Fuck yes! I've been waiting for this to happen since Private Practice ended. Maybe she can be a regular next season, please?
ReplyDeleteI've never seen her on Private Practice (drop after season 2) and I don't even remember her on Grey's Anatomy, awesome
ReplyDelete"will recur through the rest of Season 10"
ReplyDeleteSo basically two more episodes?
3 episodes.
ReplyDeleteI said 2 more excluding the first one. The article mentions that she will appear in the beginning of may (10.22) and "will recur through the rest of Season 10" (10.23 and 10.24).
ReplyDeleteOh I'm sorry I didn't understand.
ReplyDeleteThat took longer than i expected. Wonder if she will replace Christina next season
ReplyDeleteCould be, maybe the 3 episodes are a test run.
ReplyDeleteOh how I hope she stays on! I've wanted this to happen since Private Practice ended!
ReplyDeleteYES YES YES YES! I adored Amelia Shephard and Caterina absolutely sold me on Season 5 during her addiction storyline! God I miss PP! I am so happy about these news!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're right. Were you a fan of PP? I adored her
ReplyDeleteI watched the first two seasons, but didn't get the time to watch after that. But I liked her character on the Grey's/PPP crossover. And I am hoping they bring some established character to replace Cristina as regular next season instead of some newbie.
ReplyDeleteThis is such great news. I've always wanted her to come back ever since PP ended and it's finally happening.
ReplyDeleteThat's good news. I liked Amelia. Actually, I'd take any of the Private Practice people over the current interns/residents. Even that nurse who dated Sam was better. I wish they didn't kill off Dell. They could've let him realize his dream of becoming a doc by letting him be a resident on Grey's.
ReplyDeleteIf you have the time and are interested, I would advise you to watch the remainder of PP. While the first two seasons are ok, Seasons 3, Season 4 (part of it), Season 5 and Season 6 are absolutely awesome, the show really finds its footing. Try the Season 3 premiere, I found it to be one of my favorite episodes. I always found the show to be very underrated, which was a shame.
ReplyDeleteSummer maybe, but I know many spoilers, so the show has kinda been renewed for me.
ReplyDeleteOh I see. Pitty!
ReplyDeleteplease i don't watch Grey's but I watched all of PP, she was a really good character and I felt there was more they could have done. I know the doc she ended up with was nice, but god i felt kinda they it was a cope out so was always a strong willed women, I almost would have preferred seeing her leave the series alone.
ReplyDeletefuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk yassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss i was waiting for addison but amelia can do the job yaas yaaas yaaaaaaaaaas yasssssssssss
ReplyDeleteI would like to see her and Addison, both as regulars next season.
ReplyDeleteAddison too please!
ReplyDeleteAddison's transition would be more difficult.
ReplyDeleteYES!!! I've been waiting for this since PP ended. Love her and her character. Can't wait for this. If she indeed does end up replacing Cristina, Sandra Oh's exit might be a little easier to take.
ReplyDeleteSo thrilled about this. I agree with everyone who's on board with her for being a regular for next season. I already love her, so there would take no warming up, plus those of us who have watched PP are already familiar with her background, so no need to waste time telling us about her character. She'd be a great casting choice. Hell, we already know more about Amelia than we do Stephanie, Leah, and Shane combined! Hope they ditch those three and put Amy in their place. Grey's would b e 10000% better next year if they do this.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see Amelia as regular, and Catherine Avery, she was awesome last week, I'd love to see her with Webber more.
ReplyDeleteI assume they're bandying about with the possibility of her becoming a regular next season. I think the show could use some fresh bloody to interact with the main characters, the interns don't tend to interact with that many others.
ReplyDeleteyay! great news. but I want her to still be with James. if she stays longer in Seattle (S11), that probably won't happen...
