    I'm wondering if there is more to Vincent's attack than just jealousy. Gabe has been seriously shady in the past, whose to say if he is as reformed as he's seemed lately. I think it's a little weird he's trying to take her on a trip out of the country before they've had a real date.

    Vincent has been a jerk for a while. First he chose Alex, Alex didn't accept him so he turned to Cat, now if Tori is still alive, I guess he would let Cat go as well.

    I'm pretty pissed he didn't try to win Cat back while Tori was still alive, but at least he broke up with her before it happened. I'm not even opposed to her having some time off from Vincent, he needs to grovel, but Gabe has been a jerk since he appeared.

    I'm disappointed with the writers choice for this as well. The only saving grace, as mild as it is, was that Tori admitted she knew how V felt by his heartbeat etc. even if he wasn't ready to admit it. But I still feel let down by the way it all went down. I'd have rather V sent Tori on her way rather than her die.....even though I'm glad she's dead...lol

    Please tell me they don't actually go on the trip to Mexico! The relationship seems to be progressing quite fast if they are already planning a trip together! I hope Vincent kicks his ass into next week and Cat wakes up from this bad nightmare she (or someone) is making us live through and we actually do get a Valentine episode that is about Cat and Vincent, not Cat and Gabe.

    If Kern and the EPs were referring to Cat and Gabe when they talked about romance in this episode.... o_o

    I didn't mind Gabe being part of the group, I even like the actor. But I am not digging him and Cat. Watching them make out makes me nauseous. Hopefully it doesn't last too much longer. Now that he might actually turn out to be a baddie maybe it will end soon and things will get interesting :)

    I'm nervous that it's about Cat and Gabe as well but there was an interview with the EPs a few weeks ago on tvline where they talked about the episode. Here's what they had to say about it:

    HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY WEEK! | Fittingly, a Valentine’s Day-themed episode airing Feb. 10 and involving a “vow renewal” will mark the first significant step toward a VinCat reconciliation. Says Levin, “[EP] Sherri [Cooper] and I wrote it and we went for the romance – hyper-aware of the fact that it would be airing on Valentine’s week.”



    It gives me a bit of hope, but I'm trying to keep my expectations managed.

    Remember, it was those two traitors who said Cat deserved a guy like Gabe for all intents and purpose the romance in they're mind could be about Cat & Gabe, to that I will say yuck!!

    Yeah, I am excited to see that "first significant step." I hope that means things with Gabe are over, but maybe that's just wishful thinking? Reading the rest of the interview it seems likes there's still a long way to go for Vincent and Cat. I am okay with that. I don't mind seeing them go down this path and see Vincent win her back. I am just not enjoying the Cat/Gabe moments. But I'll hang in there :)

    LOL Catherine you go girl! If Vincent can do it why can't Cat? Anyone in her shoes should do the same because she spent enough wasted time protecting, saving and loving this guy, putting him before her family and friends and then watched him take off with two red heads. Lets see Vincent do some running this time. Nothing bugs me more than man or woman running after a girl or guy. It is totally pathetic and such a turn off. A strong and independent woman, beautiful or not is more attractive to the opposite sex. Well the good thing is that it sounds positive for Catherine and Vincent and I am glad the writers are doing it this way to show us the strong side of Catherine because I think some of us were getting a little tired of Cat having to do all the running and Vincent having a bit of a woman feast. Gabe seem to be a nice guy to have a fling with.

    Gabe has been suspicious the last few episodes, I never fully trusted him either. Would be really awesome if Gabe turned out to have an ulterior motive in all this.

    It really looks like Vincent's been snooping around and finding something about Gabe! That's what I'm hoping! Who has Cat been talking to about Gabe? They just got together and he's planning a vacation with her. And to Mexico? Again totally not suspicious! Gabe can go on his Mexico vacation without Cat.

    This is definitely going to be an interesting episode... Never did trust Gabe....DNA just can't disappear, so I'm banking on the possibility that Gabe's beast is hibernating or something. Or, he's found a way to suppress it somehow.... I love this show very much and am liking most of the route it has taken, but I seriously want some VINCAT right now lol!!! They say that Vincent & Catherine will only be separated briefly...but it has felt like an eternity already!


    Something tells me Catherine doesn't trust Gabe...for some reason....so she tells V about Gabe....and maybe Catherine is trying to seduce Gabe into confession or something???? Just a speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised by it if it happened. Maybe even the wedding itself is a ruse to figure out what Gabe might be up to. Hmmmmmm.... I don't know but we'll find out next week! :)

    In season one when Evan kisses Cat Vincent said that the person he was before he went into hiding would have punch him and Cat liked that. Now he can, I wonder what Cat will do?

    I also think there is more to the attack. On the promo either V or Gabe have this plastic baggie or something similar and wondering what that is or what is in that. Was Gabe going to do something to Catherine before V pulled him off. Gabe also ask Cat if she been talking to V about him.

    We know the vow renewal is Dana and her shady husband. Think he is up to no good. Seems to want Vincent at the renewal. Also think Gabe has beast symptoms coming on. Very strange he wants to go to Mexico. They have never had a date. Can't wait to see. Lv this show. Thanks #batb writers.
