    This is the man I love to hate!! That's his role. Love it! And I seriously don't like this title. Someone's going and I hope it's not someone I like. Gulp! Fingers crossed! Sigh. 3 Weeks

    Just a reminder:
    Robert Knepper will be playing William Tockman, aka the Clock King. The Arrow version of this DC character will be "a brilliant criminal who plans his crimes with the utmost precision, down to the second."
