Arrow EP Marc Guggenheim revealed at a Monday press event that The Flash castmembers Danielle Panabaker (Shark, Necessary Roughness) and Carlos Valdes (from Broadway’s Once) both will guest-star in Episode 19 of the CW’s hit sophomore drama.
Panabaker on the spin-off pilot plays Caitlin Snow, a bioengineering expert who lost her fiancĂ© during the particle accelerator snafu at Central City’s S.T.A.R. Labs. (The smart money has her one day evolving into Killer Frost.) Valdes Carlos Valdesmeanwhile plays Cisco Ramon, S.T.A.R. Labs’ youngest genius (who may be fated to become the Justice Leaguer known as Vibe).
“The idea of bringing in those characters really, really appealed to us because it allowed us to honor our original intention [of] doing something Flash-related around Episode 19 or 20 without … basically paying Grant Gustin to sit around with his eyes closed/unconscious the whole episode,” Guggenheim explained, saying that Barry won’t emerge from his coma until The Flash (presumably) premieres this fall. “This episode is really cool. It allows us to further flesh out the Flash universe on Arr

this was supposed to be the Flash pilot may be they will mention that Barry woke up.
ReplyDeletethat was S02E20. But, since they decided to give him his own pilot, they rewrote the last handful of episodes. why they made 219 instead of 220 as a crossover episodes is what i find odd.
ReplyDeleteOh, a couple of interesting names...
ReplyDeleteThey didn't rewrite the episodes because when they decided to give Flash its own pilot they were still early in the show. They don't write the episode THAT far ahead of schedule.
ReplyDeleteOoh Flash characters on Arrow. Is Felicity going to Central City to get help?
ReplyDeleteAtlin Mitchell is the name of Caity Lotz's stunt double, yeah. She mentioned her in an interview. Caity does most of her own fighting but when it comes to dangerous stunts, actors usually aren't allowed to perform them even if they want to, for insurance reasons.
ReplyDeleteno, but they usually like to have an outline of the season, as well as what they would like to write the episode about. i wasnt talking "final draft" written, i meant like basically a summary kind of written.
ReplyDeleteSo we've got some Flash characters guest-starring, interesting. I wonder just how they'll be introduced. Also, it's good to see Summer Glau back, I like her. Hopefully she'll have an active/important role in the plot from here on out.
ReplyDeleteI totally can't read this on my phone. Eh, I'll go on my laptop later to make it out.
ReplyDeleteSo Caitlin Snow and Cisco Ramon are crossing over. I assume they are either visit Felicity or Thea I hope.
ReplyDeleteit's not readable on laptop either.
ReplyDeletePrecisely hahaha
ReplyDeleteLol. I haven't gone on my laptop yet. But I will before 6. It's 4:26pm right now, and we're suppose to meet for drinks around that time. So when iI check it, and make something out, I'll let u know. : )
ReplyDeleteDeal LOL
ReplyDeleteIt looks like there are a few scenes inside Star Labs with Felicity, Caitlin, and Cisco, and a few with Caitlin, Cisco, and Deathstroke. There are also a few scenes outside Star Labs, including one with Deathstroke, Arrow, and Canary (it really is hard to make out the words that aren't names!)... All of which is very intriguing but not really too big of a spoiler (which is probably a good thing). I'm kind of surprised they haven't teased the Flash characters crossing over.
ReplyDeleteYeahhh, i totally forgot. LOL BUT i did make out a few of the sentences. But i won't write them down. It's a little too annoying. But here it is. The FIrst line has to do with Felicity. The second line i can't make out. The 3rd and 4th lines have to do with Deathstroke. The 3rd line says "they run into Deathstroke." The 5th line says Deathstroke, Arrow and Canary. So Obviously that's Slade, Oliver and Sara. And the last 2 lines says something about Deadshot.
ReplyDeleteAWESOME, i just love that they are making it even better and better every time i read about either show.
ReplyDeleteThis is exciting!
ReplyDeleteTechnically not a crossover. You can't crossover with a TV series that doesn't exist yet. They're just introducing some more DC based Arrow universe characters at this point.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to this episode this crossover will be nice :)
ReplyDeleteOhh yeah!!
