CRISTINA GETS THE NEWS OF A LIFETIME, ON ABC’S “GREY’S ANATOMY”

“I’m Winning” – Cristina is nominated for a Harper Avery and although most of her fellow doctors are ecstatic, she won’t let herself get too excited. Bailey continues to work on a young boy without an immune system -- Alex considers making a change, and Derek and Callie work with a machine that can recognize emotions. Meanwhile, Richard gives the residents a pep talk about the exciting projects going on around the hospital on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, APRIL 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

“Grey’s Anatomy” stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jessica Capshaw as Arizona Robbins, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery, Sarah Drew as April Kepner, Camilla Luddington as Jo Wilson, Gaius Charles as Shane Ross, Jerrika Hinton as Stephanie Edwards and Tessa Ferrer as Leah Murphy.

Guest cast TBA.

“I’m Winning” was written by Joanne Rater and directed by Kevin McKidd.

It sounds like they are giving Christina the proper send off she deserves, as they should.. having a whole season 'dedicated' to her basically, a nice padded out exit with Burke coming back and Owen/maybe baby story line being wrapped up via a flashback episode of 'what if' I'm really happy with the way this is being written... nothing will get me to forgive her for Mark and Lexie tho.

  5. Probably b/c a lot of ppl were fed up after the first half. That hiatus was also too long so I'm sure they lost some viewers there. I definitely agree with you both. They are killing it this half. Reminds me of the old Grey's.
