OUR FEMME FATAL'S ANSWERS MAY BE MORE THAN JUST BLACK AND WHITE IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF "PRETTY LITTLE LIARS," AIRING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11th AT 8:00 PM ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

"Pretty Little Liars" Gives a Nod to the Era of Film Noir With a Special Black and White Episode

Burbank, CA (Jan. 23, 2014) - Spencer's search takes her down a dark and stormy path, in "Shadow Play," an all-new black and white episode of ABC Family's hit original series "Pretty Little Liars," airing Tuesday, February 11th (8:00 - 9:00 PM ET/PT).

Spencer's numerous sleepless nights with the help of prescription pills start to take a toll on her as her hunt for Ali and much needed answers continues. As she pours over newly acquired information, her world view takes a black and white turn. Now teleported into the world of 1940's Film Noir, Spencer tries to come up with the answers she and her friends have been desperately looking for. But in this world of fedora hats, switchboards and 15 cent coffee, can Spencer finally put all of the pieces together that lay in front of her?

"Pretty Little Liars" is produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television and is executive produced by I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, Leslie Morgenstein and Joseph Dougherty. The series stars Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, Laura Leighton, Shay Mitchell, Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse.

  1. Seriously..?

They did the same thing on some other shows (like Smallville) but I just hope it will still progress the storyline and not just be 'Spencer hit her head and had a weird Film Noir dream!'
