Oh my goddddddd! Did they not learn ANYTHING before the year they lost? Well...on second thought...I'd at least expect better of Emma if not the rest of them...on third thought, now she gets Henry all to herself... Whatever, I just wish somebody would recognize that she isn't the same person she was when it all began lol.
"But Emma is sure that someone in town is responsible for this new curse and teams up with Regina in an attempt to uncover their identity."
She teams up with Regina. We've actually seen them working together. So,I say we don't jump to conclusions, just this once, since we clearly don't have all the information.
I hope Regina and Emma are playing a scene here and they want to fool WW. Because honestly, if Emma is serious here, then she is a major b%^&. Other than that, after 3 seasons this Regina vs town vs Emma shit is simply too repetitive.
I'm surprised Emma didn't go to Regina before calling this town hall meeting and ask her directly if she conjured up this curse... It will all end well eventually.
I really love how Regina treats people that bully her :D I wish I could have the ability to cause earthquakes... p.s: she kinda sounded like Elza from Frozen during Coronation day :D
decent scene, but like others have mentioned this feels like a reset back to season one pitting Emma vs Regina again.... and as for determining if Regina is telling the truth, Emma's "superpower" is forgotten/useless once again... I sincerely hope they move past this impasse again sooner than later
Well this is a giant pile of disappointment after a really good start to the season's second half. Why do the writers insist that the only way to create dramatic tension is by rehashing old bullsh*t like this? Character progression is not something to fear, OUAT writers.
'If you all want me to be The Evil Queen.. Then fine. That's exactly who'll get' Bad ass Regina at it again. Love it.
And I agree with other people, I think this is just a plan in order to trick the Wicked Witch, if it's NOT then I'm a little disappointed by Emma's actions, like Regina said 'we've been through this'. Emma/Regina's dynamic has developed since The Cricket Game, so I can't imagine them going through this kind of conversation again? (At least that's what I'm praying, and that the writers have purposely done this) but I'm pretty sure it is a ruse because there's spoilers of them working together this episode and stuff so :))
Hoping this is just a trick to snuff out the real person for this curse because I'm getting tired of everyone accused Regina maybe it's trick because we don't see Snow or Charming do anyone wonder is if this new curse gave them different names or are they same from first curse even though they remember who they are or is everyone just calling each other by theirs fairy tale names
I think this is staged. Considering what Regina did for Emma in the mid-season finale and that Hook told her that Regina & Snow have set their differences aside, Emma shouldn't be this quick to jump on the "Regina-did-it" bangwagon.
Agree. We see them talking in Regina's office. There's no way Emma wouldn't say "hold up everyone...". Then again, if this really is legit, it COULD be what Zelena wants...to make everyone hate Regina.
I'd like to believe that more than anything but every time I try to give these characters the benefit of the doubt I end up disappointed. Rarely do the writers of this show allow these characters to display that sort of crafty, cooperative intelligence.
Well, even if it is a ruse, the scene still feels like a s2 deja vu. On the other hand, Emma/Regina may be working together, but what about Leroy, Whale, Archie, are all the townspeople in on the plan? Because if the crowds still hate Regina, then it's quite ridiculous that Snow and David insisted that she stay with them to present a united front and 'give people hope'. Besides, I'm quite tired of Regina being the constant black sheep.
Yes, but they insisted that on the very same day they arrived in EF. Even if it was a few days later, there was no reason or indication that their attitude towards Regina changed drastically during that time.
It may be realistic that every other person/being who was cursed by Regina would still hate her guts, but it hurts the quality of the show to keep focusing on how badly people treat her. Besides, it sends a very bad message if Regina keeps trying to redeem herself and be a better person, and she's still the first person to be blamed and attacked for every bad thing that happens.
I liked this scene. Regina is still a badass, not being helpless or a victim, while up against people's wrongful accusations. Loved her powers in this scene, with the earthquake, and great exit via puff of purple smoke. Great job there with the special effects too. There was good drama in the scene, and shows the wickedness from Zelena. Plus, we haven't seen the before or after of the scene, so maybe Emma and Regina are just playacting, to lure out the real culprit of the curse. I have hope, especially after last week's great start to this half of the season.
You really don't know anything about setting traps do you. If you're trying to trick someone, you don't let that many people in on the plan. Otherwise it doesn't work. Because the more people that know, the more likely the one you're trying to catch gets word of what's going on and doesn't fall for it.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Way to piss off Regina. And LOL at Zelena being all proud of herself.
ReplyDeleteI love that look of Zelena.
ReplyDeleteSeriously?? The Cricket Game 2.0? How many variations of Regina 'contra mundum' can they come up with??

ReplyDeleteMaybe she couldn't find her. Just like in season 2, when she (Regina) was closed in her own dungeon.
ReplyDeleteAgree.

ReplyDeleteI didn't even think of that! I hope you're right and they're just putting on a show.

ReplyDeleteWhile I certainly hope this was a show, it also proves that Regina is *still* the best character on the show.

What makes you say that?
ReplyDeleteSnowing insisted that while they were in EF during the past year, which they don't remember.

Well, I'm with the theory that this is all a ruse.
ReplyDelete"For once, im just as clueless as the rest of you" LMAO i love her.
ReplyDeleteI had a dejavu, the only thing missing was all of them going to her house.
Multiple statements about Emma and Regina joing forces/preview shots showing Regina and the Charmings all working together to stop the WW maybe?
