Aw, The Crazy Ones is ending in April? I'm sad about that, but please get renewed. I need more of this show in my life. And I hope the timeslot switch is good news.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to Bad Teacher! :D
ReplyDeleteNice to see CBS hasn't forgotten about Unforgettable after all. I wonder what that means for S3 though since it was supposed to air this summer.
ReplyDeleteSo what about Reckless, the lawyer drama with Georgina Haig? Are they just going to burn that off in the summer now?
ReplyDeleteIs this a bad sign for The Crazy Ones?
ReplyDeleteAnd (not that I intend to watch it), but they left out Reckless.
Unforgettable only has 6 episodes left, which will end in the 2nd week of May.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3 can air in the summer.
I'm also rooting for it to be renewed, alongside with Trophy Wife. Those are the only freshman comedies I watch.
ReplyDeleteMe too, I enjoyed the movie and I hope I'm gonna like this, I need more to watch during the summer.
ReplyDeleteI know but it just seems weird to have such a short break between seasons. I'm not that big of a fan but the way they treated this show sort of sucks.
ReplyDeleteAnd for those who are not that patient, those six episodes can be acquired via the internet if one knows where to look for them. ;)
ReplyDeleteThey've surfaced online? I wasn't even aware of that, guess I won't have to wait until April after all.
ReplyDeleteYep. 8-13 were released by scene group SKGTV at the beginning of January in both standard and HD formats.
ReplyDeleteI love Trophy Wife, but I definitely think that one's going to be cancelled (unfortunately). Still have hope for The Crazy Ones, though!
ReplyDeleteCrazy Ones finishing early probably doesnt bode well for it, then again its ratings didnt really say renewal.
ReplyDeleteBad Teacher probably doesnt stand a chance behind a significantly weaker (this season) TAAHM and in April. They should have premiered it behind TBBT.
Reckless to the summer then?
have you seen TW's ratings? Renewal? Not gonna happen
ReplyDeleteI don't know if The Crazy Ones ending early is a bad sign or not, but the new timeslot could be good if Two and a Half Men can retain most of The Millers' audience. Only time will tell. If it does good upon return then it may crawl back to safety, but if it doesn't...
ReplyDeleteWould be hard seeing as they renewed it for season 3 last yr.
ReplyDeleteThey also cancelled it after one season, then renewed it for 13 episodes to air in Summer 2013, half of which didn't air....
ReplyDeleteThey really didn't think it through when they announced the date for season 2 last yr lol
ReplyDeleteNot bad moves at all. I still think the Crazy Ones will get cancelled unfortunately. The show is so good, it's sad that not more people are watching. But at least I think it will get a bit more of help with Two and a Half Men as a lead-in (which may very well be higher rated at its last minute than The Millers is at its last minute) and also not having to air as many episodes in the low rated spring weeks.
ReplyDeleteAs for Bad Teacher, it does look a lot like burn off. I wonder why they even picked up, it's odd. I think a better move would have been to wait until summer and launch it behind TBBT repeats, which are by themselves a great lead-in, against no competition.
Unforgettable is just plugging a hole. It will very likely do considerably worst than Undercover Boss though. The question is whether it does better than its repeats. I kind of doubt it.

I think it is going to Monday in April. Intelligence will finish its run on March 31st and it's obviously not getting more episodes, so they have to air something there in April and May.
ReplyDeleteThat would definitely classify as a burn-off to me.
ReplyDeleteOh yes probably. I was just stating that I think we are likely to see it before summer.
