    The end scene with Sam calling Dean out on his actions and even on his twisted perception of familial trust and blind faith. I, for one, completely understand Sam's side of the argument and I'm rather content that they're taking the slow road to recovery. (I just hope we get more Sam POV, though. That's been particularly lacking this season.)

    The ending showed Carver continued destruction of Sam Self involved full of himself ass. Carver even retcons his own canon. Please give the show over to someone who knows what they're doing!!

    Agreed, I kept waiting for Dean to point out all the untrustworthy times from Sam. It sent me back to the last ep of season 8, when Sam was having a pity party and I kept thinking SAM, actions speak louder than words.

    Hard call, mainly because this was a pretty weak episode with few scenes that really stood out. I opted for Sam waking up Garth, because that one at least got a laugh out of me--Dean's subsequent acknowledgement that it was a good thing he didn't use the adrenaline helped the overall scene.

    Sam snatching the photos out of Dean's hands at the hospital. That one moment felt like the Supernatural I love.
