Hmmm....This title makes me wonder if my mom is right about Carter pulling a "Michael Vaughn"?
ReplyDeleteI hope not.
ReplyDeleteYou know most showrunners don't often resolve things as they promised earlier, but these guys have not disappointed me so far. Even if they don't do the "Carter Flashback" thing which they've stated, I wouldn't be upset in the least.
ReplyDeleteMaybe is a character that no one expect like Ingram or Kara, someone who appears in the and come back.
ReplyDeleteEspecially if you notice most serialized episodes, her role was somewhat negligible. Some zealots make it seem like she's the be all end all of the show.
ReplyDeleteMy comment was in reference to the continuing denial among some fans about Carter's death. I'm just not as attached to her as some other fans were (and still are). I recognize her importance to the story and the other characters, but beyond that, I'm over it.
ReplyDeleteThey start filming tomorrow. 321 will get into prep & should go on the floors in the next 2 weeks & everything'll be wrapped by the 1st or 2nd week of April. It seems so slow (due to the hiatuses), yet so fast (how much they've actually finished shooting).
ReplyDeleteDeliberately ambiguous.
ReplyDeleteWell I'm not saying that if that is true, that it would be revealed in this episode, but rather like many titles, suggest a theme.
ReplyDeleteNope. But I'm thinking it's someone else who might.
ReplyDeleteAre you not a Carter fan or do you just dislike (the writers having) charters staging their deaths?
ReplyDeleteI doubt she's right in this case (the actress did just finish one film and is about to begin another), but I would have to hand it to writers for pulling it off much better than other times when shows sometimes do this.
I miss Carter and think her death definitely changed the tone of the show, but that being said I think they have done a great job in using "it" to turn the tides and open the scope and lay down the true dangers of this reality, but I can't deny that the title alludes to the benefits of one's death and/or possibly of people thinking someone is dead. At any rate her death (and the deaths of certain others) still seems to be thematic to the end of this season.
