I hate to say it but i miss Meryln lol it was so entertaining to see him and Oliver battle it out. The story line with Slade and Brother Blood is getting boring
It means just because a person has power or clout, this character doesn't let them just do what they want because they are powerful or could cause problems/trouble. To suffer no fools is to not stand by while someone acts like an idiot.
I'm not bored by the current storyline, but I feel like there are so many storylines up in the air that they're not addressing yet (HIVE, Merlyn-Thea, etc) that I'm not sure how they're going to have time for all of them. I do wonder when Malcolm is coming back, but the fact that he's alive, hasn't revealed Oliver's identity and doesn't seem to have a grudge against him, bodes well for his longevity. Plus there's the whole Thea thing- at the very least she needs to find out about it this season and I need to see what he has planned for her.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I was hoping they would cast David Oyelowo in this.....
ReplyDeleteHmm interesting
ReplyDeleteWhat does "who does not suffer fools no matter what rank" even mean.
ReplyDeleteHad to look it up, too. Something like harsh to anyone, no matter what rank.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I like him on Arrow, can't wait to see him on 24.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Oliver and Jack must team up to save Walter again lol
ReplyDeleteI just realized he appeared in one episode of Doctor Who lol
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind that crossover! Dammit Walter, stop getting into trouble and just get back together with Moira and be an adorable stepdad to Thea, ok?
ReplyDeleteBasically it means he doesn't like messing around or people who beat around the bush.

ReplyDeleteI guess I'm old if I think of Colin from the Pierce Brosnan Bond films.
