Kinda looks like the Reanimation chair they used for Dorian cept in the upright position. Could it be some bizarre process of trying to merge the robotic with the human element? Or just a way to torture people?
In regards to Chromes, I was a little disappointed about them. They see how i perceieve Dorian or an MX sees. Ie chemical types, line graphs and distance measurements. How a robot/android would see.
Chromes are still for all intents purposes. They have just been genetically engineered to be better than the standard human.
Well I think even with certain androids (like DRN and Danica) the idea of a "synthetic soul" IMO probably also relies on "synthetic DNA" and therefor "pain" might also be something that configures in, even if it takes more force to feel it. I mean even when we looked at Chromes thus far they don't react to pain the same way a natural would. Just like how I think various shapeshifters and cortexiphaners, and certain Fringe cases all point to an evolution to the Observers, I suspect that chromes are step along the way to humanoid androids.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I think they found Walters lab! ;)
ReplyDeleteSeriously I think my face hurts :P

ReplyDeleteBased on the synopsis there is a person trying to use Chrome DNA to make them better. I'm guessing maybe the person in the chair is a Chrome?
ReplyDeleteYou can say that again. Lots of needles. Nope. Nope.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the Human body really dosnt like being tampered with after things have been established, then its gonna be painful
ReplyDeleteDefinitely.

ReplyDeleteTotally reminds me of Wallflower, A Short Story About Love, James Heath, The Candy Man, ect. I think it will probably a be a bit of creepy one!
ReplyDeleteI don't think all Chromes would be alike? I think it depends what DNA is added/tampered with/fixed.
