EW has learned exclusively that McKidd, best known for playing Dr. Owen Hunt on ABC’s veteran medical drama, has been tapped for a guest spot as a man named Albert Daugherty, who is also the Duke of Weddington. Per the storyline, the testy landowner — who is described as the kind of guy who would rather settle a dispute with a claymore than a discussion — crosses paths with the lawyer duo played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer after he finds himself in a spat with his neighbor.
Additionally, EW can report that Office alum Creed Bratton is set to appear as a judge in a separate episode. His character, Judge Semmer, is described as an aging athlete whose career ended in the cul-de-sac of family court.
