Ugh, why did they have to bring Eddie Izzard back, he was the worst part of season one. A truly lightweight actor that proved so poor, especially when compared with everyone else.
My guess is they need someone who can both confirm Will's story and not have any credibility with the FBI. In that way, even with Beverly gone, the story can move forward with Will's new interlocutor.
