Two-and-a-half seasons into its run, ABC’s Scandal is ready to at long last flesh out the First Family by giving faces to Fitz and Mellie’s two kids.
And that includes the son that may also be POTUS’ brother.
TVLine has learned that Shonda Rhimes’ fast-paced drama is currently casting the guest-starring roles of 15-year-old Jerry (Jr.?), who is described as “quiet, smart and intense,” and his younger sister Karen, who comes across as “polished, self-assured and older than her years.”

I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLol, I thought we'd already seen them...
ReplyDeleteI hope they will be interesting!
finally!!, i've been wanting to see them on the show for some time now!
ReplyDeleteFinally! I bet it'll be revealed Jerry is Fitz' father's son, which is gross.
ReplyDeleteFinally. About time. I got a crash course in Scandal. Watched all eps in 2 weeks. So good, and I thought: what are the kids going to think about his father until I realized that they didn't show them. Wonder if there's some fallout between them? I think so because I remember that the kids didn't want to come home when Fitz wanted to see them and Mellie trying to change the truth in order not to hurt Fitz.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have been wondering if Jerry Jr is the son of Fitz II after Mellie being raped so close to the election campaign. That would be a huge Scandal (pun intended)
I didn't like that they went with the grandpa-got mom-pregnant thing. It was really disturbing.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure they're gonna pack a lot into these final 8 episodes of the season. I think the reduced order is almost a blessing. No filler, just the good stuff coming up.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping they cast Bailee Madison for the part.
