    Good for Damon. Ironic will be that I bet Stefan will be the one to end up stabbing Elena's body with Katherine in it. That is how it will end for Katherine towards the end of the season.

    Well i'm hoping Elena will be the one to do it. Since it was Elena who killed Katherine is the first place. I just hope they keep with that.

    Maybe the whole body-burning scenario is the "life-threatening situation" that Elena is supposed to save herself from. The only problem is that the body is dying. By the time Elena gets out of that situation, she could die of natural causes. Would the producers kill off Elena? Maybe Elena just needs a different body to put an end to the doppelganger situation. It was said that the doppelganger storyline would be wrapped up by the end of the season. Would it take that long to figure out that Katherine is inside of Elena's body? I wonder if Elena will be aware of what's going on around her with Katherine in control of her body. Matt didn't remember anything, but Elena isn't human and she's descended from travelers just like Katherine. Maybe the reason for the handcuffs is that Elena will keep trying to take her body back. If it comes down to whether Katherine or Elena should stay on the show, what will the writers do? That's what worries me.

    Here's the problem with the whole Katherine-inside-Elena story ending with the season. There's supposed to be a new Big Bad showing up in Episode 17. Katherine will probably put Damon on his little revenge path by rejecting him, and he'll get so lost in his friendship with Enzo that he might not notice anything is wrong with Elena. He'll be too angry, depressed, and preoccupied.

    the body is right¿? but can Bonnie make a spell or something to try to cure it¿? and then anotehr speel to switch Elena to katehrine body and TA DAH we have an Human Elena that was all they wanted for her right¿?
