their efforts to "save" Elena who had the misfortune on being born an Amara doppelganger and therefore attracted Stefan to begin with (leading to vampire mayhem and her family dying) and being a spell ingredient that Klaus needed to break the hybrid curse (since Esther had used a previous Amara doppelganger to curse him). This human Silas doppelganger is probably more like Elena was back in the pilot episode - some poor human who happened to be born a doppelganger and now has people out for him.

    Why are you worried about what I'm doing though? Maybe you are unable to read well, but I definitely said I still watch for certain characters. Clearly a number of people thought the episode was awful, and those who enjoyed it probably only did so because of ships. If you don't think this season has been the absolute worst for TVD where there is no plot, character regression, and the same thing over and over again then that's on you. And I can watch whatever I want to but it still will not change the fact that the quality of this show has gone completely downhill.

    Damon has previously announced who's Stefan's hooked up to the group (Rebekah in Season 4, Katherine earlier this season) but I didn't find it OCC for him to tell Elena since she was probably the only one left who didn't know. What mystified me was that Damon was gossiping about Caroline & Klaus with Enzo (when Klaus & Enzo have never even met as far as we know and prior to this episode Enzo had not met Caroline either).
