That was really good. Loved Shaw in this episode. It's almost like she's becoming a human being ;P. Fusco really stepped it up this episode. He was Johnny-on-the-spot every time he was needed. A true asset to the team and a help (albeit a small consolation) for our absent Joss. The toast to her, to absent friends, at the end was a perfect touch.
Fun episode, loved everything that had Fusco cause he was hilarious as usual. With him at the end asking if they could take on Fort Knox or the Crown Jewels. I'm also glad Reese has not forgotten Carter. She had a big impact on all of them, its a nice touch to make sure she's still on their minds.
Very enjoyable ep. Loved seeing Shaw in her "upgraded arsenal", and loved that Fusco was finally granted entrance to the Finch lair, (but not the Finch cave yet) and really loved the touching ending as the drank a toast to their fallen comrade....
After all the really gripping, intense stuff with Carter's death and HR, Control, Root etc this episode was perfectly timed to help bring things back down again with lots of fun and laughter - POI style. So many great one-liners and classic scenes too!
This was great not a awesome episode for POI, I love the show, but I think episodes like this is difficult for me appreciate, but hey I like most of the fun parts with Reese and Shaw, the final scene was good too, my real complain was about the case of the week, I think was weak, but not misfire because the all team machine works to solve the case.
I thought it was a very enjoyable episode. With everything that has happened, I'm glad we got a more funnier and lighthearted case-of-the-week and that last shot was the group remembering Carter was beautifully done.
Rather weak episode. Poor written, standard directing, lame acting. Shaw dress was beautiful but didn't quite fit to her. In fact, did not fit at all. Who chose the dress? Anyway, Kelly was hot.
POI flirting with lots of different films and series, and popular culture. I personally don't like it, it feels like kind of old-fashioned and not original. I like basic idea of the POI. Irrelevant numbers and artificial intelligence, how to use it and how it will develops.
you can do much better, POI writers...I know its not fashionable to not like some episode of POI, but I call it the worst one of this season...poor written, all unicorns and candy...the interpol guy releasing the thief, the reunion with child and bought citizenship...And how did she manage to leave from thad "cage" with that oversized bible in het sweaty hands? They didnt bother to explain it. And after this crappy episode there is gonna be 2 weeks break? Really?
This was an entertaining episode, with just a few flaws, but still better quality than most shows currently on, in my opinion. I always enjoy the banter and humor moments. I liked that they're humanizing Shaw more, and that she seems to be loosening up and having more fun. Fusco's great. I'm glad the team is using him more. My only big complaint is that there wasn't enough Reese. Also, that Interpol guy wasn't a very compelling character. I also really liked that last scene, with Fusco's humor to lighten it, and Reese's toast to Carter.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteLoved the ending. And the part with the bow tie and Shaw walking in with the white dress on - Reese's and Finch's reactions. XD

ReplyDeleteGreat, it pulled the spotlight away from Reese, but still allowed his time, which allowed the other characters to really show off
ReplyDeleteFusco Rockssssssssssssssssssssssssss
