I totally forgot Aaron stil has the syringe. I wonder who is going to get injected. Elena's body maybe with Kat still inside? I want it to be her, more than Stefan and Damon.
From the way Aaron bit Elena (or Katherine?), it looks like he might become Augustine's next experiment. I don't know if the syringe from Episode 10 will have anything to do with it, but I wouldn't put it past Wes to do that to Aaron. If someone turns Aaron (technically killing him) to cut off Augustine's finances, that would motivate Wes even more. I honestly hope that the battle doesn't rage on inside Elena's body for more than one episode. If those two have to share a body for weeks, or months, and figure out who is in love with who, it will make me not want to watch the show. It would be much more interesting if Nadia succeeded in killing Elena and she got resurrected in someone else's body somehow. Please, no more doppelgangers. I don't mind the thought of Katherine getting more time to find redemption if she's serious about it, but I am tired of seeing doubles go at it. That same story has been told in various ways for too long.
Tyler's sudden kinship with Rebecca, and Klaus' willingness to put up with it, was too much of a coincidence for me. Tyler might already have a new storyline. A lot about the last episode didn't make sense. Either it was bad writing or there's a new twist coming. I hope there's a new twist and Tyler is somehow involved. What Katherine did was way too predictable.
Either way i am glad Tyler is out of the garden and more or less safe on TVD. He didn't deserve any of the crap that happened to him. And definitely didn't deserve rotting in the garden. As for what he did to Hayley it was so out of character i will pretend it didn't happen.
He probably did what he did to the baby because he had nothing left to lose. If Klaus and Rebecca figured that out, which I think they did because Klaus mentioned the break-up, it explains why Klaus let him go and then sought closure to end his connection to Caroline. The break-up could have had a large influence on what Tyler did and the fact that he wanted to die. Tyler was more upset about Klaus messing up his relationship than he was about what Klaus did to his mother. Instead of letting Tyler go off and get killed, Caroline should have convinced everyone to help her get him out of a suicidal state of mind. All Caroline did was yell at Tyler until he went off to his potential death because she didn't want to talk about Klaus again, but Tyler might have been trying to tell her that he was having a problem. Being a hybrid like Tyler, Klaus probably understood better than anyone what happened and knew that Caroline was partly to blame for Tyler's behavior. For all anyone knows, Klaus could have overheard the "breakup breakfast," and that might have pushed him even further to expose Caroline as a hypocrite. That's what it looked like he was doing. He just kept at her until she admitted to what she really wanted in spite of what she kept telling herself and everyone else. I don't remember Klaus even hinting that he wanted to sleep with her that day. She initiated the act.
Caroline seemed loyal to Tyler until last episode when Julie uncharacteristially made her have sex with him. But i get, it had to be done because otherwise klaroliners would never let go of their ship. Now they got closure and i am glad that this issie is resolved for good because a lot of them tended to trash the TO just becase they wanted klaroline and weren't getting it, it is not good for show's rating to have so many fans whine all the time.
I think at some point Caroline did develop feelings for Klaus and you could just tell by the way that Tyler was staring at them in 4x07 when they were joking around and all that his main motivation for his plan to bury Klaus in concrete (a plan which Caroline & Stefan expressed guilt about allowing to happen) was he didn't like what was going on with them. Even as far back as the end of Season 3 Tyler flat out said that he was jealous of Klaus. He seemed pretty annoyed when he came back mid-Season 3 and discovered that Klaus had a thing for her.
Elena called Caroline out twice when she had her humanity off in Season 4 regarding her feelings for Klaus. So even Elena noticed it.
Elena noticed it? I didn't even remember that. Maybe I should rewatch the last couple of seasons. What I do remember is that Klaus didn't show any interest in Caroline until after Tyler broke the sire bond and wanted to be with her. Caroline was interested in Klaus because he knew the kind of person she was and how to give her the kind of attention she wasn't getting from anyone else. I think Klaus should have a more challenging love interest who would make him want to redeem himself. I'm not interested in getting into any ship debates, though. I have my own ship in mind that I don't discuss out of fear that people will want to fight about it.
In 4x16 Elena told Caroline she should turn off her humanity so she'd finally stop whining about Tyler and so she wouldn't have to feel so guilty about the dirty thoughts she had about Klaus. Then in 4x21 Elena (when referring to Klaus) actually said "Hey, I'm not judging - it might be nice to have a bad boy ruffle those perfect feathers" - which Silas then stated Elena was right about.
Klaus took Caroline as his date to the Ball his mother decided to throw at his house. At the time Tyler was just out of town - Klaus had no idea he was off trying to break the sire bond or anything and thought they had broken up (since Tyler was long gone).
Tyler tried to break away from Klaus before he went out of town and met Hayley. Tyler left because he bit Caroline after Klaus planted some kind of suggestion in him, and he wanted to find a way to break the sire bond completely. Klaus told Caroline while she was dying from Tyler's venom that if Tyler had been sired to him, then Klaus wouldn't have let Tyler bite her. Klaus knew what Tyler was up to and it made him want to take Caroline away from Tyler. Klaus probably wouldn't have been interested in Caroline if Tyler hadn't insisted on being with her while in the sire bond. It's possible that the sire bond was the reason why both Klaus and Tyler had feelings for Caroline, but whatever Klaus felt was mystical. It wasn't necessarily real love.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Maybe Tyler can be injected. Then he'd actually have a story-line.

ReplyDeleteI doubt it. I don't think there will be any follow-up on TVD regarding Tyler's time in NO.

ReplyDeleteThere might not be a detailed description of it, but it's bad writing if at least one TVD character isn't the slightest bit curious.

I don't think it was Aaron. I think it was Damon and that scene already happend. Damon bit Katherine before he fed her to Silas (because of the cure).
ReplyDeleteThat's possible. I wish they would stop confusing people by putting scenes that already happened in trailers. :(
