    Well it's official, I just can't handle Beckett anymore, she's just too AWESOME. I never realized how much I wanted a Beckett/Alexis scene until I got one. I also loved how Beckett was back at being "annoyed" by Castle, reminded me of the early years. One of my favorite episodes of the season... No but seriously people, how frigging cool is Beckett??

    Fantastic first effort from new writer Adam Frost. He's set the baseline high for himself and I am looking forward to seeing more of his episodes. Way to go Adam!!!

    I know, I noticed it too. But I think it might have just been Stana forgetting to take it off... It reminded me how much I would like to see Beckett wear the engagement ring more often.

    More often? We've only seen it in 601 when she got it, and in 604 when she was sending Castle in to negoitiate. It's like it was lost or something. Somehow it's the one thing about S6 that Marlowe doesn't want us to see anymore. Puzzling.

    Exactly, more often than the 2 times they have shown it.. and it's not like it was lost, she's supposed to be wearing it around her neck like her mom's ring (which we know she wears daily but it doesn't mean we have to see it every episode). What I meant was I would like to see Beckett wear the engagement ring on her hand more often.

    Agreed. I used to be a real 'ring nut' but I gave up in frustration because it seemed that the writers room completely forgot that there was an engagement ring, and that it was one of the real surprises in S5. Notes to @RedcarpetLuke and others on the staff led to no responses at all regarding the ring. I had hoped that occasionally they would show the ring with Kate proudly displaying it, but alas, that's apparently not going to happen. I even wonder if they will even include rings in the wedding. But maybe I'm too negative.
