    Not enough Red/Lizzie for my taste but I see nothing wrong here... besides the wig but I've finally accepted that it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

    From what I understand, no one made Boone wear the wig. It was a collaborative creative decision with Boone and the producers. They all thought the longer hair would make Elizabeth Keen seem a little softer and like more of a newbie.

    Fair enough. I think she just has one of those mature looking faces anyway. If anything I think the shorter hair makes her look more carefree and spirited. Maybe by season 2 she can use her own hair.

    I think that's sort of the plan. Once the character has a little more time into the job and experience under her belt, her look will transform as her character changes.

    I always thought her hair looked kinda "off" lol, lol. They could have just given her a weave if she was serious about having longer hair while shooting.
