MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3

HART OF DIXIE
“Should’ve Been a Cowboy” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, DL) (HDTV)

KEEPING IT HONEST — Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) finally buy a house, but soon realize neither of them make enough money to fix up the place. Brick (Tim Matheson) agrees to help Zoe out but only if she can get the townspeople to lose 500 pounds collectively for Health and Wellness Month. Joel is struggling with his novel and decides to follow Wade (Wilson Bethel) around for research, but when Wade leaves Joel to alone to run the bar, Joel finds himself in some trouble. Meanwhile, AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) struggles to mask her feelings by throwing a last-minute bachelorette party for a friend. Scott Porter and Cress Williams also stars. Les Butler directed the episode written Sarah Kucserka and Veronica West (#312).

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
“Recipe for Disaster” — (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

WHEN J.T. GETS KIDNAPPED, IT ENDS IN DISASTER — Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) must work together to save J.T. (Austin Basis) when he gets kidnapped, while Tori (guest star Amber Skye Noyes) attempts to intervene, with fatal consequences. Meanwhile, a stranger (guest star Tom Everett Scott) from FBI Agent Dana Landon's (guest star Elisabeth Rohm) past is rescued along with J.T., and might have some insight about Vincent’s beastly past. Sendhil Ramamurthy and Nina Lisandrello also star. Allan Kroeker directed the episode written by Brad Kern and Wendy Straker Hauser (#212).

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4

THE ORIGINALS
“Crescent City” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

UNEXPECTED VISITORS — At the re-opening of St. Anne’s Church, Father Kieran (guest star Todd Stashwick) finds himself in a great deal of trouble after a run-in with a witch from his past. Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) grow concerned when the reemergence of someone they once knew threatens to expose secrets they’ve kept buried for nearly a century. Elsewhere, Sophie (Daniella Pineda) is shocked when a discovery is made at the cemetery, but she soon realizes things may not be as they seem. With the full moon looming, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) lets Rebekah in on her plan to throw a party for her werewolf clan, but things take a dangerous turn when uninvited guests arrive. Meanwhile, Cami (Leah Pipes) is conflicted when she makes a difficult decision involving the safety of Father Kieran, and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) finds himself facing his own dilemma when he has to choose between Hayley and his siblings. Finally, when one of his plans fails, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) takes drastic measures in the Cauldron, resulting in dangerous repercussions that affect everyone involved. SUPERNATURAL

SAM AND DEAN GO UNDERCOVER AT A SPA — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate recent murders where the victims were hundreds of pounds lighter after their deaths. Suspecting witches, the two go undercover at a fancy day spa that all of the victims had attended for weight loss. While Sam is hired as a fitness instructor, Dean takes kitchen duty. After Dean swipes some tainted food and passes out, the guys realize someone is drugging the guests and literally sucking all of the fat out of them until they die. Phil Sgriccia directed the episode written by Eric Charmelo & Nicole Snyder (912).

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5

ARROW
“Heir to the Demon” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

ALEX KINGSTON AND KATRINA LAW (“SPARTACUS”) GUEST STAR — As Laurel (Katie Cassidy) continues to unravel, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) try to convince Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) to stay in Starling City and finally reunite with Laurel and Dinah (guest star Alex Kingston). However, Sara’s fellow League of Assassins member, Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law, “Spartacus”), comes to bring Sara back to the fold, but when Sara refuses, Nyssa kidnaps Dinah. Realizing she’s putting her family in danger by staying in town, Sara considers re-joining the league. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Jake Coburn (#213).

THE TOMORROW PEOPLE
“Things Fall Apart” — (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

WE HAD A DEAL — Stephen (Robbie Amell) is upset with Jedikiah (Mark Pellegrino) for going back on his word, leaving Stephen to face The Founder (guest star Simon Merrells, “The Wolfman”). In order to protect Astrid (Madeleine Mantock), Stephen has to make a dangerous deal to bring in a powerful break-out. John (Luke Mitchell) and Cara (Peyton List) clash, forcing Cara to issue a harsh and unexpected punishment. Meanwhile, Stephen learns a surprising secret about his mom. Aaron Yoo also stars. Michael Shultz directed the episode written by Alex Katsnelson and Leigh Dana Jackson (#113).

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6

THE VAMPIRE DIAIRIES
“Total Eclipse of the Heart” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

WELCOME TO THE BITTER BALL — Hoping to help everyone move past recent traumatic events, Caroline (Candice Accola) convinces Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Bonnie (Kat Graham) to attend Whitmore College’s “Bitter Ball” for broken-hearted students. Bonnie is intrigued with a fellow student named Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell), who appears to be dabbling in witchcraft. Tyler (Michael Trevino) starts to worry about Matt’s (Zach Roerig) relationship with Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda). After making a disturbing discovery, Stefan (Paul Wesley) has a frustrating conversation with Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Enzo (guest star Michael Malarkey). Dr. Wes (guest star Rick Cosnett) struggles to continue his research project with help from a new benefactor named Sloan (guest star Caitlin McHugh). Still bent on revenge, Damon and Enzo resort to violence to convince Bonnie and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) to help them, but their plan takes an unexpected and horrifying turn. REIGN

QUEEN CATHERINE IS ACCUSED OF ADULTERY — When King Henry (Alan Van Sprang) accuses Queen Catherine (Megan Follows) of treason and adultery, she sets out to save her life by exposing Bash's (Torrance Coombs) dark past. Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Bash go on a quest to expose an even more deadly secret from Catherine's past. Meanwhile, Nostradamus (guest star Rossif Sutherland) reveals the truth about the castle ghost, Clarissa (guest star Katie Boland), which shocks everyone. Anna Popplewell, Caitlin Stasey, Celina Sinden and Toby Regbo also star. Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Doris Egan (#111).
