I'm really enjoying this TV show. I think one of the things I like the most is this "war" the departments have between them. Sure, sometimes the bad guys are the other countries, but I'm glad to see that America has demons as well :)
I think this was their best episode yet but the show still lacks the bigger picture. They had that with Amelia but quickly closed that door without opening another one. In the last episodes there's been a pattern of other government organizations being (involved with) the bad guy. I just hope they introduce something beyond the COTW.
I agree…their banter seems forced, not natural. It doesn't work in the middle of a gunfight. But, I still like the show and believe it has great potential. Just needs better writing.
good, not quite great for me - the best thing about this show is the partnership of Riley and Gabriel, and then Lilian - the overall mythology still feels unfocused and the supporting characters aren't great for me as yet - I do hope that the writers have something planned soon to get my interest piqued
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Once Upon a Time reference at the start. Yay!
ReplyDeleteGabriel and Riley relationship continue to develop......they really take care of each other now
