In a recent article by TV Guide, Executive Producer Neal Baer confirmed that 2 Characters will die in the Season 2 Premiere, and he narrowed it down to 6 Candidates.

We have 2 polls.

1) Who do you THINK it will be?
2) Who do you WANT it to be

    I definitely think Linda, the incompetent cop that she is, will die, especially since Natalie was cast in a new pilot.

    Oh, damn, this is actually quite difficult to determine. I have a feeling Linda will actually be alive, though (mostly because they said two Dome favorites will die and she isn't a favorite :P). We all know it won't be Norrie. Maybe Carolyn, maybe Phil (I hope Phil, one does not simply blame Barbie for the radio station burning down), maybe Ben (although I don't feel he has had enough connection with the audience to be a favorite yet).

    Norrie definitely won't die, and Norrie already had one mom die on her so Carolyn dying would be to harsh. Ben is for comic relief, so I don;t see him dying. That leaves with Linda, Phil and Andrea.

    I counted Linda in when Natalie was cast in Secrets and Lies. I also think Phil will die. I don't really count Andrea and Ben as big characters. Norrie has been promoted to series regular so no way will she die in the premiere. Carolyn is Norrie's only living mother, so it would be cruel to kill her off. I don't exclude them doing it, but I think Phil is more likely to die.

    Both of my picks were the same on both polls. Linda, the cop that makes the FBI on The Following season 1 look like the best cops ever, and DJ Phil who has no use whatsoever.

    Who I think will die: Andrea and DJ Phil - And everyone will realize how overhyped this spoiler was.
    Who I want to die: Linda - One of those times, she'll insist on touching something and finish herself off for good.

    I hope Angie wont die (not relevant to the poll) I dont really like Linda and I hate DJ Phill. So Barbie will live yay

    I am so sorry for this very delayed response. I was going to reply to you immediately once I read your comment, but I honestly completely forgot about it and suddenly remembered it now! Anyways, here's what I wanted to say: Since the project has Stephen King attached, I was open to the opportunity that Barbie might die. The fact is King's stories tend to have some pretty gory (not sure if that's the right word, but it's the only one I got) storylines, and while I didn't expect them to show Barbie's hanging (this is CBS, not cable or murder porn, haha), the TV show has gone to lengths the book has not and I was simply open to the idea. However, getting it confirmed that he won't die through this news is awesome! :)

    Just finished season 1....... Carolyn will go because she's useless but I'd really like DJ phil to go because he is also useless.
