Basic Info:
- Polls for each category will be posted separately, one poll per day.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I like The Blacklist, I had to vote for Castle as I have been seeing it for years, and am a huge fan.

ReplyDeletePerson of Interest and it's not even close for me.. Second i would choose Elementary.
ReplyDeleteThis one was the toughest yet. I went with Elementary because it suffers from lack of love. However The Blacklsit and Person of Interest were very close.

ReplyDeleteI really would've liked to have voted for Blue Bloods too. I think that's been the best network drama of the ones that I watch and I watch quite a bit or at least the one that has been the most consistently good week in and week out so far this season.
ReplyDeleteOut of these? The Mentalist; I'm not really a crime drama fan, but The Mentalist is one of those show that I watch time to time and enjoy a lot. Sadly, I never got into Person of Interest, Castle, Bones or Criminal Minds. I'm thinking about giving Elementary and The Blacklist a shot, maybe you could tell me what's good about those shows? I'd be grateful :)

If I were to judge Person of Interest on JUST episodes 8 thru 10, they might have won.
I watch Castle, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist and Bones, and I can't decide between them... =/

ReplyDeleteCastle, as I´m a fan since day 1...but I´ve watched all of them except The Blacklist (not in my country yet). And the only one I´m not a fan is The Mentalist.

ReplyDeletePerson of Interest for me. For the first two seasons, it's only been a show I'd casually watch but the storylines this season have really pulled me in.

ReplyDeleteOMG! Now I have to choose between POI, The Mentalist, Castle and the Blacklist...Well I'm going to vote The Mentalist because among a lot of reasons, I like the way they close the door on RJ , bc I find the new season interesting and bc this is maybe the last season.
ReplyDeleteOne of the best things about Elementary is the great chemistry between Holmes and Watson. They have one of the best platonic relationships between two characters on TV. The cast is also really small with only four series regulars, so the characters get more screen time and character-driven arcs. Lucy Liu is also HILARIOUS as Watson. If you do give Elementary a chance, just know that the show really improves over the course of the first season.

ReplyDeleteI agree! Bones is such a great show and it has stayed a great show for 9 years now! I would say Person of Interest next, although it's in a sad mode right now. I am on tenterhooks about where it will go from here....
ReplyDeleteI tried Elementary, but just couldn't get into it. I like the new British Sherlock show better. Cumberbach and Freeman are so excellent as Holmes and Watson.

ReplyDeleteElementary because it doesn't rely on any gimmicks or stretched out drama, it focuses on engaging crimes and the entire cast just works so well together

ReplyDeleteI love my Bones and The Blacklist has been amazing so far, but it's still too young for me to vote for it here. Castle is also a solid procedural. But here it was no contest... Person of Interest all the way

ReplyDeleteWell i wouldn't even compare Sherlock with Elementary. Sherlock is much better but also very different. Every episode is more like a movie in Sherlock while Elementary is another CBS procedural but with very good actors as well. Still, Elementary is pretty good for this tv genre.

ReplyDeleteAin't that the truth. In my opinion it's the best show on tv, period.
ReplyDeleteYou may want to give Person of Interest another shot. It's one of the best acted and written shows, not to mention one of the most intelligent. Those who dismiss because they've labelled it as just another procedural are really missing out.
